As President and CEO of Related California, Mr. Canori leads Related California's market rate, luxury and mixed-income residential development and strategy throughout California. He is currently overseeing a $6 billion pipeline of 7,000 multifamily and senior units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space located in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County. He oversees an integrated development team that encompasses all aspects of development, including financial analysis, acquisition, planning and design, deal structuring, entitlements, public and private financing, construction, marketing and asset management.

For the past 21 years, Mr. Canori has played a lead role in building the company's substantial portfolio of mixed-use and mixed-income developments. He is responsible for the growth of the Related California pipeline, including the development of 4,000 multifamily units with development costs in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Canori is a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California and the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Wagman is a Managing Partner at GPI Companies, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment manager and development company. GPI’s current projects across Southern California have a capitalized value of over $1.3B. GPI’s three principals have collectively acquired, operated and developed properties worth more than $6B covering more than 20M sf.

Mr. Wagman is a long-time leader in the real estate industry. Prior to co-founding GPI, he served as President and CEO of The Hahn Company and its successor, TrizecHahn Centers. Both were a part of Trizec Properties, a $5B publicly traded REIT. In this capacity, Mr. Wagman headed one of the largest shopping center companies in the United States with 43 regional malls and 1,700 employees. During his tenure, the company developed several precedent-setting projects, including Park Meadows in Denver; Paseo Colorado in Pasadena; West End City Center in Budapest, Hungary; and expansions of Horton Plaza in San Diego and Prudential Center in Boston. In addition, Mr. Wagman served as Vice Chairman of CityView, a leading real estate investment firm focused on urban residential and mixed-use properties through multiple institutional funds; and was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Hycel Properties Company in St. Louis where he developed and owned the Saint Louis Galleria, one of the premier retail properties in the U.S. Mr. Wagman began his career as an attorney at the international law firm Bryan Cave, LLP.

Mr. Wagman has been closely involved with ICSC for over 25 years, serving as both a Trustee and Vice President, and with ULI. He is the founding Chair of ICSC’s Mixed-Use Committee and twice chaired its highly successful Mixed-Use Conference and served as Chair of ULI’s Place Making Conference, Chair of ULI’s Entertainment Retail Conference, Chair of the ICSC Spring Convention in Las Vegas, and Chair of ICSC’s Entertainment Conference. Mr. Wagman is a graduate of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a founder and Past Chair of YPOG-LA. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous civic, corporate, charitable, and university boards.

Mr. Wagman holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Paul Fuhrman

Prior to founding Miramar Capital, Mr. Fuhrman was Executive Director and Head of U.S. Acquisitions at Colony Northstar, Inc. (fka Colony Capital, Inc.). At Colony, Mr. Fuhrman led many of the firm’s flagship debt fund investments (Colony Distressed Credit and Special Situations Fund, I-IV). In addition, he was responsible for new strategic initiatives and participated in real estate-related fundraising efforts. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Fuhrman also served as the CEO of Colony’s Asset Management Company. During his tenure at Colony Capital, Inc., Mr. Fuhrman was responsible for the sourcing and consummation of more than 40 investments representing more than $4.5B of total capitalization and $1.5B of invested equity.

Prior to joining Colony in 2008, Mr. Fuhrman was an Equity Partner at Latham & Watkins, LLP where he co-chaired the firm's global real estate practice group. Mr. Fuhrman serves on the board of the Los Angeles chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In 2012, he founded the Make-A-Wish Real Estate Division which has raised over $2.0M to date. Mr. Fuhrman is a periodic guest lecturer at both the USC and UCLA law schools on the subject of real estate finance and investing.

Mr. Fuhrman received his J.D. degree (Cum Laude) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1995 and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991.

Robin Potts is the Co-Head of Real Estate Investments and Director of Acquisitions for Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC. Ms. Potts has been with Canyon for 11 years and is responsible for overseeing the origination and acquisitions of debt and equity investments across Canyon’s real estate platforms and holds a seat on all real estate investment committees. During her tenure at Canyon, Ms. Potts has facilitated the acquisition, financing and development of over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes including multifamily, condominiums, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, student housing and mixed-use. Ms. Potts previously worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Credit Suisse in Los Angeles and focused on equity, debt, and M&A transactions in the mortgage real estate investment trust sector. Ms. Kao is a Managing Director at AEW and Head of Asset Management for the firm’s Private Equity Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of all asset management activities across all funds and separate accounts. Dani Evanson

Dani Evanson is a Principal and Managing Director of RMA. Together with executive management, Dani leads the firm’s strategic direction. Dani is responsible for capital raising, fund management and accounting, and investor relations. She co-manages RMA’s joint venture partner relationships and serves on RMA’s investment committee. Dani has over 20 years of experience in real estate with a background in acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management. Prior to joining RMA, Dani was a Real Estate Director at a Los Angeles based family office. In that role, she had primary responsibility for investing and managing a $500 million real estate portfolio consisting of investments in commercial properties, investment funds, joint ventures and real estate operating companies. Jennifer McElyea

Jennifer is a Senior Managing Partner and co-head of Watt Investment Partners, and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate investment opportunities. Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investing with a emphasis on development, land use and the entitlement process. As such, she has spent considerable time at the intersection of finance, public policy, community engagement and law. More recently, Jennifer has focused on public-private-partnership opportunities and the use of innovative financial structures to address the affordable housing crisis.

