Our Commitment to Your Safety

We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 10,000 executives to date. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events. You can expect the following:

  • Due to the San Francisco Health Officer's Safer Return Together mandates, we will be requiring proof of vaccination as a condition of entry to our event. Proof of vaccination can be shown via a physical card or a digital image of your records.

  • Facial coverings will be required by all staff & attendees, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.

  • Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.

  • Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.

  • Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.

JJohn Pollock is Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Meridian. Mr. Pollock is responsible for

the capital markets, financing, and operational functions of Meridian. He works with his executive

leadership team on the company’s strategy and operations. Before his most recent role, Mr. Pollock

served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 30 years of knowledge shaped by a wide range of experiences in commercial and

residential real estate development, Mr. Pollock has proven his ability to lead, manage and develop

highly effective cross functional teams. Prior to joining Meridian in 2006, Mr. Pollock served as General

Manager for national home builder Centex Homes where he was responsible for all land development,

construction and sales in Santa Fe, New Mexico. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Pollock served as Vice

President of Bovis Lend Lease, a leading international project management and construction company

operating in more than thirty countries. At Bovis, Mr. Pollock’s responsibilities included managing

finance, project controls and risk management and he was involved in a wide range of transactions in

size, scope, and geography.

Notable developments Mr. Pollock has been involved in include, Santana Row in San Jose, CA, Four

Seasons Hotel in San Francisco, CA, Lincoln Square in Bellevue, WA and the Privatization of Fort Hood

Family Housing in Killeen, TX.

John is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the ULI Health Care and Life Science Council.

He also serves on the HREI Editorial Advisory Board and is a Certified Public Accountant. John Received a

Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College.

Teresa believes design can empower physicians to heal, scientists to discover, and healthcare leaders to innovate. She has designed over 30 million square feet of healthcare facilities, totalling over $27 billion. Teresa has planned every modality and department in a hospital, outpatient facility and skilled nursing facility; experience which led to OSHPD leadership to invite her to serve as an OSHPD Emergency Design Task Force team leader. Teresa’s planning philosophy integrates Lean principles and evidence-based design to create highly efficient healthcare facilities with exceptional patient experience and staff satisfaction.

Jill is a Vice President and Health Principal at HDR and an ACHA board-certified healthcare architect. An experienced architect, Jill is well versed in partnering with clients and leading health facility projects of all types. Her 25+ year career has encompassed projects across the globe, facilitating workshops, and integrated teams, while striving to synthesize visions, goals, and content. She believes architectural design is a team sport; that hospitals are small magical cities; a short, well-run meeting is a thing of beauty; and the intersection of data and buildings will grow exponentially in the next few years. Jill is an avid storyteller and speaker, having presented at a wide variety of professional conferences and gatherings on topics around healthcare architecture and career mentoring. Her storytelling also landed her in 3rd place in an NYC MOTH Story Slam. She has initiated Oreo Tuesdays at every office where she has worked; stop by one Tuesday and have a cookie and a chat.
