As President and CEO of Related California, Mr. Canori leads Related California's market rate, luxury and mixed-income residential development and strategy throughout California. He is currently overseeing a $6 billion pipeline of 7,000 multifamily and senior units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County. He oversees an integrated development team that encompasses all aspects of development, including financial analysis, acquisition, planning and design, deal structuring, entitlements, public and private financing, construction, marketing and asset management. For the past 21 years, Mr. Canori has played a lead role in building the company's substantial portfolio of mixed-use and mixed-income developments. He is responsible for the growth of the Related California pipeline, including the development of 4,000 multifamily units with development costs in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Canori is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California and the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Doug is directly responsible for Land Acquisition, Entitlements, Design and Construction, Asset Management, Asset Disposition, and Finance. Doug has been with SummerHill since 2001. Before assuming his current role as President of SummerHill Apartment Communities, Doug held the COO and CFO roles for SummerHill Apartment Communities and the CFO role for SummerHill Homes. As CFO he secured nearly $2.5 Billion in project level construction debt and equity capital. Prior to joining SummerHill Homes, Doug was Manager of Strategy and Business Architecture for Accenture in San Francisco. Doug was also Division Controller – Carolinas for Pulte Homes and Supervising Senior Accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick, both of Charlotte, North Carolina. Doug is a former certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Doug also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he graduated with distinction and received the annual Innovation Award. Doug is a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board and is involved with various other industry and charitable organizations.

Mike Kim serves as Senior Managing Director of Mill Creek’s Northern California office, where he leads the development activities in the San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, and Silicon Valley metro regions. During his 24-year real estate career, he has been involved in the development and construction of multifamily mixed-use communities, and commercial developments with aggregate values in excess of $2.2 billion in the NCAL and PNW markets. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Kim served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SIMEON Properties where he led the firm’s multifamily and commercial development activities. He began his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was involved in complex urban developments across various typologies including high-rise, horizontal and vertical mixed-use, master plans, and commercial developments. Prior to his career in real estate development, Mr. Kim served the nation for seven years as a Naval Officer leading maritime missions and expeditions in all major theaters of operation. Mr. Kim holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis. He has served on various boards such as the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley CA, NAIOP San Francisco, and several municipal Advisory Councils.

Mr. Ozturk is a highly experienced real estate investment executive with over 29 years of investment management, marketing and finance experience. He is the co-founder of March Capital Management and has been the Managing Principal since inception. Since co-founding MCM, Mr. Ozturk has successfully raised four equity funds without using any third-party consultants. He has shepherded these dollars into successful strategies, which have consistently returned outstanding IRRs, even during economic downturns. In addition to raising capital, Mr. Ozturk’s key functions include high involvement in acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, permitting, architectural design and contract negotiations. Prior to co-founding MCM, Mr. Ozturk began his career as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte and as a brand manager at Unilever. He soon went on to manage 500+ employees in the private, retail and business banking channels at Wells Fargo. Mr. Ozturk holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from METU. He was born and raised in Turkey and fluently speaks Turkish and French.

Sheena’s career began at UCSF Medical Center, where she worked closely with surgical patients and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment even in high-stress situations. While earning her B.A. and M.A. from San Francisco State University, she developed strong skills in logistical coordination, communication, and problem-solving—skills that later became instrumental in her transition to Rockaway Construction. With extensive experience in multifamily renovations, Sheena has successfully managed many projects across the Bay Area completing renovations in tenant-occupied apartments. She understands the unique challenges of working in active living environments, balancing efficiency with tenant needs to minimize disruption while ensuring high-quality results. Her expertise spans every phase of construction, from planning and permitting to execution and completion. Sheena is known for her ability to foster collaboration among stakeholders, maintain strict project timelines, and uphold the highest standards of quality and functionality. By blending her human-centered approach with technical project management, Sheena brings a strategic yet people-first mindset to every project, ensuring that both residents and property owners benefit from thoughtful, well-executed construction solutions.

