Laura has over 17 years’ experience in all facets of real estate development within the office, industrial and multifamily housing sectors, including acquisitions, due diligence, leasing/marketing, financing, entitlements and project/construction management. Laura formerly served as the Director of Development for a San-Francisco-based development firm, where she completed a 110,000 square-foot two-building industrial facility for the City of San Francisco, earning a City and national award for best private-public partnered project. Other project highlights include the successful entitlement of a 100-unit and a 230-unit condominium project in San Francisco in 2016 with full community support, the design and entitlement of an 86,000sf Class A office building in the Stanford Research Park and an historic renovation of a 40,000sf office suite in the Ferry Building in San Francisco. She previously worked in community development banking and municipal housing bond finance. Laura has a passion for green building and served on the Board of Directors of the Northern California Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with degrees in Political and Social Thought and Urban Planning and holds an MBA with a certificate in Real Estate from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Sandra Biddulph leverages her more than 30 years of experience in structural design, materials, building types, and building codes and regulations to deliver superior project solutions. Whether it’s the seismic and structural design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood building structures, Sandra works to achieve budget and schedule goals while communicating imperative information relative to all members of the project team throughout project development.

Her work has included lateral system development for significant high-rise and mid-rise steel and concrete structures, both locally and overseas, continuously championing the application of the latest technologies, teamwork, and proactive design solutions.

As Managing Director, Heather Wallace oversees business development and client engagement; optimizing the company’s position as a national brand; seeking innovative technologies and services that offer operational efficiencies, enhancing the customer experience, increasing asset value; and executing financial and business goals. Heather is a customer-centric, innovative thought leader in the multifamily field.

During her career, Heather has held various roles, including Development Partner, Acquisitions Director West Coast, Senior Vice President of Client Services and Vice President of Operations. Heather also worked for Alliance Residential Company, Sares Regis Group, Trammell Crow Residential and Lincoln Property Company.

As Director of KPF's San Francisco office, Angela leads KPF’s on-the-ground project coordination on the west coast, meeting regularly with clients to provide seamless communication and a streamlined approach to project management.

With more than 20 years of architecture experience, Angela has led a variety of projects in terms of both type and scale, ranging from singular residential, office, retail and institutional buildings to large-scale, mixed-program, multi-building complexes.

Over the course of her career, Angela has developed particular expertise working in California and along the west coast of the United States. Through

her deep and diverse experience, she has developed a design sensibility that is highly program-driven and culturally-based.

Her interest in multidisciplinary collaboration to create synthesized architectural projects is key to her approach. Angela is a deep believer in the integration of architecture, structure, sustainability, and planning for a human-scaled environment, and these guiding principles are behind her design and management of numerous award-winning and prominent projects, such as Platform 16 and South Almaden Boulevard in San Jose and 5M Soma, 415 Natoma and 10 South Van Ness in San Francisco.

Angela’s work consistently provides clients with highly aspirational designs while meeting their objectives on time and on budget. Dedicated to understanding her clients’ underlying needs, she carefully guides the process from programming and entitlements to final design and construction. With each project, Angela endeavors to fulfill the vision of all stakeholders, ensuring that designs meet their goals while representing inspiring and timeless architecture.

Trisha Malone leads the company’s investments in new and existing projects, manages the financial operations of Anton DevCo and is chair of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for investment and financial strategies including property acquisitions, dispositions and capital raises and has executed the repositioning of 5,500 units in Anton’s portfolio. Since joining the Anton team in 2000 she has structured over $3.0B of debt and equity for new development projects and the repositioning of existing assets through GSEs, banks, cities, local agencies, individuals and institutions. Malone also has a long history working with the intricacies of affordable housing bond financing for mixed-income (80/20) and fully affordable apartment housing.

Malone began her career in public accounting where she gained experience in both tax and audit with a focus on real estate and non-profit clients.

Maggie Kadin joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and currently oversees the Mission Rock development in San Francisco. She joined Tishman Speyer in New York before moving to San Francisco, initially working on the LUMINA and Mira condo developments before transitioning to Mission Rock.  Prior to Tishman Speyer, Maggie worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, concentrating on industrial companies, and the Merchant Banking Division, focusing on global capital raising and equity syndication for the firm’s direct private investment platform. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Isela Rosales, CAIA, serves as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group as well as of ESG and Sustainability at Bridge Investment Group. She leads the firm’s ESG Steering Committee to oversee the development, implementation and refinement of firm wide environmental, social and governance initiatives and practices, driving sustainable investments and operations. In addition, she is focused on expanding Bridge’s relationships across consultant and select institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations, Community Re-Investment Act groups, family offices, and impact-oriented clients. Ms. Rosales also Chaired the Bridge Women’s Network (BWN) Inaugural Kick-Off, is a Committee Member of BWN, and an active BWN mentor.

Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Rosales worked at Brevan Howard in Investor Relations, managing corporate and public pension, endowment, foundation, private wealth, and investment consultant relationships. Previously, she was Head of Client Services for Lyxor Asset Management, Inc. and Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for Coast Asset Management in their New York offices, cultivating institutional level client relationships for each multi-billion dollar firm’s hedge fund and multi-manager products. She began her career at Cambridge Associates, serving on consultant teams for the firm’s endowment, foundation, and family office clients, covering traditional and hedge fund asset classes. Ms. Rosales received her dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Stanford University, graduating with honors distinctions.

She has moderated industry panels on Real Assets, Diversity & Inclusion, and Opportunity Zones as well as supported panels as a speaker on Real Estate and Opportunity Zone Fund investing. Ms. Rosales holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is the Chapter Head Executive for the CAIA San Francisco Chapter. She is fluent in Spanish and has competed in Ironman, endurance cycling, and marathon competitions.

