Ken Dupee joined TMG in 1998 and has over 32 years of direct real estate development and construction experience. At TMG he has managed the entitlement, development, lease-up and sale of 3.7 million sf of Bay Area office space, including two ground-up LEED Platinum projects.

Currently he supports the development team’s acquisition, financing, leasing and development activities.

Prior to TMG: Ken was a Development Manager at Catellus Development where he built approximately 750,000 sq. ft. of industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a MBA in real estate and finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

In addition to 15 years of experience in real estate development, Mr. Babsin is an attorney and CPA. Mr. Babsin holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, a JD from Harvard Law School, and a Master in City Planning from the University of California at Berkeley.

Brandon Thrasher is a Senior Principal at HLB Lighting Design and the Managing Director of the firm’s San Francisco studio. With more than two decades of experience across Boston, New York City, and San Francisco, he leads interdisciplinary lighting design strategies that blend technical rigor with evocative storytelling through light.

Known for his systematic, highly organized approach, Brandon partners closely with clients to elevate building performance, enhance the occupant experience, and strengthen the long‑term value of the built environment.

A Certified Lighting Designer and LEED Accredited Professional, Brandon’s award‑winning portfolio spans commercial mixed‑use developments, workplace environments, life sciences facilities, civic and cultural projects, hospitality, and academic campuses. His work includes collaborations with global leaders such as NVIDIA, Apple, Google, and Biogen.

Patrick Otellini is the National Affordable Housing Director with Swinerton and leads their affordable housing efforts in Company-wide. Prior to joining Swinerton, he served as the Chief Resilience Officer and Director of Earthquake Safety for the City and County of San Francisco under Mayor Edwin Lee and was responsible for the creation and implementation of the city’s resilience strategy: Resilient San Francisco – Stronger Today, Stronger Tomorrow. He received his Master of Construction Management from New School of Architecture and Design and his Bachelor of Political Science from Westmont College.

Bracken has successfully managed entitlement, estimating, contracting, and construction management for projects throughout the Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest, and Southern California. Bracken has been with SummerHill since 2000. He leads all aspects of the construction process including initial design, livability solutions, document coordination, estimating, pricing, and construction management. He is involved in supporting each development through the acquisition, entitlements, and asset management teams and fully leads the entitlement process in the Pacific Northwest.

Bracken has worked for over 30 years in commercial construction, hospitality, and multi-family development. Within SummerHill, he has worked on over thirty developments with an apartment and condominium count in excess of 6,500 units.

Bracken’s prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President for Wentz Group and acting as an Owner’s Advocate representing client’s interests in entitling, designing, and building resorts in California, Colorado, and Mexico.

He studied Mathematics and Civil Engineering at the University of Arizona and Business Administration at National University, graduating with High Honors. He holds a State of California Contractor’s B license. Bracken lived in Mexico for fifteen years and is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife own and operate several successful Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area.

Matthew Berglund serves as the Director of Design at Presidio Bay Ventures, overseeing all design, planning, and engineering processes from ideation to fruition. As an accomplished architect, Matthew is focused on the development of high-performing buildings and the elevation of design culture within organizations.

Matthew brings two decades of experience in comprehensive building design and active construction management to the firm. Prior to joining Presidio Bay, Matthew served as Associate Principal at Handel Architects in San Francisco, leading the design and execution of multi-family, hotel, and office projects with exceptional proficiency in urban mixed-use and high-rise developments. Prior to that, with Goettsch Partners in Chicago, he was instrumental in the establishment of the firm’s Middle East operation and the completion of significant projects in the region, including the Abu Dhabi Global Market Square.

Mr. Berglund holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He is a licensed member of the American Institute of Architects, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

Kris McGee is a highly accomplished Development Executive with extensive experience in the commercial real estate and development industry. As Principal of Urban Hive Development, Kris specializes in project management, construction execution, owner's representation, and tenant relations. Known for fostering strong business connections and delivering projects on time and within budget, Kris combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to ensure client success. Kris has led transformative projects across the Bay Area, ranging from large-scale ground-up developments to complex tenant improvements.

As Executive Vice President of Design for Related California, Ms. Yee leads the architecture and interior design for all market rate and mixed-income residential developments throughout California. She is responsible for the creative oversight and management of the planning, design and engineering of every market rate development, from concept and delivery to building opening. Her direct involvement in all aspects of the building process includes directing architects, interior designers and engineers through each phase of construction to ensure that the completed work is true to the project’s design intent. She is the conduit with sales/leasing and marketing, operations, and development executives, assuring informed design, constantly evolving processes, and seamless execution.

Since joining Related in 2006, Ms. Yee has been directly responsible for the design oversight and completion of numerous developments, including The Avery, Mason on Mariposa and 1550 Mission in San Francisco, and The Century, The Seychelle, The Waverly, The Emerson, and Argyle House in Los Angeles.

A registered architect and former vice president at international design firm, HKS Architects, Ms. Yee holds a Master in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a recipient of the Asian Women in Business Corporate Leadership Award, former editor of the Dallas chapter American Institute of Architects newsletter, and served on the Urban Design Advisory Committee for the City of Dallas. Ms. Yee serves on the Boards of Trustees for Sci-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture) and the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has been an invited speaker at AIA conferences, Urban Land Institute events, and housing symposium panels.
