Ms. Greaner is Regional Vice President, FivePoint, a position she assumed when her prior role as Chief Operating Officer in Lennar’s Bay Area Urban division transitioned into FivePoint in July 2016. In both her current and most recent positions, she oversees the commercial strategy and operations for the platform that is responsible for The San Francisco Shipyard, Candlestick Point, Treasure Island and the Concord Naval Weapons Station. Ms. Greaner joined Lennar Commercial in January 2014 as Executive Vice President responsible for Lennar Commercial’s operations. Ms. Greaner attended Boston University and brings over 30 years of commercial real estate and operations experience. From 1978 - 1985, she managed multiple retail operations in the northeast US. Ms. Greaner joined Mainstreet Investments in south Florida in 1985, where she specialized in the marketing and development of residential single-family properties. In 1988, she established her own Miami-based real estate company as Managing Partner developing multiple locations for Walgreens, Publix and other national retailers, in addition to overseeing asset management and leasing for shopping centers and suburban offices throughout Florida. In 1999, Ms. Greaner merged with Ram Realty Services, a midsized firm with a southeast U.S. footprint, to create Ram’s commercial development, leasing and asset management division. As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw company operations, actively served as a member on the Investment Committee, oversaw multifamily assets and directed all commercial activities for retail and office including asset management, leasing, property management, redevelopment and ground up development. Throughout her tenure at Ram Realty, she actively sourced opportunities and played a key role in fund raising for two of the company’s private equity funds. Ms. Greaner is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), served as the ICSC Government Relations Chair for the State of Florida, participates in Government relations for the organization at the federal level and currently serves on ICSC’s National Economic Committee. She is involved in a variety of mentor programs for young real estate professionals, is on the Florida State University Real Estate Advisory Board and holds real estate broker licenses in Florida and North Carolina.

Amy Price is president of BentallGreenOak (BGO). In her role, Amy also co-heads the firm’s U.S. Investment Management business and oversees its Canadian Investment Management and Real Estate Services businesses. Amy is a member of the Management Committee, chairs the U.S. Investment Committee for the firm's core, core plus and separate account clients, and co-chairs the U.S. Management Committee. Ms. Alison M. Hill serves as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at Prologis, Inc. Ms. Hill served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Aviation Terminals Inc. (IAT) since May 1, 2007. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Development & Operations at ProLogis European Properties Fund. She serves as President of AMB Property Canada Ltd., the administrator of the Fund. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer for AMB Capital Partners, LLC. She has been with AMB since November 1999, and has led its portfolio management operation as well as its new product development. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at AMB Property Corporation since September 2009. She served as Senior Vice President, private capital at AMB Property Corporation. Catherine House, CRE, FRICS, CCIM, is the SVN National Healthcare Chair of the 2,000+ commercial real estate brokerage firm SVN. As Chair she is responsible for coordinating healthcare related commercial real estate activities, in particular, medical & dental office buildings and seniors housing (ALF’s, SNF’s, MC, etc.) throughout the company. She is particularly known for her experience in the acquisition and disposition of medical & office buildings, medical condominiums and neighborhood commercial buildings throughout Northern California. She is also a frequent industry speaker on the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on Healthcare.

Tracy A. Murphy was appointed Executive Vice President, Life Sciences in May 2016 and is responsible for the company’s life science activities along the West Coast, an area that includes three of the top four U.S. life science markets. The company currently has approximately 6 million square feet of life science properties either stabilized or in development and Ms. Murphy leads the leasing, development and positioning for these assets as well as identify and pursue new development and acquisition opportunities in the San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area and greater Seattle markets. Angelique Brunner is the Founder and President of EB5 Capital, a leader in the EB-5 investor industry,

raising foreign capital for investment in job-creating real estate projects across the United States under the

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which is overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration

Services. EB5 Capital owns and operates a number of USCIS-authorized Regional Centers across the country,

most notably in Washington, D.C., California, and New York, and has a portfolio of 13 current and

completed projects, with six more in the pre-development phase. EB5 Capital has raised funds from

immigrant investors in nearly 50 countries, maintaining a 100% project approval rate from the USCIS. Ms.

Brunner was one of the first authorized Regional Center operators; among the first 15 of the approximately 800 that exist today. As

President, she provides strategic direction and oversight to EB5 Capital’s real estate, marketing, and legal teams.

Ms. Brunner is considered an industry expert, a seasoned and highly respected Regional Center operator, and a strong advocate for

the EB-5 Program as a tool for economic development. She serves on the Board of Directors for Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the

national EB-5 industry trade association, and was the Inaugural Chair of the IIUSA Policy Committee, which guides the industry’s

communications with USCIS and other governmental agencies. In 2011, at the request of Senator Leahy’s (D-VT) office, Ms. Brunner

submitted official congressional testimony in support of the EB-5 Program. She works closely with Marriott International and Hilton

Worldwide in their efforts to make the EB-5 Program more effective.

