Over the last several years, he has focused on the noise impacts and solutions associated with pipeline construction and trenchless operations. Leveraging this experience, Matt now also supports renewable energy projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS) and data centers, where managing operational sound is essential for both permitting and community compatibility. As a presenter at multiple NASTT, SGA, and FERC conferences, he has introduced the latest technologies and best management practices for construction in noise-sensitive areas, balancing site access, safety, operations, feasibility, and cost to deliver successful outcomes for project owners.

Rav Dhaliwal is Vice President and Regional Office Leader for HITT's Northern California operations, with more than 19 years of experience delivering complex mission critical, technology, and data center projects across the Bay Area. She specializes in helping clients, developers, and owners navigate the realities of site selection by evaluating construction feasibility, utility constraints, permitting requirements, and entitlement risks during the earliest stages of planning, preconstruction, and development. Drawing on extensive experience working with municipalities, utility providers, and project stakeholders throughout Silicon Valley, as well as her longstanding relationships across the region’s development community, Rav helps clients align development goals with infrastructure readiness, approval pathways, and community expectations. Sara Neff is a Partner and General Manager of Sustainability for Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation team.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of Sustainability, Lendlease Americas, where she provided leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region.

Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy was recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020. She is a LEED Fellow and holds a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Maria Poyer is a Principal within Strategic Programs & Global Expansion at CoreWeave, bringing more than $5B in transaction experience across 3GW+ of data center and industrial real estate. Previously, Maria served as Head of Acquisition and Development at Verrus, leading acquisitions, development, entitlements, economic development, and community engagement across its U.S. portfolio. At Microsoft, she led land acquisition and infrastructure planning for major cloud regions. At Amazon, she led lease, development, and land acquisitions and built and led a community engagement team supporting large-scale development. Her experience spans the full development lifecycle, from site selection and acquisition through entitlements, infrastructure, economic development, and community engagement.

Adam has 13+ years of mission critical infrastructure experience. At Facebook, he led teams responsible for operationalizing some of the world’s largest and most advanced data centers. He has first hand experience in MEP and architectural design, construction, and operations. Prior, he led 1400+ person teams executing complex construction projects in excess of $75M at Shell. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Aveek Banerjee’s experience spans various roles in Quality, Operations and Project Management across Enterprise Hardware, Medical Devices and Oil & Gas industries. David Speidelsbach is Vice President of Sales and Strategic Initiatives for Wesco’s Electrical & Electronic Solutions business, where he leads the Construction and Data Center Global Accounts and Mega Projects organizations. In this role, David is focused on driving strategic growth across high-impact infrastructure segments and leveraging Wesco’s global capabilities to deliver scalable, resilient and intelligent solutions for the world’s most complex and mission-critical projects.

Prior to joining Wesco in 2025, David spent over three decades at Eaton, where he held a series of senior leadership roles across sales, marketing and product management.
