Prior to joining Reddit, Lauren spent half a year at Twitch and 3 years at Optimizely. At Optimizely, she joined as the 28th employee and helped grow the company to 400+ employees in 6 offices across the globe.

Ms. Puff has her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and her M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Meg Spriggs joined Shorenstein in 2013. She is responsible for overseeing multifamily housing transactions for the Shorenstein family. This includes sourcing and evaluating, as well as financing, acquiring, entitling, developing, managing and divesting of assets, and supporting other Shorenstein professionals in the evaluation and execution of mixed-use projects with a multifamily component. Ms. Spriggs has received recognition as an innovative and influential business leader, most recently she was among the San Francisco Business Times’ “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” for years 2014 and 2015, and in 2013 she was in the top 40 list for the Bay Area’s brightest rising stars under the age of 40.

Ms. Spriggs is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, and the San Francisco Urban Planning and Research Association. Ms. Spriggs also serves on the board of directors for the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and is a founding board member of ArtCare, in support of the public and civic arts programs of the San Francisco Arts Commission.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Spriggs was a vice president of development for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. where she was responsible for land acquisition, design, entitlement, and permitting, as well as oversight of the construction and lease-up of multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area region.

Ms. Spriggs graduated from University of Oregon with a B.A. and from Columbia University with an M.S.

Mr. Eudy is a founder and Senior Executive officer of Essex Property Trust, Inc., the proven West Coast leader in multifamily investment. Mr. Eudy oversees all development activities, from the point of acquisition through construction and stabilization. He joined Essex's predecessor, Essex Property Corporation, in 1985 and initiated the development activities of the company. During his tenure the company has developed over 15,000 multi-family units and is recognized as an industry leader. The financial performance of its development portfolio, through good cycles and bad, demonstrates a proven, disciplined approach to multifamily development. The company has also received national recognition and awards for Architectural Excellence, more than any multifamily developer in the country. Prior to joining Essex, Mr. Eudy was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Investment Group of Crocker National Bank from 1980 to 1985, and Home Federal Savings from 1977 to 1980. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University in 1977, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Management Leadership School. Mr. Eudy is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and is a Board Member of the California Apartment Association.

Eric Tao is tthe Managing Executive Principal of AGI. He has 20-years of experience in the real estate industry and has led the acquisition, entitlement, financing, development and disposition of over 1,500 multifamily residential units in the San Francisco Bay Area with a focus on transit oriented urban infill projects. AGI, LLC was formed in 2006 to manage multifamily development investments for CalPERS. At AGI, Tao has guided the development of nearly 700 new units and secured the pipeline of an additional 450+ new apartment units in the emerging San Francisco SoMa, Dogpatch and Mid-Market districts.

Donald Falk

Tenderloin Neighborhood Development

As Chief Executive Officer of Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), Donald S. Falk leads the community-based, nonprofit housing development, management and social services agency in San Francisco with nearly 325 employees and 33 properties containing about 3000 homes housing nearly 3600 people, nearly 25% of whom came to the organization out of homelessness. From 1982-1994, Falk held a variety of positions with Jubilee West, a neighborhood based nonprofit that provides services and housing in West Oakland. He chairs the Community Leadership Council and serves on the Boards of Directors of Enterprise Community Partners and the Corporation for Supportive Housing. He serves on advisory boards of NeighborWorks America, St. Francis Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. He is the past president of the Nonprofit Housing Association of Northern California, on whose board he served for seven years. Falk has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics and Urban Studies from Oberlin College.

An acclaimed Bay Area Architect and serial entrepreneur, with interests in multiple solutions based companies, Hannum leads the Forge management team in creating the solutions model for state of the art residential and hospitality development.

Since his involvement at 505 Sansome street (the first fresh air building) Richard has been on the forefront of sustainability. Among hundreds of corporate projects he is the Design Architect credited with the San Francisco Piers 1.5, 3, and 5 project and the Williams Sonoma flagship store. In addition, he designed the first prefabricated concrete office building in Northern California at 5th and B streets in San Rafael. As the Director of Asset Management for a 30 year-old private real estate firm Chris spearheaded a turnaround from 2009 to 2014 of a growth in profits, according to the San Francisco Business Times, "Smashing records for Creative Office Building Sales in San Francisco." Chris has leased SoMa assets to technology companies such as TechCrunch, Yammer, Zendesk, Ubisoft and Eventbrite among others. Chris held the title of Regional Manager for one of the nation’s largest publicly traded real estate investment firms where he oversaw investment sale transactions in multifamily, office, land, net leased single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, hospitality, senior housing and affordable housing. Chris currently holds the title of Executive Vice President & Regional Manager for a leading global firm, NAI Global, consisting of 375 offices and 6,700 agents worldwide. Chris is also the Managing Partner for CSE Partners, a private real estate fund acquiring office and apartment assets in the Bay Area. Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern University in Accounting and Finance and completed Harvard Universities leadership and management development program.

A name partner of the firm, Anton N. Natsis is Chair of Allen Matkins’ Real Estate Department and is one of the top real estate attorneys in the United States. His practice focuses on development, leasing, purchase and sale, and portfolio investment sales transactions involving office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as arbitrating numerous fair market value disputes, CAM disputes and other significant landlord/tenant disputes. He also has extensive experience in debt, equity, and joint venture workouts, and the purchase of distressed assets and distressed debt. Tony is continually sought out by some of the largest national land owners, such as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Blackstone Real Estate, Brookfield Properties, HCP, Vornado Realty Trust, Regent Properties, The Irvine Company, Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Kilroy Realty, Inc., Beacon Capital Partners, MPG Office Trust, Kamehameha Schools (The Bishop Estate) and Westfield Corporation. He represents many governmental entities, including the LAUSD, State of California, and City of Anaheim. Tony is also frequently retained as counsel for major national office tenants, such as AT&T, Citicorp, the FDIC, AIG, The Walt Disney Company, and the Los Angeles Times.

A frequent lecturer and author, Tony is the chief consultant for the California Continuing Education of the Bar Commercial Leasing Series, the legal education reference book on leasing for California attorneys, is an adjunct professor of law at Loyola Law School for a course covering commercial real estate transactions, and has spoken before such national real estate groups as ULI and BOMA. Tony is a founding board member of The Ziman Real Estate Center, which is governed under the joint auspices of the UCLA Anderson School of Business and the UCLA Law School.

In the past decade, Tony has closed commercial office leases exceeding 50 million square feet. He has worked on real estate purchase contracts with a total consideration of more than $30 billion and on development transactions with a total consideration in excess of $25 billion. Since 2006, Tony has represented clients in office building portfolio investment sales transactions involving over $75 billion of consideration.

One of Tony's most significant transactions is the largest real estate acquisition deal in the history of the United States. He provided extensive real estate services in connection with Blackstone Real Estate's purchase of Equity Office Properties Trust, at that point the largest owner of office space in the U.S. other than the Federal Government, for $43 billion. Subsequently, Blackstone contracted to sell over 50% of the properties it purchased with such sales closing in the first and second quarter of 2007. Tony assisted Blackstone in its acquisition due diligence related to EOP and the subsequent sales of the properties. The transactions related to this deal included Maguire Properties' purchase of Blackstone/EOP in Orange County for $2 billion, Irvine Company's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Diego for $1 billion, Morgan Stanley's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Francisco for $2.5 billion, and Beacon Capital Partners’ purchase of Blackstone/EOP Seattle for $6.3 billion.