Zach is Head of Acquisitions, Co-CIO, and a member of the Executive Team at Prado Group, where he oversees all investment and acquisition activity at Prado. In this role, Zach is responsible for managing the team that sources, underwrites, structures, and executes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations at Prado Group. He also works closely with the leadership of the asset management, retail, and office teams. Prior to joining Prado Group in 2010, Zach worked at Lehman Brothers and Marcus & Millichap in New York where he won awards including #1 Broker. Zach is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). He received his B.A. with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

David Feinberg is currently a Managing Partner at Sack Capital Partners. He has closed over a billion dollars in apartment acquisitions over his career. He joined Sack Capital Partners in 2017 and is responsible for all acquisition and disposition activities. Prior to Sack Capital Partners, David was a Vice President of Acquisitions with Sares Regis, with primary acquisition responsibility for value-add multifamily properties in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. He closed on $333M in apartment transactions while at Sares Regis. Before joining Sares, Feinberg served as vice president of acquisitions at RREEF. He was responsible for identifying, negotiating, underwriting and closing purchases, both direct and joint venture, of more than $300 million in properties for RREEF clients. Feinberg started his career with Archstone, where he was in the acquisitions group covering the Pacific Northwest first and later the East Coast through the Boston office. Mr. Feinberg received a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Puget Sound and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg

Tony Cardoza is responsible for Cityview’s acquisition activities throughout the West Coast. He has 21 years of experience in real estate investment and management. Previously, Tony ran the investment group for Real Estate Capital Partners in the Western U.S., which developed and acquired over 5,000 multifamily units. Prior to that, he worked for Prometheus Real Estate Group in a land and multifamily acquisitions role on the West Coast. Tony holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley

Kerry Dantzig, serving as Senior Vice President and Non-profit Practice Leader at Heffernan Insurance Brokers, specializes in Non-profits, Affordable Housing, Real Estate and K-12 Schools, Colleges & Universities. Kerry’s expertise lies in navigating the complex landscape of affordable housing programs, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8 vouchers, and government-subsidized initiatives. Her in-depth knowledge allows her to craft innovative strategies that bridge the gap between developers, government agencies, and low-income communities. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and strategic vision have established her as a trusted partner for developers, investors, and nonprofit organizations. With a dual BA in Psychology and Communication, Kerry brings a unique perspective and extensive knowledge to her work. Actively engaging in insurance company advisory panels, she enhances coverage, risk management, and pricing for the benefit of clients.

Brent Saldaña advises investors, developers, owners and operators, and others in the real estate industry in diverse, sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions. His clients span from individual investors and family-owned real estate enterprises, to established developers, to sponsors launching real estate funds, and his experience touches on multiple asset types and classes, including multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, R&D campuses, and vineyards, among others. He serves as chair of Farella Braun + Martel’s Real Estate Group. Brent has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, multi-tiered joint ventures and entity formations, development projects, leasing, and asset and property management arrangements. He advises clients in many unusual deals requiring creative structures, including unique land swap transactions and challenging tenant workouts. Brent also works closely with members of Farella’s Family Wealth Group in structuring real estate holdings and succession planning for families looking to preserve generational wealth. Brent’s practice has a particular focus on complex real estate projects in the San Francisco Bay Area that require negotiating mutually beneficial solutions among multiple stakeholders to protect his clients’ interests. Representative work includes:  Representing the interest of a major investor in a hotel property in Oakland, CA, and representing the seller of a hotel in Oakland.  Representing the owner in the refinancing and sale of Cavallo Point Lodge in Marin County.  Representing the developer in adaptive reuse projects in the East Bay involving the exercise of purchase rights in leases with the municipality, structuring of joint ventures, obtaining construction financing, and negotiation of reciprocal utility easements with adjacent owners.  Representing a multifamily owner and operator in the restructuring of a dozen of its limited partnerships and tenancy in common holdings along the West Coast.  Representing the seller in the sale of a Peninsula office building re-entitled for multifamily construction. This sale, involving seven separate owners, required intricate seller financing, facilitated by the appointment of an administrative agent.  Representing a sponsor in the formation of a single-family residential investment fund targeting assets in the Southwest.  Representing owners and operators of collective retail experiences, including representation of a flower market operator and food hall operator.  Advising an office/retail unit owner in the foreclosure of an assessment lien under a reciprocal easement agreement against an adjoining unit owner.  Negotiating a $175MM credit facility, including lines of credit, secured by personal property assets for a Bay Area-based construction company.  Advising clients on Subdivision Map Act, Tenant Protection Act, Commercial Tenant Protection Act and other California statutory law issues.  Negotiating financing for the developer of a mixed-use project in India Basin in San Francisco.  Assisting an East Bay developer with build-to-suit leases, including a build-to-suit lease for a 220,000-square-foot office building for a life sciences company.  Representing winery and vineyard owners and operators in water infrastructure and water rights easements.  Advising a senior living owner and operator in sale negotiations with a developer of an adjacent mixed-use project in San Jose in which the senior living owner obtained future easement and other rights in an intricate set of sale and easement agreements. Brent is a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. Prior to joining a law firm, Brent worked in development and marketing at The San Francisco Foundation and as in-house counsel for a CDFI fund (nonprofit lender) lending to businesses in New York and in disaster recovery zones. Brent earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. with honors from Tufts University. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.