Ms. Brunner is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Master’s Degree in Policy and Economics from Princeton University,

Gaye is responsible for the execution of Westlake’s Development activities including governmental entitlements, strategic planning, site evaluation and project feasibility analyses. She is also directly responsible for the redevelopment of Westlake’s Kirkham Heights residential project in San Francisco.

strategy issues. She is an award-winning designer who has worked with several Fortune 500

environments based on their unique organizational DNA. As Co-Director of HOK’s WorkPlace

team, a practice that supports organizations undertaking multiple projects in various locations,

and a member of HOK’s Board of Directors, Kay is responsible for helping clients redefine how,

when and where their people work, and supports a holistic design approach that integrates an

organization’s people, processes, and technology. She was recently selected from her field of

peers to provide Congressional Subject Matter Expert Testimony to the U.S. House of

Representatives on “Federal Real Estate Post-COVID-19: A View from The Private Sector.”

In 2020 Kay was named ASID’s Designer of Distinction for the year. Kay is considered an

industry thought leaders on workplace. She has authored multiple white papers and articles on

a variety of design related topics including wellbeing; next gen workforce; technologies impact

on the workplace; space fusion and the rise of the human factor.

In 2021 Kay was elected to both the ASID and the IIDA College of Fellows and inducted into the

2022 SCN Hall of Fame, celebrate contributions to the AV/IT industry. In 2022 Kay was

recognized by both Melwood and IFMA for her continued research and efforts to bring

awareness to DEI initiatives and the needs of the neurodiverse community. Kay was awarded

the IFMA Distinguished Author Awards for her research and whitepapers on Neurodiversity and

was awarded the first Melwood Ability Awards - Inaugural Accelerator Award for her efforts to

raise awareness about the needs of the Neurodiverse.

Kay currently serves on the National ASID Foundation Research Taskforce, the IWBI Health

Meg Spriggs joined Shorenstein in 2013. She is responsible for overseeing multifamily housing transactions for the Shorenstein family. This includes sourcing and evaluating, as well as financing, acquiring, entitling, developing, managing and divesting of assets, and supporting other Shorenstein professionals in the evaluation and execution of mixed-use projects with a multifamily component. Ms. Spriggs has received recognition as an innovative and influential business leader, most recently she was among the San Francisco Business Times’ “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” for years 2014 and 2015, and in 2013 she was in the top 40 list for the Bay Area’s brightest rising stars under the age of 40.

Emily Williams is the Head of Global Real Estate at Twitch where she oversees the company’s global portfolio strategy and supports its design development, change management programs and strategic workplace operations. During her tenure at Twitch, she has worked cross-functionally to scale business operations from a single headquarters location to approximately 400,000 square feet in more than 20 locations worldwide. Focus areas in recent projects include data-driven design programming, strategic partnership alignment, and brand integration. Prior to Twitch, Emily worked as a Paralegal at Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp where she managed relationships with major corporate litigation executives and served as one of the firm’s key trial strategists. Before joining Wilson Meany, Janice led the development of Pier 1 — an award-winning historic rehabilitation project on San Francisco’s waterfront — in her role leading AMB Corporate Real Estate Advisors as a part of the development group at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis). While there, she also represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets, portfolio evaluation and lease negotiations. Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old

construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following

a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business

after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about

continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business.

Tan has additional experience as Executive Vice President and Director of Northern California Operations at Related California, where she opened the office and built up a $2 billion pipeline of affordable and mixed income, mixed use developments throughout the Bay Area. Her work included successful partnerships with Oakland based non-profit EBALDC, the Oakland Housing Authority and Acts Full Gospel Church on community redevelopment projects in East Oakland.

She was also the Executive Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she led teams focused on all aspects of the development and financing of mixed income and affordable housing communities, as well as large scale redevelopment efforts throughout California, including Chestnut Linden, Mandela Gateway and Central Station in West Oakland, MacArthur BART, and St. Josephs in East Oakland. During her tenure at BRIDGE, she oversaw the development of $3.5 billion of affordable and mixed income housing, pedestrian-oriented commercial space, and community facilities.

Elaine Forbes was appointed by Mayor Ed Lee as Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco in October 2016, with the recommendation of the Port Commission. Forbes is one of eight women Port Directors in the United States. Before her appointment as Executive Director, she served as Interim Director and Deputy Director for Finance and Administration for the Port.

Prior to joining the Port, Elaine Forbes held executive management and leadership positions at both the San Francisco Planning Department and the San Francisco International Airport. In addition, she has worked for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget Analyst’s Office providing fiscal and policy analysis and evaluating and reporting on complex municipal issues.

Before beginning her tenure with the City and County of San Francisco, she worked as a redevelopment agency planner for the City of Oakland. Janet Lee is a Director and Project Manager at Synapse Development Group. She leads the firm’s San Francisco office and also serves as Project Manager for 1095 Market Street, Synapse’s adaptive re-use project in the Mid-Market neighborhood of San Francisco, overseeing all aspects of the development.

