Jason Klier is Senior Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions at LDK Ventures, LLC, with a focus on new leasing and acquisitions in the Western Region of the US.

Before joining LDK Ventures, LLC, Mr. Klier was the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Buzz Oates in Sacramento. Mr. Klier was responsible for the acquisition, development, asset management, leasing and disposition of industrial properties throughout California, Idaho, Nevada, Texas and Arizona. In this capacity, Mr. Klier was able to work with Fortune 500 companies on industrial real estate requirements throughout the western half of the US.

Prior to working for Buzz Oates, Mr. Klier focused on retail assets, working with Hutensky Capital Partners and Phillips Edison & Company (“PECO”) in several capacities, including acquisitions, portfolio management and dispositions.

Mr. Klier started his career in Sacramento with Palmer Capital Inc., a leading independent real estate capital markets firm. During his career at Palmer Capital Inc., Mr. Klier worked with a team on over $3 billion in transactions in all Western Markets

Mr. Klier received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California at Davis.

MIke's unsurpassed knowledge, strong relationships and credibility in the market create opportunities for his wide array of clients. Mike and his partners average more than 100 transactions annually, involving warehouse/ distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex buildings, special purpose properties and land throughout the San Joaquin Central Valley.

Rick Solis is a Senior Field Representative with the Nor Cal Carpenters Union at

Local 152 in Contra Costa County, and previously in Santa Clara, San Benito, and

San Mateo counties. Rick was a working Carpenter for 14 years prior to becoming

a union representative, in which he is in his 17 th year. His focus has been on

membership services, prevailing wage compliance, contract negotiations with

government agencies, and working with developers and contractors to ensure

best case scenarios for their projects and labor. He also works in collaboration

with the Northern California Carpenters Political Director to lobby local, state, and

federal elected officials of carpenter based solutions and legislation. His passion

for worker empowerment and civic duty have inspired him to participate in the

city he lives in by various volunteer opportunities, coaching multiple kids sports

teams, and serving as a planning commissioner for the past eight years.

She hails from Texas, so you may hear the twang come out, but with 18 years in Northern California she is definitely home.

Danae Hall, AICP is an Associate at Kimley-Horn with an emphasis on navigating the entitlement process for developments across Northern California. Danae has a strong record of serving clients and collaborating with stakeholders through all phases of entitlement and project development, and her core focus is obtaining environmental clearance through the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). She has been responsible for environmental clearance for a variety of industrial developments, including master planned logistics centers, speculative warehouses, and build-to-suit projects. Danae’s strong experience with industrial developments, matched with her expertise on the entitlements process in California, brings a unique skillset to her clients and projects. Outside of the office, Danae serves on the Board of the American Planning Association Northern California Section and she enjoys backpacking in the Sierra Nevada mountains with her husband.

Brion Fitzpatrick is the Vice President of Business Development for C&I projects at Nexamp, A Mitsubishi Company.

Brion leads Nexamp’s national approach to the commercial and industrial markets in the deployment of on-site

solar and energy storage. This includes rooftop leasing for front-of-meter systems that export power off-site, as

well as, behind-the-meter systems for customers that desire to generate power on-site. Nexamp, a US based

independent power producer, is in the business of selling power via power purchase agreements and is a leading

owner/operator of solar assets across North America specializing in Community Solar, Distributed Generation,

Rooftop and Car-Canopy solar as well as Energy Storage. Brion is part of a team of over 75 project developers

serving the nation’s most predominant solar markets. Since 2008, Brion has developed more than 75 projects

across 19 states, including a recent federal project for the installation of 2.4 MWs on 12 Fed rooftops in DC around

the National Mall ( The Smithsonian, National Archives, and Natural History Museum). Brion also has expertise in

solar policy, emerging solar markets, and the procurement of hard-to-capture incentives.