Daryl J. Carter is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Avanath Capital Management, LLC, a California-based investment firm that acquires, renovates, and operates apartment properties, with an emphasis on affordable and workforce communities. Mr. Carter directs the overall strategy and operations of the Company. Since its formation in 2008, Avanath has acquired $2.5 billion of properties in 13 states in the U.S., comprising 12,000 apartment units. Avanath is vertically integrated and is an SEC registered investment advisor and an institutional fund manager, with capabilities that include acquisition sourcing and underwriting, construction, asset management, and on-site property management. Mr. Carter has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Previously, he was an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Carter became part of the Centerline team when his company, Capri Capital Finance, was acquired by Centerline in 2005. Mr. Carter co-founded and served as Co-Chairman of the Capri Capital family of companies. He was instrumental in building Capri to a diversified real estate investment firm with $8 billion in real estate equity and debt investments under management. Prior to Capri, Mr. Carter was Regional Vice President at Westinghouse Credit Corporation and a Second Vice President at Continental Bank. Mr. Carter holds a Master’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Mr. Carter serves on the Visiting Committee of the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2015, Mr. Carter received the MIT Sloan School Distinguished Alumni Award and served as the 2015 commencement speaker for the Sloan School MBA graduation. Mr. Carter is a Past Chairman of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Previously, Mr. Carter served as an independent director on the boards of the following companies: Catellus Development Corporation (CDX), Silver Bay Realty Trust (SBY), and Whitestone REIT (WSR).

As Chief Executive Officer for Related California's Northern California Affordable and Northwest Divisions, Ms. Silverberg is responsible for the strategic direction, overall management and daily operation of the company's over $3.5 billion affordable portfolio in Northern California and Oregon. She has been directly responsible for the growth of the affordable pipeline in Northern California and Oregon to over 5,000 units under construction and in pre-development. Prior to joining Related California, Ms. Silverberg was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at BRIDGE Housing Corporation where she was responsible for directing and overseeing their Northern California Division. She led the development and redevelopment of more than 8,000 affordable, mixed-income, mixed-use and transit-oriented housing units, including the acquisition and redevelopment of nearly 1,000 public housing units in San Francisco and Sacramento, the joint venture development of mixed-income residential units in Milpitas. She was also responsible for the capital aggregation and placement of equity and debt for their Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and non-LIHTC developments and has overseen the negotiation and placement of over $3 billion in project level debt and equity. She is a recipient of the Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence and Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business awards by the San Francisco Business Times, and has been recognized twice as one of the most dynamic women in commercial real estate by BISNOW. Ms. Silverberg is the immediate past chair of the Board of Directors of the California Housing Consortium and was a co-chair of California State Treasurer Ma’s California Debt Limit Allocation Committee/Tax Credit Allocation Committee Working Group. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Bay Area Council Housing Policy Committee and is on the Housing Policy Committee of the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR). She was appointed to the SF Housing Leadership Council, is a board member of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC), a co-chair of the ULI San Francisco Local Product Council, and past president of the Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California. Ms. Silverberg is a faculty lecturer in the College of Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley where she teaches a graduate level methods class in project analysis. She holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.

