Matt Lituchy joined Jay Paul Company in 2000 as Chief Investment Officer. In this capacity, he oversees acquisitions, dispositions and new business opportunities as well as all capital and financing activities for the company. In his tenure Matt has raised over $3 billion in project financing and acquired in excess of $1 billion of commercial real estate for investment or redevelopment.

Mike Sanford has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. commercial real estate markets, and previously served as Executive Vice President at Kilroy Realty Corporation, as well as held other key positions at Lowe Enterprises, Equity Office Properties, and Spieker Properties. Over the course of his real estate career, Sanford has been responsible for over USD6 billion of investment activity that included over six million square feet of development. As CEO of CFLD (US) Inc., he will be responsible for growing the company's footprint throughout the U.S., where he will be in charge of the local strategy and operations, as well as spearhead market development and team expansion.

Rich Elder is a Partner in Lubin Olson's Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. He specializes in construction law and handles both litigation and the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts. As a seasoned construction attorney, Mr. Elder represents property owners as well as design-build, engineering and construction firms in construction claims involving delay, defective design and engineering, unforeseen site conditions and breach of warranty and in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and related project documents. Mr. Elder also has experience in general commercial litigation, including matters relating to securities, trade secrets and other business disputes.Prior to joining Lubin Olson, Mr. Elder was a partner at Burke Williams & Sorensen LLP in Oakland.

Paul Rahimian is a third generation developer and general contractor that has developed over $350MM in commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California,

including retail strip centers, condominium projects, apartment buildings, custom homes,

office buildings, horizontal land development, and mixed use projects.

Paul has also worked in the capacity of a General Contractor, building major governmental projects, including colleges, schools, police departments, jail houses,

community centers, and hospitals. As a construction lender, Paul has the vision of a developer

and works with the borrower and contractor as a team to help the project be successful.

Mike Humphrey is the San Francisco regional manager for DPR Construction. In his role, Humphrey leads new business development and customer relationship efforts. He shares responsibility for over 400 administrative staff and 400-500 craft workers. He is also actively involved in all the region's projects, working regularly with owners and architects. His extensive technical expertise includes project evaluation, scheduling, logistics, cost control, subcontractor management and strategic planning.

Humphrey began his DPR career in 1992 as an intern on the company's first ground-up project. After graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in construction management, he joined DPR as a project engineer and was serving as a project manager soon after. Later roles included pre-construction manager and member of the Bay Area regional management team. DPR has also sponsored Mike on three disaster-relief trips, the latest in Haiti after the country's devastating earthquake in 2010. Mike has achieved LEED® Accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Leonard has more than 20 years design build experience in mechanical contracting. Prior to joining UMI in early 2014, he served as Vice President in charge of the Northern California Project Group for an established west coast mechanical and plumbing contractor. Starting his career as a designer and project engineer gave Leonard the experience needed to support his successful years managing technical projects. His role as project manager grew to a regional management position responsible for training, recruiting, and executive oversight on a wide variety of projects. Leonard holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University - Minor in Technical Communications. He is a member of ASHRAE, DBIA, LCI, and Bay Area Council.

Cynthia A. Parker, President & CEO, is responsible for the overall direction of BRIDGE Housing, a leading nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing. She joined BRIDGE as President and CEO in February 2010, bringing over 30 years of diverse and relevant experience to the organization. She previously served as Regional President for Mercy Housing and President of Intercommunity Mercy Housing. Prior to her tenure at Mercy, she was Senior Vice President of Seattle-Northwest Securities, a public finance firm, where she oversaw affordable housing, commercial and public facility real estate financing in five Northwest states. A partial list of her real estate financial advisory clients includes: The Port of Seattle, Port of Olympia, City of Redmond and City of Seattle; the housing authorities of Portland, Everett, King County and Seattle (HOPE VI); the University of Washington, Pacific University, and the University of Portland; and the school districts of Edmonds, Seattle, and Portland. In Alaska, her clients included the Municipality of Anchorage and the Alaska Railroad.

Ms. Parker established the Housing Office of the City of Seattle and served as the City’s Director of Housing under two separate mayors, with responsibility for the City’s housing investment strategies, $100 million annual capital budget and $824 million loan portfolio. Ms. Parker previously developed over 3,500 units in Oregon and Alaska with mixed financing. She assisted the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation with the design of both taxable and tax-exempt housing bond programs and has provided syndication services for tax-credit placements.

A former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Ms. Parker has chaired the Sound Families Initiative for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and currently serves as a director of the National Affordable Housing Trust, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Housing Partnership Network, Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, the Beneficial State Foundation and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, and is on the Board of Governors of the California Housing Consortium. Ms. Parker is a graduate of Portland State University.

Sonja Trauss organizes pro-density renters in the San Francisco Bay Area. Housing shortage harms renters and benefits owners, yet, until SFBARF, there was no renters' organization agitating for upzoning or entitlement process reform.

As one of the founding principals of MBH, John is responsible for Business Development and Client Relations. This requires continued involvement throughout the entire development of all projects, from the conceptual design stages and contract negotiations to contract closeouts. John has the responsibility for defining the firm’s personality, which is rooted in client service and internal staff development. He has served as principal in charge of many of the firm’s major projects and contributes to each of the MBH studios. He is a member of the advisory council for SPUR and serves on the board of the Good Tidings Foundation. Also a former Board Member of the San Francisco Chapter of AIA, he is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Design.
