Delphine Prévost joined the Port of Oakland in 1997 as a project manager for the Port’s Environmental Division, managing the Port’s dredging program and the redevelopment of the 400-acre former Oakland Naval Supply Center. Ms. Prévost then went on to work in both the private and non-profit sectors on a variety of Bay-Delta resource and real estate development projects. In 2007, she returned to the Port of Oakland as a senior project manager in the Maritime Division of the Port, responsible for managing a number of infrastructure projects. Ms. Prévost is currently Manager of Administration and Finance Services for the Port’s Maritime Division. Her areas of responsibility include marine and rail terminal leasing, management of rates and charges, implementation of select infrastructure projects, and various programmatic initiatives. Ms. Prévost holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Science from the University of California Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University in Montreal, Québec.

Don Ankeny is President and Chief Executive Officer of Westcore Properties.

He leads the company’s portfolio of Industrial properties, which currently totals more than 9 million square feet.

Additionally, Don plays a key role in the company’s business strategy, utilizing his strong real estate and capital markets’ expertise to grow the company’s investment and

operating platform.

Don’s real estate background includes starting and overseeing the real estate group of Robertson Stephens, a global investment banking firm that was acquired by Bank of America and later by Bank Boston. Under his leadership, the firm was engaged in many of the country’s significant public and private real estate transactions.

Prior to Robertson Stephens, Don was a partner with Trammell Crow Company.

Don graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a distinction in economics. He also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Don is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and a Gold council member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

He is a former trustee of the Bishop’s School in La Jolla, CA where he chaired the Finance and Investment Committee as well as the School’s Endowment Campaign.

Don is a member of the Parents Advisory Board at Stanford University.

He is also a past recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s CEO of the Year award, EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and Real Estate Forum’s Best Bosses in the Business award.

Denton Kelley

Denton Kelley is a Managing Principal of LDK Ventures, LLC, an entity formed with his father, Larry Kelley, with a focus on value-add real estate acquisition and development opportunities in the Western Region of the US. Mr. Kelley is responsible for identifying and executing new real estate investment opportunities. Mr. Kelley is also responsible for sourcing equity capital requirements for all LDK acquisition and development projects. Mr. Kelley is currently an owner in McClellan Business Park.

Prior to joining LDK Ventures, LLC, Mr. Kelley worked as an equity research analyst at Bessent Capital (a global macro hedge fund in New York) covering financials, real estate, health care and other diversified industry sectors. Mr. Kelley worked directly with Scott Bessent, the current CIO of Soros Fund Management. Mr. Kelly spent 3 years at Robertson Stephens in the Investment Banking Division where was promoted to Associate from Analyst. The first year was dedicated to the real estate sector and he then spent the next two years banking the semiconductor and technology industries working on multiple IPO's, follow-on offerings and various other corporate finance deals. Prior to Robertson, he worked for Prentiss Properties, LLC. (an office REIT based in Dallas, TX) as an acquisition and development analyst and was also partly responsible for the asset management of the 2 million square feet office/industrial portfolio in the Southwestern US.

Mr. Kelley received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was a scholarship athlete during his collegiate tenure on the track and field team.

Kathleen Briscoe

Kathleen S. Briscoe is the Partner, Chief Capital Officer of Dermody Properties and has primary responsibility for all aspects of the company’s business related to its capital strategy and execution. She is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee and brings with her over 30 years of experience in the institutional real estate investment management business.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties in March 2018, Ms. Briscoe held senior consulting and management positions at a number of real estate investment companies, including Arixa Capital, Cordia Capital Management, LLC, Institutional Real Estate, Inc. and Crosswater Realty Advisors. Ms. Briscoe has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer for real estate at Cordia Capital Management, overseeing approximately $100 million of commercial real estate investments per year throughout the Western U.S. (2013-2016), Chief Investment Officer for IDS Real Estate Group in Los Angeles (2009-2011), and Managing Director and the Head of the Los Angeles office for Buchanan Street Partners (2007-2008). From 1987 to 2007, Ms. Briscoe was a Shareholder at Lowe Enterprises, a real estate investment, asset management, and development company, where she managed the firm’s investment clients, was Key-Man on a value-add private REIT, managed several portfolios, and served on the Executive Committee and as a voting member of the Investment Committee.

Ms. Briscoe received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Ms. Briscoe is an Independent Director for Griffin Capital, Resmark Equity Partners, LLC, and Crescent Capital SPAC. Ms. Briscoe is a council member of the Urban Land Institute, an Editorial Advisory board member for Institutional Real Estate, Inc., a member of PREA and the Capital Markets Affinity Group, and a member of AFIRE, NAIOP, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. She is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Paul Klink

Paul Klink joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 as executive vice president, head of Industrial services, serving from the company's Newport Beach, California office. A 33-year corporate real estate veteran with a focus on developing and cultivating institutional relationships, Mr. Klink has deep knowledge of all facets of the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience across brokerage, development, and asset and property management, with roots in office and industrial product. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills, his ability to think like an owner on behalf of his clients and his corporate leadership skills. As executive vice president, head of Industrial, Mr. Klink guides the direction and expansion of NKF's industrial capabilities across North America with a priority of recruiting top industrial-focused leasing and capital markets talent and expanding client relationships across the sector.

Mr. Klink joined NKF from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as executive managing director of investor services. In this role, he was responsible for the firm's most important institutional investor clients, serving as a single point of contact for the company's real estate services, including property management, leasing, capital markets and valuation/advisory. Prior work experience also includes Cassidy Turley, Interface Properties, Koll Development Company and Grubb & Ellis, all based in California.

Brian is a highly skilled construction executive with over fourteen years of

experience in the construction industry. The combination of solid leadership,

communication and technical knowledge has spurred success in all of Brian’s

projects, driving deep relationships with our clients built on a foundation of

trust, collaboration and mutual respect. With strong analytical and problem

solving skills, he positively impacts all his projects from preconstruction to value

engineering to cost management. Brian is a leader at Millie and Severson and

is recognized for his ability to efficiently manage large projects and teams while

delivering successful projects to our clients.

In his role as Vice President, Brian oversees all construction operations for Millie

and Severson’s Northern California region, ensuring that project teams meet and

exceed all standards for quality and safety, while delivering on all financial and

contractual obligations.

Over the course of his career, Brian has built nearly 5 million square feet in a

variety of sectors – industrial, office, healthcare, student housing and senior