As the Chief Real Estate Development Officer (CREDO) / Assistant Secretary at EAH Housing, Mr. Jordan is responsible for all real estate development activities including, business development, real estate acquisition, rehabilitation and new construction activities in California and Hawai`i. He presides over a current active pipeline of 60 deals totaling nearly $2 billion while leading a team of more than 25 development professionals, including several newly created positions such as director of development and director of portfolio finance and policy. Mr. Jordan has been with EAH Housing since 2013 and is the first person to be appointed to the CREDO position in EAH Housing’s 50+ year history. Under his leadership, he has increased overall visibility of EAH within the industry, grew and spearheaded a reimagination of the real estate development department, and has expanded the organization’s footprint into Sacramento, Southern California and the Central Coast. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction and finance for new construction and rehabilitation of a variety of multifamily developments. He has worked with many private and public funding sources to build affordable/family, market rate, mixed income, mixed use, workforce and permanent supportive housing. Prior to joining EAH Housing, Mr. Jordan was a Development Project Specialist for the Housing Authority of the City and County of Fresno (HACCF). Originally from Portland, Oregon, Mr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and earned a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He has worked in public and private sector housing finance throughout California and received certification as a Housing Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council.

Chrissie Davis is the founder and president of a value-based general contracting firm, INCORAGE, which stands for Integrity, Collaboration, Regularly Achieving Goals Effectively. INCORAGE focuses mostly on multi-family housing including affordable housing and projects that provide impact to the community. Chrissie has a civil engineering degree from Loyola Marymount University and a master's from Stanford in Construction Engineering Management. Before starting INCORAGE, Chrissie grew her last organization from a $30M in-house general contracting firm to a $100M powerhouse. At that time, they were named the 25th largest general contractor in Silicon Valley and the best multi-family general contractor to work for with fewer than 50 employees. In her career, she has constructed and rehabilitated over 3,000 units and managed over $1Billion of total construction and preconstruction work in the Bay Area. Chrissie takes great pride in creating a diverse and inclusive environment for team members to flourish. INCORAGE is currently more than half women and almost three-quarters people of color. INCORAGE is slated to be a next-generation general contractor redefining collaboration across the AEC triangle and proving that values-driven leadership isn't just viable in this industry...it's essential to its future!

Edgar Morales is a thought leader in the multifamily housing industry who joined BWE as a Senior Vice President in 2025. Edgar’s 30+ years in the industry has given him a vast background which enables him to provide borrowers with a deeper understanding of leveraging public-private resources needed for today’s complex multifamily transactions. His philosophy is that, through transparency and communication, developers and property owners will have a better experience working with federal and state programs, which in turn allows them to have a better borrowing experience. Edgar previously served as a Senior Vice President, Affordable Production at Colliers Mortgage and formerly worked as Director of Rural Housing Services and FHA lending programs at Rose Community Capital, leading the Affordable & Workforce housing National Lending platform. Prior to joining RCC, Edgar served as Director of USDA & FHA programs for Bonneville Multifamily Mortgage and prior to entering the private sector served as a Senior Loan Analyst for the Multifamily Guaranteed Loan Division at USDA Rural Development National Office. Edgar has acted as an expert panelist and trainer for many major lending institutions, housing industry organizations and has served as a guest presenter for Fannie Mae, the FDIC, The Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH), The California Coalition for Affordable Housing (CCAH), The Rural Housing Coalition of New York, Vibrant Hawaii, The Affordable Housing Association of Indiana, Housing California, Alabama Affordable Housing Association, The Cities of Fresno, Salinas, Monterey, Greenfield, Santa Clara, Soledad, and Gonzales. His market knowledge and technical experience has been sought by many state agencies and housing advocates on a nationwide level.

