Isela Rosales, CAIA, serves as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group as well as of ESG and Sustainability at Bridge Investment Group. She leads the firm’s ESG Steering Committee to oversee the development, implementation and refinement of firm wide environmental, social and governance initiatives and practices, driving sustainable investments and operations. In addition, she is focused on expanding Bridge’s relationships across consultant and select institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations, Community Re-Investment Act groups, family offices, and impact-oriented clients. Ms. Rosales also Chaired the Bridge Women’s Network (BWN) Inaugural Kick-Off, is a Committee Member of BWN, and an active BWN mentor.

Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Rosales worked at Brevan Howard in Investor Relations, managing corporate and public pension, endowment, foundation, private wealth, and investment consultant relationships. Previously, she was Head of Client Services for Lyxor Asset Management, Inc. and Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for Coast Asset Management in their New York offices, cultivating institutional level client relationships for each multi-billion dollar firm’s hedge fund and multi-manager products. She began her career at Cambridge Associates, serving on consultant teams for the firm’s endowment, foundation, and family office clients, covering traditional and hedge fund asset classes. Ms. Rosales received her dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Stanford University, graduating with honors distinctions.

She has moderated industry panels on Real Assets, Diversity & Inclusion, and Opportunity Zones as well as supported panels as a speaker on Real Estate and Opportunity Zone Fund investing. Ms. Rosales holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is the Chapter Head Executive for the CAIA San Francisco Chapter. She is fluent in Spanish and has competed in Ironman, endurance cycling, and marathon competitions.

Becca Timms the Director of ESG at Jamestown. She leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program and the Jamestown Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Rushin worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a LEED AP O+M credential. Ms. Rushin is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and Community Farmers Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.

Bali joined PLG in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining PLG, he served as the CEO of Lean & Green Michigan, the PACE program in Michigan, and developed the Michigan PACE program into one of the nation's strongest PACE programs. His experience also includes serving as a management consultant at Deloitte, a transactional attorney at Proskauer, and the Executive Director of Michigan’s Wayne County Land Bank. Bali graduated with a B.A. from Brown University, a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from Berkeley Law. He is a member of the NY and CA bar.

Tan Diep, Project Manager at Willdan provides energy efficiency and sustainability design solutions to architects, engineers, and property owners. Willdan is a leading national company that is dedicated to facilitating the energy transition and offers a comprehensive suite of services, ranging from grid design, policy analysis, and electrification to demand response solutions. Partnering with commercial, public, and industrial buildings, as well as utilities, to provide tailored solutions that cater to specific project goals and design intent. Tan is an integral part of Willdan’s team and supports the California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) Program. The program provides complimentary and comprehensive analysis of different energy efficiency options and provide incentives that are customized to your project's specific requirements.

As Design Director, Mark brings over 35 years of experience in architecture, leading the charge on a broad spectrum of project typologies ranging from small multifamily residential projects to large scale, complex mixed-use development. Mark is known for his collaborative approach, reflecting a belief in a truly integrated process from project onset to delivery. Notably, Mark was the Design Director for The Jasper – a 39-story high rise; Truckee Artist Lofts – a 77-unit modular, affordable housing project; and Electric Lofts – a micro-unit, co-living, urban-infill apartment building in Oakland. With an attention to detail and focus on materiality, Mark continues to lead successful design projects tuned to the local conditions and incorporating innovative approaches to project delivery. As a college lecturer teaching design and MEP integration, he has passed these successful strategies on to the next generation of architects.

Mr. Slakman is the firm’s Vice President, Global ESG responsible for implementing ESG across Hines' global portfolio of investment and client accounts. This includes green and healthy building certifications and ratings, environmental data management, renewable energy projects, and investor RFPs and reporting. He also co-led the firm’s ESG Working Group and has been a critical part of the global sustainability leadership his entire tenure with the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, his career included roles in sustainability, financial analysis, operations and client relations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of ULI Greenprint, where he managed relationships with members’ senior management, global asset management and operations teams across 34 companies representing $650B AUM.

Slakman received his BS, Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Friedman, based in San Francisco, has 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Friedman focuses on West Coast acquisitions and asset management across property sectors.

Prior to joining Rockwood in 2009, Mr. Friedman was an Associate at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment bank, focusing on institutional investment sales with a primary focus on office, residential and retail properties. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Mr. Friedman was a Consultant at Bates White, an economic/litigation consulting firm.

Mr. Friedman received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from Duke University. Mr. Friedman is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

With a background in sustainability and green building, as well as expertise in material health, Emily leads the Sustainability Department at BNBuilders, shaping corporate initiatives and working with project teams to support client sustainability goals. Emily has completed dozens of LEED projects, and currently is an appointee to the LEED Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group and drafting LEED v5. Additionally, she has worked on WELL, Fitwell and Living Building Challenge projects. Her areas of focus include healthy materials, embodied carbon, material salvage and reuse, and waste prevention and diversion.

Derek Hansen has had a passion for all things Building Performance since childhood and began working part-time, as a teenager, in his father’s company TGC, Inc. Following his passion for architecture he worked as an intern at the prestigious Thatcher and Thompson Architects before moving into construction during the housing boom in Hawaii in the mid 90’s.

Upon his father’s pleading to return back to Santa Cruz to be groomed to eventually run the family company he began working his way up the ranks until, after 15 years, reaching the role of Chief Executive Officer. Within his 5 years at the helm, he worked with his team to more than double company revenue and build a national presence.

While running the company, Derek wrote the business plan for a company idea that he’d been working on for a number of years (MYNT). While developing the plan with his wife and business partner, he pitched a number of investment groups and in a short time found the perfect fit in a private and unnamed group who had tremendous experience in the energy and commercial real estate space.

An experienced Structural Engineer and Development manager, Blake Roskelley brings 14 years of experience in the construction industry to his current role at Clark Pacific, a leading provider of innovative engineering and construction solutions.

Blake works across a spectrum of roles - Business Development, Preconstruction, and Product Management. He is on the front lines of project pursuits, developing innovative gravity and lateral systems while working closely with design teams to ensure project goals are met. Post award he continues to refine project specific solutions having successfully standardized these project-based solutions into cost effective market facing products.

In addition to his role at Clark Pacific, Blake serves as a Director on the board of the US Resiliency Council. He endeavors to increase awareness of the importance of resiliency in building design, an issue of significant importance to the Mission Critical and Data Center market. His commitment to this cause underscores his dedication to the advancement of the construction industry and his drive to promote sustainable and resilient building practices.