Prior to joining Watt, Jennifer was a Vice President at OneWest Bank where she managed a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate debt. From 2006 through 2009, Jennifer was a Vice President at Apollo Real Estate Advisors where she was responsible for West Coast acquisitions and completed the entitlement of a 1.0mm square foot development in Hollywood. Previously, Jennifer held positions at Arch Street Capital Advisors, an international real estate investment advisory firm, and at Deutsche Bank Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.

Jennifer holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German Literature from the University of Virginia. Jennifer has been recognized as a “California Woman of Influence” by Real Estate Forum and “40 under 40” by Southern California Real Estate. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a guest lecturer at Loyola Law School and the University of Southern California, and sits on the Boards of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and USC Price Real Estate Affiliates. Kev Zoryan

Kev Zoryan is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. He is Head of Western U.S. Investing for Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s various private equity real estate funds. He is responsible for the sourcing, execution and asset management of real estate investments.

Kev joined Morgan Stanley in 1997, starting in the Los Angeles office in the private equity investing area of the Firm’s real estate businesses. He has been involved in many of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate investments on the west coast and in Mexico. After returning from business school in 2001, he rejoined the Firm in the Investment Banking Department in Los Angeles as a generalist in Corporate Finance. Kev established the Firm’s Los Angeles real estate investing office in 2005. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kev was employed by the JE Robert Companies.

Marcia Diaz

Marcia Diaz is a Managing Director with PGIM Real Estate Finance, a position she has held since 2010. She leads the originations team and is responsible for overseeing the origination platform of commercial mortgage loans across all major capital sources and property types worldwide. Marcia is located in Los Angeles. Since joining the company in 1990, Marcia has served in various roles. Her experience includes working with Prudential Securities from 1997 to 2001, where she served as vice president in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, and participated in merger and acquisition assignments, private placements of debt and equity and public equity issuances. She was also an asset manager with Prudential Realty Group from 1995 to 1997, where she managed a 7 million square foot mixed-use urban commercial real estate portfolio and implemented strategies for identified assets. The Office of the Vice Chancellor of Finance includes Capital Strategies, the Controller’s Office, Finance & Capital Asset Strategies, Financial Planning & Analysis, University Business Partnerships & Services, and the Immediate Office. Prior to joining Kilroy, Eliott worked at Cohen & Steers (NYSE: CNS) from 2008 – 2017 where he held

Prior to joining the business in 2018, Jason was a managing director at ACORE Capital where he led a team responsible for the sourcing and execution of structured finance investments, including mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity. As one of the initial employees of ACORE, he helped grow the firm from a start-up, to one of the largest private lenders in the United States, with $9 billion AUM in just under three years. Jason has also held a number of roles at GE Capital Real Estate. Most recently he was a senior director in the strategic capital group focused on whole loan origination with institutional clients.

A name partner of the firm, Anton N. Natsis is Chair of Allen Matkins’ Real Estate Department and is one of the top real estate attorneys in the United States. His practice focuses on development, leasing, purchase and sale, and portfolio investment sales transactions involving office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as arbitrating numerous fair market value disputes, CAM disputes and other significant landlord/tenant disputes. He also has extensive experience in debt, equity, and joint venture workouts, and the purchase of distressed assets and distressed debt. Tony is continually sought out by some of the largest national land owners, such as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Blackstone Real Estate, Brookfield Properties, HCP, Vornado Realty Trust, Regent Properties, The Irvine Company, Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Kilroy Realty, Inc., Beacon Capital Partners, MPG Office Trust, Kamehameha Schools (The Bishop Estate) and Westfield Corporation. He represents many governmental entities, including the LAUSD, State of California, and City of Anaheim. Tony is also frequently retained as counsel for major national office tenants, such as AT&T, Citicorp, the FDIC, AIG, The Walt Disney Company, and the Los Angeles Times.

A frequent lecturer and author, Tony is the chief consultant for the California Continuing Education of the Bar Commercial Leasing Series, the legal education reference book on leasing for California attorneys, is an adjunct professor of law at Loyola Law School for a course covering commercial real estate transactions, and has spoken before such national real estate groups as ULI and BOMA. Tony is a founding board member of The Ziman Real Estate Center, which is governed under the joint auspices of the UCLA Anderson School of Business and the UCLA Law School.

In the past decade, Tony has closed commercial office leases exceeding 50 million square feet. He has worked on real estate purchase contracts with a total consideration of more than $30 billion and on development transactions with a total consideration in excess of $25 billion. Since 2006, Tony has represented clients in office building portfolio investment sales transactions involving over $75 billion of consideration.

One of Tony's most significant transactions is the largest real estate acquisition deal in the history of the United States. He provided extensive real estate services in connection with Blackstone Real Estate's purchase of Equity Office Properties Trust, at that point the largest owner of office space in the U.S. other than the Federal Government, for $43 billion. Subsequently, Blackstone contracted to sell over 50% of the properties it purchased with such sales closing in the first and second quarter of 2007. Tony assisted Blackstone in its acquisition due diligence related to EOP and the subsequent sales of the properties. The transactions related to this deal included Maguire Properties' purchase of Blackstone/EOP in Orange County for $2 billion, Irvine Company's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Diego for $1 billion, Morgan Stanley's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Francisco for $2.5 billion, and Beacon Capital Partners’ purchase of Blackstone/EOP Seattle for $6.3 billion.