Tony Mirenda, a seasoned Construction Executive with over 42 years of experience in the Bay Area, has been instrumental in leading and growing businesses across multiple market sectors, including mixed-use, multifamily residential, affordable housing, and education. His leadership has resulted in the successful completion of numerous high-profile affordable housing/mixed-use projects such as the Gateway to Millbrae Station (Millbrae BART), College Terrace Centre (Palo Alto), and Casa del Pueblo (San Jose). Mirenda’s extensive expertise spans all phases of contract delivery, and he has been a key player in public education construction for over 27 years. Throughout his career, Tony has built a robust network of relationships, serving on various industry and nonprofit boards, including chairing the San Jose Chamber of Commerce. With a passion for mentoring, Tony has dedicated 15 years to designing and building stage sets for his alma mater’s drama program and is deeply involved in community service, including youth coaching. Recently, Tony joined Kitchell CEM as Executive Director South Bay where he continues to drive innovation and growth.

Managing Director: Head of Portfolio Management and Co-Head of Investments for Veritas Investments and has over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Reuter focuses on multifamily portfolio management and investment activities for the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Reuter held senior positions at Swift Real Estate Partners, The Green Cities Company, and Prologis. Mr. Reuter holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Kabir Seth serves as a Principal at Presidio Bay Ventures, overseeing a portfolio valued at over $2.3 billion across the United States. He is actively involved in all operations including new business development, financial underwriting, entitlements, community outreach, asset management, project accounting and investor relations. Kabir also leads the continued growth and development of the Presidio Bay Real Estate Scholarship Program, which provides young professionals from underrepresented communities a variety of educational, mentorship, and professional development opportunities via a curated and experiential 10-week learning program. Prior to joining Presidio Bay, Kabir was a member of the Structured Finance Team at SolarCity, now a subsidiary of Tesla, Inc., where he structured more than $300 million in asset-backed debt, including the first publicly rated securitization of solar asset receivables. Kabir started his career in technology investment banking at GCA Global (now Houlihan Lokey), where he focused on private capital and M&A advisory work. Kabir studied at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB) where he completed his degrees in Economics and Mathematics. Originally from Dubai, Kabir enjoys the urban and cosmopolitan lifestyle of San Francisco where he has made his second home. When he isn’t working or with family, he can be found on the golf course, running, surfing, or enjoying a variety of outdoor recreational activities around the Bay.

Responsible for developing more than $3.5 billion in real estate projects, including over 2,300 residential units in the California Bay Area, Hayden has experience in acquisition, contract negotiation, due diligence, risk assessment, financing, construction, and disposition of multifamily, single family and large mixed-use and master planned developments. He maintains relationships with a broad network of property owners, enabling him to identify and acquire prime investments. Hayden also has expertise navigating projects through the entitlement process by working with elected officials, community groups, and political organizations to gain support and get projects approved.

Mark MacDonald is the CEO and Co-Founding Principal of DM Development. Combining his passion for architectural design and real estate development, Mark founded DM Development in 2010 to create exceptionally designed urban infill properties that revitalize communities and promote sustainable development. Mark is actively involved in all phases of the development process with an emphasis on acquisitions, underwriting, finance, partnerships, design, entitlements, marketing and sales. Mark is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), SPUR and the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC), and he has been a featured speaker at numerous local and regional real estate industry events. Mark received his bachelor’s in computer systems engineering with distinction from Stanford University and his master's in management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Lad founded Guerdon Enterprises, LLC in 2001 with a clear vision: to bring modular construction into the mainstream of multi-story, multifamily, and commercial development. A 35-year industry veteran at the time, he built on a legacy as a successful housing entrepreneur, helping pioneer many of the modular industry’s production and design benchmarks that remain in use today. After constructing over 200 successful modular projects, Lad sold Guerdon and stepped away from day-to-day operations. A few short years later, Innovatus Capital Partners, brought asked him to return in a strategic role, serving on the board and acting as a Director on key partnership initiatives. While semi-retired, Lad remains deeply engaged in business development, drawing on decades of experience to help guide Guerdon’s long-term growth and strategic direction.