Margo Bradish is a partner in the San Francisco office of Cox Castle. She is best known for her practical and strategic approach to the land use approval process. She counsels clients on structuring entitlement strategies that not only satisfy legal requirements, but also maximize client objectives and opportunities to develop political support, neutralize opposition, and minimize the risk of challenge. With over 30 years of experience in jurisdictions spanning the Bay Area, Margo guides developers, corporate users, lenders, and non-profits from due diligence and entitlement strategy development through successful project approval. She assists clients in securing entitlements for transit-oriented and urban infill developments, corporate campuses (including technology and biotechnology), office and industrial parks, residential and mixed-use projects, retail and lifestyle centers, senior housing, military base reuse projects, schools, and an array of other projects. Clients trust Margo for practical, experienced counsel on the full gamut of development laws. She also defends administrative and judicial challenges to land use entitlements and advises clients on the land use aspects of acquisitions and dispositions. She has extensive experience advising both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords in real estate transactions that are contingent on the receipt of land use entitlements. Margo also conducts land use due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions and portfolio transactions.

Kaya Murray is an executive director and portfolio manager for PRISA, PGIM’s flagship U.S. core equity real estate fund. Based in San Francisco, Kaya will assist in the day-to-day management of the PRISA portfolio with a focus on West Coast investments, as well as client relationship management and engagement with PGIM Real Estate’s West Coast Asset Management and Transactions teams.

Most recently, Kaya served as a regional head of Acquisitions and Joint Ventures at MetLife Investment Management where she led a team covering Northern California, the Pacific Northwest and Denver across all sectors. Earlier at MetLife, Kaya was a senior asset manager with oversight of the value-add and development deals for the region.

Previously, Kaya worked for the U.S. value-add fund series at CBRE Global Investors in a range of roles, beginning as a generalist covering acquisitions, asset management and dispositions for the West Coast office and industrial team, and later becoming the senior asset manager responsible for West Coast office repositions and industrial developments. Kaya started her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and Rothschild.

Kaya has a bachelor’s degree in communications and environmental studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of business administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management).

Lori Coleman is senior vice president and market leader of Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services teams in Northern California. She is an active member of CREW San Francisco and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Lori is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance and risk management, and business development. Previous honors include the NCRE 2019 Women of Influence Award and Heart of Gold Volunteer from the Telegraph Hill Community Association.

She has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1993. Before joining Kidder Mathews in 2021, she worked 17 years with Madison Marquette, where she was responsible for West Coast assets from Seattle to San Diego, totaling over $2 billion in assets under management and working with over 20 institutional and private clients. Lori has led ground-up development and renovations valued at over $500 million. She received her Master of Public Administration degree in community development from San Francisco State University and her Bachelor of Arts in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

As Executive Vice President of Design for Related California, Ms. Yee leads the architecture and interior design for all market rate and mixed-income residential developments throughout California. She is responsible for the creative oversight and management of the planning, design and engineering of every market rate development, from concept and delivery to building opening. Her direct involvement in all aspects of the building process includes directing architects, interior designers and engineers through each phase of construction to ensure that the completed work is true to the project’s design intent. She is the conduit with sales/leasing and marketing, operations, and development executives, assuring informed design, constantly evolving processes, and seamless execution.

Since joining Related in 2006, Ms. Yee has been directly responsible for the design oversight and completion of numerous developments, including The Avery, Mason on Mariposa and 1550 Mission in San Francisco, and The Century, The Seychelle, The Waverly, The Emerson, and Argyle House in Los Angeles.

A registered architect and former vice president at international design firm, HKS Architects, Ms. Yee holds a Master in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a recipient of the Asian Women in Business Corporate Leadership Award, former editor of the Dallas chapter American Institute of Architects newsletter, and served on the Urban Design Advisory Committee for the City of Dallas. Ms. Yee serves on the Boards of Trustees for Sci-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture) and the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has been an invited speaker at AIA conferences, Urban Land Institute events, and housing symposium panels.

Becca Timms the Director of ESG at Jamestown. She leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program and the Jamestown Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Rushin worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a LEED AP O+M credential. Ms. Rushin is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and Community Farmers Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.

What I like best about architecture + design:

I’ve always enjoyed the process of combining creative and critical thinking to design buildings that respond to the needs of the ultimate occupants. From starting with developing the initial concept to fine tuning it until it feels ‘right’. Documentation through construction is just as interesting since there is always something new to learn as we strive to achieve the concept/design!

What I add to a project team:

An extensive archive of technical knowledge mixed in with very many lessons learned that I like to share with the team. I also bring strong leadership and mentorship.

Lee is a Senior Project Manager at SKS Partners who has 15 years of structural design and construction administration experience in the commercial, private, and public building sector. Since joining SKS in 2014, Lee has been responsible for the development of new commercial construction projects and existing redevelopment projects, as well as supporting the Acquisitions team. Some of her project experience includes 270 Brannan, the UCSF Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building, the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Neurosciences Building, and 1 De Haro. She also facilitates SKS’s sustainability strategy.

Leah leads Turner’s Special Project Division in the Bay Area. With a focus on fast-paced, complex interior projects, she provides leadership for the development of people, construction planning, project execution, risk management and resource management.

Leah began her career with Turner in 2002. Since then, she has served on projects ranging from $5 Million - $500 Million as an Engineer, Project Manager and Project Executive before being promoted to SPD Operations Manager in 2020. Leah is an active member of the Bay Area community, working with a handful of organizations that empower young women with skills, education, tools and connections needed to succeed. She is on the Executive Board for Spark Bay Area, volunteers for Scientific Adventures for Girls, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Oakland Teen Empowerment Program.
