Denton Kelley is a Managing Principal of LDK Ventures, LLC, an entity formed with his father, Larry Kelley, with a focus on value-add real estate acquisition and development opportunities in the Western Region of the US. Mr. Kelley is responsible for identifying and executing new real estate investment opportunities. Mr. Kelley is also responsible for sourcing equity capital requirements for all LDK acquisition and development projects. Mr. Kelley is currently an owner in McClellan Business Park.

Prior to joining LDK Ventures, LLC, Mr. Kelley worked as an equity research analyst at Bessent Capital (a global macro hedge fund in New York) covering financials, real estate, health care and other diversified industry sectors. Mr. Kelley worked directly with Scott Bessent, the current CIO of Soros Fund Management. Mr. Kelly spent 3 years at Robertson Stephens in the Investment Banking Division where was promoted to Associate from Analyst. The first year was dedicated to the real estate sector and he then spent the next two years banking the semiconductor and technology industries working on multiple IPO's, follow-on offerings and various other corporate finance deals. Prior to Robertson, he worked for Prentiss Properties, LLC. (an office REIT based in Dallas, TX) as an acquisition and development analyst and was also partly responsible for the asset management of the 2 million square feet office/industrial portfolio in the Southwestern US.

Mr. Kelley received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was a scholarship athlete during his collegiate tenure on the track and field team.

Bryan McKrell

Bryan McKrell is a Managing Director at Link Logistics Real Estate. He is responsible for more than 53 million square feet of industrial properties in the Pacific Northwest and he has worked in Commercial Real Estate for the last 23 years. Bryan has worked locally as a youth sports coach for soccer, basketball golf, and football and spends a good deal of time volunteering at his children’s school and in the community. Bryan grew up in the Carmichael area and attended Starr King Elementary and Middle school where he was inspired to learn and would like to give back to the district which provided him with such an exemplarily academic foundation. Bryan is the father of three children and currently resides in East Sacramento.

Jim Terry is Principal of Ware Malcomb’s Pleasanton office. As Principal, he is responsible for the overall

leadership of the Pleasanton office and oversees all Northern California commercial architecture projects. Jim is

a Licensed Architect and certified LEED Accredited Professional, bringing over 40 years of architecture and

design experience to the Ware Malcomb team. He started his career with Ware Malcomb in 2003 in the firm’s

Denver office. Shortly thereafter, Jim relocated to Northern California where he has managed a variety of

master planning, industrial, distribution/logistics, commercial offices and retail projects for the firm. In 2015,

Jim was promoted to Principal, joining the firm’s senior leadership team. In addition to his role in Northern

California, Jim has been the Principal in Charge of Ware Malcomb’s national account with Amazon since their

initial involvement in 2011.

Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb has 28 office locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and

Cherie Y. Song is a Partner in Lubin Olson's Real Estate and

Business Practice Groups. She specializes in commercial

leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and

telecommunications.

Ms. Song represents institutional landlords, multi-billion

dollar investment management companies, REITs, pension

funds, and national retailers in a broad range

of lease-related matters for office, retail, industrial,

mixed-use properties and telecommunications assets. She

also represents developers and investors in the acquisition,

development, disposition and financing of commercial

properties. Her practice also includes advising startups and

Tim Schaedler serves as a partner with Panattoni Development

Company, one of the largest private industrial real estate

development companies in the United States and Europe. Tim is

responsible for the company’s development operations and

investment decisions in the Northern California and Nevada

markets. As partner, Tim oversees all aspects of development of

office, industrial and retail projects as well as the supervision of

staff personnel in three offices within the region. He manages

underwriting investments, due diligence, arranging financing,

development entitlements, architectural design, construction

budgets, lease negotiations and dispositions. Tim has more than

23 years of experience in land entitlement, development,

construction and leasing of office and industrial projects.

Over the past two decades, Tim has developed more than $1.5

billion of speculative and build to suit projects for Santa Clara

County, Sacramento County, Nationwide Insurance, San

Joaquin County, Berlin Packaging, Southern Wine and Spirits,

Amazon, Dignity Health, BMW, Volvo, FedEx, JFC International,

Loomis Armored, Facebook, Allogene Therapeutics, McKesson

Corporation, Home Depot and Restaurant Depot.

In addition to his role at Panattoni, Tim serves on the Board of

Directors for NAIOP, Sacramento Central Valley.

Currently in Northern California, Southern Nevada and

Northern Nevada, Panattoni Development Company has more

than ten million square feet planned on more than 600 acres

with a value of over $1.5 billion.

Having worked as a consultant, contractor, and client, Cory takes a 360 degree approach to overcoming challenges. A natural collaborator and problem solver, he works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, tenants, City officials, and all other stakeholders to create value and ensure project success. Growing up in Hawaii, and having lived in New York and Los Angeles prior to settling down in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cory enjoys golf, snowboarding, and anything on the History Channel.

Chuck McCallum, PE, QSD, brings 34 years of civil engineering and land development experience to his role as CEO + President of Kier + Wright (K+W) and co-founder of KWRE. He leads all aspects of K+W’s business operations and supports project teams across offices and market sectors, with a focus on aligning the firm’s strategy, culture, and long-term vision.

Throughout his career, Chuck has helped guide the planning and delivery of complex land development projects, including large-scale industrial business parks, corporate campuses, and high-rise office developments. His hands-on approach and focus on client service have been instrumental in expanding K+W’s portfolio and strengthening the firm’s long-standing relationships with developers, owners, and industry partners.

Chuck has served on the national ACEC HealthTrust Board and is a longtime sponsor of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also a member of NAIOP in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
