Summary
As San Francisco and the greater Bay Area continue to grow and expand, we are seeing innovation in construction to stay ahead of the game, new projects bring old buildings back to life and forward-thinking developers buy up land and property in emerging neighborhoods with anticipation of population growth and shifts.
At this event, we wish to cover emerging neighborhoods, redevelopment, adaptive reuse and new construction trends.
Some of the neighborhoods we will explore are:
1) SoMa
2) Mission Bay
3) Dog Patch
4) The Waterfront
Bisnow's San Francisco reporter writes in regards to PG&E's former Hunter's Point location, "The site is zoned for industrial use and would need environmental reviews and approvals from the planning commission and board of supervisors. The city and PG&E have launched a series of workshops to develop a vision and plan for the site. The meetings will run once a month through November."
We have gathered a fantastic group of CRE thought leaders to weigh in on these trends, themes, and projections! Don't miss out.
