Ms. Bryant joined Sares Regis Group in 1993 with responsibility for the Bay Area commercial property portfolio. She oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and MIS activities for the company and closely monitors the performance of all active development and operating projects.

Ms. Alison M. Hill serves as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at Prologis, Inc. Ms. Hill served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Aviation Terminals Inc. (IAT) since May 1, 2007. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Development & Operations at ProLogis European Properties Fund. She serves as President of AMB Property Canada Ltd., the administrator of the Fund. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer for AMB Capital Partners, LLC. She has been with AMB since November 1999, and has led its portfolio management operation as well as its new product development. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at AMB Property Corporation since September 2009. She served as Senior Vice President, private capital at AMB Property Corporation. Prior to joining AMB, she was an Attorney with Morrison & Foerster, where she counseled real estate clients.

Angelique Brunner is the Founder and President of EB5 Capital, a leader in the EB-5 investor industry,

raising foreign capital for investment in job-creating real estate projects across the United States under the

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which is overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration

Services. EB5 Capital owns and operates a number of USCIS-authorized Regional Centers across the country,

most notably in Washington, D.C., California, and New York, and has a portfolio of 13 current and

completed projects, with six more in the pre-development phase. EB5 Capital has raised funds from

immigrant investors in nearly 50 countries, maintaining a 100% project approval rate from the USCIS. Ms.

Brunner was one of the first authorized Regional Center operators; among the first 15 of the approximately 800 that exist today. As

President, she provides strategic direction and oversight to EB5 Capital’s real estate, marketing, and legal teams.

Ms. Brunner is considered an industry expert, a seasoned and highly respected Regional Center operator, and a strong advocate for

the EB-5 Program as a tool for economic development. She serves on the Board of Directors for Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the

national EB-5 industry trade association, and was the Inaugural Chair of the IIUSA Policy Committee, which guides the industry’s

communications with USCIS and other governmental agencies. In 2011, at the request of Senator Leahy’s (D-VT) office, Ms. Brunner

submitted official congressional testimony in support of the EB-5 Program. She works closely with Marriott International and Hilton

Worldwide in their efforts to make the EB-5 Program more effective.

Ms. Brunner has also had the opportunity to speak at numerous conferences for industry organizations, including the National

Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Urban Land Institute (ULI), IIUSA, SelectUSA, the International Economic Development Council

(IEDC), and the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA), among others.

Before founding EB5 Capital, Ms. Brunner spent more than a decade working in finance and investments for both public and private

organizations focused on real estate and venture capital. Her past employers include: Fannie Mae, Neighborhood Development

Company, National Capital Revitalization Corporation, CORE Capital Partners, and Public Financial Management.

Ms. Brunner is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Master’s Degree in Policy and Economics from Princeton University,

where she studied under Ben Bernanke, former chairman of the Federal Reserve. She also earned a Certificate in Urban Planning

from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.

Amy Price is president of BentallGreenOak (BGO). In her role, Amy also co-heads the firm’s U.S. Investment Management business and oversees its Canadian Investment Management and Real Estate Services businesses. Cynthia A. Parker, President & CEO, is responsible for the overall direction of BRIDGE Housing, a leading nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing. She previously served as Regional President for Mercy Housing and President of Intercommunity Mercy Housing. Kim joined Harvest Properties in 2021 and is responsible for managing the entitlements and execution of development projects, as well as sourcing new development opportunities for the firm. Meg Spriggs joined Shorenstein in 2013. She is responsible for overseeing multifamily housing transactions for the Shorenstein family. Prior to working in commercial construction, Leina spent her career running commercial real estate and facilities for various corporations in the Bay Area. A passion for community involvement is evident in Leina’s work outside of the office. She’s the founder and president of a business networking and philanthropy organization for women in the commercial real estate industry in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. She has held leadership positions with the following organizations: USGBC SV, CoreNet Northern California Chapter, IFMA SV and BOMA SV. Leina also served on the Editorial Board of The Registry. Before joining Wilson Meany, Janice led the development of Pier 1 — an award-winning historic rehabilitation project on San Francisco’s waterfront — in her role leading AMB Corporate Real Estate Advisors as a part of the development group at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis). While there, she also represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets, portfolio evaluation and lease negotiations. Prior to that, Janice was a partner at Trammell Crow Company in Southern California.

Before joining the A’s, Tan was Senior Vice President and U.S. Head of Development at Bentall Kennedy, one of North America’s largest real estate investment advisors. During her tenure, the company invested in the development of more than $3 billion of mixed-use commercial, multi-family, and logistics projects throughout the U.S.

Tan has additional experience as Executive Vice President and Director of Northern California Operations at Related California, where she opened the office and built up a $2 billion pipeline of affordable and mixed income, mixed use developments throughout the Bay Area. Her work included successful partnerships with Oakland based non-profit EBALDC, the Oakland Housing Authority and Acts Full Gospel Church on community redevelopment projects in East Oakland.

She was also the Executive Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she led teams focused on all aspects of the development and financing of mixed income and affordable housing communities, as well as large scale redevelopment efforts throughout California, including Chestnut Linden, Mandela Gateway and Central Station in West Oakland, MacArthur BART, and St. Josephs in East Oakland. During her tenure at BRIDGE, she oversaw the development of $3.5 billion of affordable and mixed income housing, pedestrian-oriented commercial space, and community facilities.

Throughout her work and volunteer career, Tan has worked with nonprofits and local organizations to effect positive change focused on raising the quality of life and increasing opportunity in lower income communities. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the S.H. Cowell Foundation; SPUR; and Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. She is a former longtime volunteer at EBALDC, serving on its Board of Directors and its Real Estate Committee. Ms. Treaster is a Senior Vice President in The John Buck Company’s Development Group. As co-head of the West Coast office, she identifies and executes new investment

opportunities. She leads the development team through feasibility, design, entitlements, site acquisition, budgeting, and project execution. Prior to joining The John Buck Company, Ms. Treaster spent 9 years at Hines as Director who was responsible for managing the development of Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, California. In addition to her work on the Tower, She also contributed to the development, acquisitions and leasing of more than 3M square feet of commercial real estate representing value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old

construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following

a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business

after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about

continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business.

Under her leadership, the company has grown into three divisions – Construction, Cabinetry

and Service. Kristin is a recent Past President with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce

Board of Directors, is an active member of the Northern California Planning Committee for ICSC,

Gaye is responsible for the execution of Westlake’s Development activities including governmental entitlements, strategic planning, site evaluation and project feasibility analyses. Catherine House, CRE, FRICS, CCIM, is the SVN National Healthcare Chair of the 2,000+ commercial real estate brokerage firm SVN. As Chair she is responsible for coordinating healthcare related commercial real estate activities, in particular, medical & dental office buildings and seniors housing (ALF’s, SNF’s, MC, etc.) throughout the company. She is particularly known for her experience in the acquisition and disposition of medical & office buildings, medical condominiums and neighborhood commercial buildings throughout Northern California. She is also a frequent industry speaker on the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on Healthcare.

In 2021 she was invited to become a Counselor of Real Estate. In 2010, San Francisco Business Times named her one of the “Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area”. Catherine’s career in commercial real estate began in 1993 in London, England where she graduated as a Chartered Surveyor and worked for CBRE until she was recruited to this country in 2001.
