As Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for Oracle, Mike Bangs is responsible for the design, construction and operation of Oracle’s 6.5 million square feet real estate portfolio in the San Francisco bay area.

Bangs has developed and operated corporate campuses around the world, including properties in Boston, Budapest, Dublin, Paris, London, Noida, Singapore, Tel Aviv, and the San Francisco Bay Area. He has more than 25 years of experience working for technology companies, including Adobe and Juniper Networks, where he served as director of global real estate.

He is a board member of CoreNet Global Northern California, the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and SPUR San Jose. He also served on the board of directors of the Guadalupe River Park. He was the founding board chairman of the Moffett Park Business and Transportation Association and is a past board president of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce.

Mark Calvano graduated from S.F.S.U. with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Calvano serves as a member of the Silicon Valley branch of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is a member of Bay Area Council.

Jeff Brink has over 20 years of structural design experience with significant developments up and down the west coast, ranging from Performance Based Design high-rises to mixed-use projects at Candlestick Point, the SF Shipyard, and Yerba Buena Island. Current projects include the City of San Francisco’s new office tower at 1500 Mission Street and the Virgin Hotel adjacent to the Moscone Center. Jeff’s technical expertise at integrating innovative structural systems, combined with his broad understanding of the construction industry, allows architecturally decisive projects to be achieved while still maintaining the project budget.

As Studio Lead for the San Francisco office of ESD, James is responsible for leading ESD’s engineering team as well as coordinating the operations and business development for the office. He has collaborated with and offers his knowledge and expertise for some of the most recognized companies in the world as well as providing leadership for high-profile and complex mixed-use, cultural, and workplace projects.

He helps clients realize their vision. Technology, energy and water efficiency are critical components of construction projects and each project’s unique requirements require innovative design solutions. He enjoys working collaboratively with design and construction teams to meet these challenges and exceed expectations, delivering not only a successful project but one of which the client can be proud.

David Madrid manages the Western US for Beyond, a unit of Allsteel Inc. Since joining, he has been responsible in the execution and delivery of over 3m sqft. of commercial real estate. In addition, David has 10 years of experience in design, investment, finance, and construction delivering in excess of $300m of office, multi-family and single-family assets.

David holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design with a concentration in Real Estate Design and Development from the Wharton School.
