As President and CEO of Related California, Mr. Canori leads Related California's market rate, luxury and mixed-income residential development and strategy throughout California. He is currently overseeing a $6 billion pipeline of 7,000 multifamily and senior units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County. He oversees an integrated development team that encompasses all aspects of development, including financial analysis, acquisition, planning and design, deal structuring, entitlements, public and private financing, construction, marketing and asset management.

For the past 21 years, Mr. Canori has played a lead role in building the company's substantial portfolio of mixed-use and mixed-income developments. He is responsible for the growth of the Related California pipeline, including the development of 4,000 multifamily units with development costs in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Canori is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California and the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Doug is directly responsible for Land Acquisition, Entitlements, Design and Construction, Asset Management, Asset Disposition, and Finance. Doug has been with SummerHill since 2001. Before assuming his current role as President of SummerHill Apartment Communities, Doug held the COO and CFO roles for SummerHill Apartment Communities and the CFO role for SummerHill Homes. As CFO he secured nearly $2.5 Billion in project level construction debt and equity capital. Prior to joining SummerHill Homes, Doug was Manager of Strategy and Business Architecture for Accenture in San Francisco. Doug was also Division Controller – Carolinas for Pulte Homes and Supervising Senior Accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick, both of Charlotte, North Carolina. Doug is a former certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Doug also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he graduated with distinction and received the annual Innovation Award. Doug is a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board and is involved with various other industry and charitable organizations.

Mike Kim serves as Senior Managing Director of Mill Creek’s Northern California office, where he leads the development activities in the San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, and Silicon Valley metro regions. During his 24-year real estate career, he has been involved in the development and construction of multifamily mixed-use communities, and commercial developments with aggregate values in excess of $2.2 billion in the NCAL and PNW markets.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Kim served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SIMEON Properties where he led the firm’s multifamily and commercial development activities. He began his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was involved in complex urban developments across various typologies including high-rise, horizontal and vertical mixed-use, master plans, and commercial developments. Prior to his career in real estate development, Mr. Kim served the nation for seven years as a Naval Officer leading maritime missions and expeditions in all major theaters of operation.

Mr. Kim holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis. He has served on various boards such as the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley CA, NAIOP San Francisco, and several municipal Advisory Councils.

Mr. Ozturk is a highly experienced real estate investment executive with over 29 years of investment management, marketing and finance experience. He is the co-founder of March Capital Management and has been the Managing Principal since inception.

Since co-founding MCM, Mr. Ozturk has successfully raised four equity funds without using any third-party consultants. He has shepherded these dollars into successful strategies, which have consistently returned outstanding IRRs, even during economic downturns. In addition to raising capital, Mr. Ozturk’s key functions include high involvement in acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, permitting, architectural design and contract negotiations.

Prior to co-founding MCM, Mr. Ozturk began his career as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte and as a brand manager at Unilever. He soon went on to manage 500+ employees in the private, retail and business banking channels at Wells Fargo.

Mr. Ozturk holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from METU. He was born and raised in Turkey and fluently speaks Turkish and French.

Prior to Sack Capital Partners, David was a Vice President of Acquisitions with Sares Regis, with primary acquisition responsibility for value-add multifamily properties in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. He closed on $333M in apartment transactions while at Sares Regis. Before joining Sares, Feinberg served as vice president of acquisitions at RREEF. He was responsible for identifying, negotiating, underwriting and closing purchases, both direct and joint venture, of more than $300 million in properties for RREEF clients. Mr. Carter directs the overall strategy and operations of the Company. Since its formation in 2008, Avanath has acquired $2.5 billion of properties in 13 states in the U.S., comprising 12,000 apartment units. Avanath is vertically integrated and is an SEC registered investment advisor and an institutional fund manager, with capabilities that include acquisition sourcing and underwriting, construction, asset management, and on-site property management.

Mr. Carter has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Previously, he was an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Carter became part of the Centerline team when his company, Capri Capital Finance, was acquired by Centerline in 2005. Mr. Carter co-founded and served as Co-Chairman of the Capri Capital family of companies. He was instrumental in building Capri to a diversified real estate investment firm with $8 billion in real estate equity and debt investments under management. Prior to Capri, Mr. Carter was Regional Vice President at Westinghouse Credit Corporation and a Second Vice President at Continental Bank.

Mr. Carter holds a Master’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Mr. Carter serves on the Visiting Committee of the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2015, Mr. Carter received the MIT Sloan School Distinguished Alumni Award and served as the 2015 commencement speaker for the Sloan School MBA graduation.

Mr. Carter is a Past Chairman of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Previously, Mr. Carter served as an independent director on the boards of the following companies: Catellus Development Corporation (CDX), Silver Bay Realty Trust (SBY), and Whitestone REIT (WSR).

As the Chief Real Estate Development Officer (CREDO) / Assistant Secretary at EAH Housing, Mr. Jordan is responsible for all real estate development activities including, business development, real estate acquisition, rehabilitation and new construction activities in California and Hawai`i.

He presides over a current active pipeline of 60 deals totaling nearly $2 billion while leading a team of more than 25 development professionals, including several newly created positions such as director of development and director of portfolio finance and policy.

Mr. Jordan has been with EAH Housing since 2013 and is the first person to be appointed to the CREDO position in EAH Housing’s 50+ year history. Under his leadership, he has increased overall visibility of EAH within the industry, grew and spearheaded a reimagination of the real estate development department, and has expanded the organization’s footprint into Sacramento, Southern California and the Central Coast.

He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction and finance for new construction and rehabilitation of a variety of multifamily developments. He has worked with many private and public funding sources to build affordable/family, market rate, mixed income, mixed use, workforce and permanent supportive housing.

Prior to joining EAH Housing, Mr. Jordan was a Development Project Specialist for the Housing Authority of the City and County of Fresno (HACCF).

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Mr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and earned a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He has worked in public and private sector housing finance throughout California and received certification as a Housing Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council.

Chrissie Davis is the founder and president of a value-based general contracting firm, INCORAGE, which stands for Integrity, Collaboration, Regularly Achieving Goals Effectively. INCORAGE focuses mostly on multi-family housing including affordable housing and projects that provide impact to the community. Chrissie has a civil engineering degree from Loyola Marymount University and a master's from Stanford in Construction Engineering Management. Before starting INCORAGE, Chrissie grew her last organization from a $30M in-house general contracting firm to a $100M powerhouse. At that time, they were named the 25th largest general contractor in Silicon Valley and the best multi-family general contractor to work for with fewer than 50 employees. In her career, she has constructed and rehabilitated over 3,000 units and managed over $1Billion of total construction and preconstruction work in the Bay Area.