Prior to joining Synapse, Janet worked at Hines, a privately owned international real estate firm, where she focused on both acquisitions and development/project management. Anna was onsite and in this capacity, she was responsible for selling 120,000 SF and leasing the balance to close out the project. Prior to this project, Anna served as leasing agent for the company’s three million-square-foot Silicon Valley office portfolio which included a 3 building 120,000SF office project where, in conjunction with the ownership and developer, oversaw a $2M renovation; she was able to raise the rents to market value, lease the project to 99% within a 9 month period that led to the sale of the project.

Anna’s background in the Silicon Valley began in 2008 when she joined Regus Group as the broker manager, where she oversaw leasing at the firm’s 11 business centers spanning from Silicon Valley to the San Bruno Peninsula and representing approximately 140,000SF of office space.

Previously, Anna was a broker associate at Re/Max Associates commercial division in Contra Costa County and specialized in tenant representation, serving such major corporate clients as Jack in the Box and KinderCare. Lisa Picard is President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Office. In this role, Ms. Picard drives the strategic direction and investment execution for the company on a portfolio of diverse office assets within core urban markets. Ms. Picard has a passion for building a culture that uncovers relevant work place trends and market desires that drive office demand.

Ms. Picard joined Equity Office in 2016 as its Chief Operating Officer responsible for advancing the Company's organizational vision, technology platform and investment strategies in transforming office investment assets into desired work environments that generate new value. In 2017 she became CEO. Brooke Ray Rivera is Executive Director of Build Public. Brooke Ray brings expertise in creative urban planning, community development, and public private partnerships after six years with Passerelle Investment Company, a progressive real estate investment group focused on downtown revitalization in Silicon Valley. At Passerelle, she implemented multiple pop-up parks, public art exhibitions with SFMOMA and Christie's, and other place-making efforts in conjunction with her work attracting and curating a vibrant commercial tenant mix in downtown Los Altos. Brooke Ray has worked in private, public, and non-profit sectors, and has wide-ranging experience in the realm of sustainable design, from LEED consulting and green infrastructure planning to ecology and marine biology research. Sarah Sieloff is the Executive Director of the Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR or "see clear"), the oldest and only non-profit in the United States solely dedicated to the reuse and revitalization of underutilized or contaminated land. Serving as a national platform for excellence in land reuse, CCLR organizes workshops, webinars, and provides one-on-one technical assistance on land recycling issues in low-capacity and low-income communities across the country, from California to Puerto Rico. Under Sarah's leadership, CCLR has grown substantially since 2015. Prior to joining CCLR, Sarah served as the Memphis Team Lead for the White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities, working with 25 federal agencies to bring resources and technical assistance to the City of Memphis. Mrs. Elliott began her career in 1995 at Cushman & Wakefield in the research department, joining CBRE in 1996 to become a marketing specialist and then a broker in 1998. In 2005 she joined Cornish & Carey’s Bay Area Retail team, and in 2015 she joined Colliers International, where she is now the Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing.

Katie McGettigan joined Shorenstein in 1994. She manages the company’s fund management group and oversees the execution of its responsibilities, including fund-raising, investor relations, investor reporting, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. McGettigan was an accountant for McLoughlin, Briese & Co., LLP, a regional CPA firm in its tax and audit group serving various real estate clients.

Amanda Monchamp is a partner in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and serves as the deputy section leader of the firm’s Government Section. She practices in the areas of land use, natural resources, and environmental law with an emphasis on project development, regulatory compliance and litigation regarding the California Environmental Quality Act throughout California.

Ms. Monchamp advises clients on various aspects of complex residential, commercial and industrial land use and real estate development projects, as well as linear projects for utilities such as telecommunications, power companies, transportation and transit projects. Her work on these projects includes due diligence review, local entitlement processing, environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), site remediation, state and federal resource agency permitting, associated land use transactions, and defending challenges to project approvals under CEQA and other land use laws. Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an international property consulting firm. Mollie is a Partner of Dostart Development Company (“DDC”), one of the Silicon

its projects and tenants. During the past decade with DDC, Mollie has actively

managed nearly 1 million square feet of commercial office development and

investment in Silicon Valley. Her responsibilities include leading acquisitions,

managing city entitlements, directing leasing, construction, financing and asset

Prior to joining DDC, Mollie was an investor with Francisco Partners, L.P., a

technology-focused private equity firm with $5.0 billion under management, where

she was involved in identifying, executing and managing investments across a variety

of sectors. Earlier in her career, Mollie worked in the Investment Banking Division of

Goldman Sachs.

Mollie is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the national

ULI Industrial and Office Product Council as well as on the San Francisco Commercial

Local Product Council. She is also a member of NAIOP – Silicon Valley and Stanford
