Richard Miltimore is a partner in the San Diego and Orange County offices of Allen Matkins. He represents private sector clients, including property developers, owners, and financial institutions. Rick has experience in a broad range of finance, leasing and real estate purchase and sale transactions, including secured lending, project development, real estate joint venture and equity fund formation, and equity- and asset-based property acquisitions and dispositions. Rick's experience also includes representing both landlords and tenants on a variety of leasing matters, including negotiating leases for industrial warehouses, retail, office space, bio-medical laboratory space, medical office buildings and data centers, as well as build-to-suit construction leases and ground leases.

Rick's recent transactions include representing a real estate fund in connection with a multi-billion dollar joint venture to acquire a portfolio of dozens of residential apartment communities across the United States in a single transaction, as well as a similar transaction that closed in multiple stages.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Rick was a member of the project finance and real estate practice group at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Since founding MG Properties Group in 1992, Mark has overseen the acquisition, development and management of 90 properties totaling over 16,000 units. As President, he has guided the growth of MG Properties Group, raising money for new investment partnerships and overseeing the renovation, lease-up and property management of the company's portfolio of value-add communities. Prior to forming MG Properties, Mark was a tax specialist for five years with international accounting firms Ernst & Whinney and Touche Ross and worked for six years in senior financial management positions with Hybritech Incorporated and Solar Turbines Corporation. In 2006, Mark was selected as a finalist in the Ernst& Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. He serves on the Executive Board of the USD Burnham Moores Real Estate School, is a member of the National Multi Housing Counsel Board of Directors and SD Economic Development Corporation Strategic Round Table, and has served on many charitable boards. He has been a speaker at numerous industry events. He graduated with a degree in Business from Drexel University in 1979 and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and a California licensed Real Estate Broker in 1990.

Mr. Grossman is a Senior Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group. He opened the firm’s San Diego office in May 2011 charged with expanding the company’s presence throughout the western and southwestern states. In his 10+ years leading the west coast for Meridian, Mr. Grossman has built a team that has originated and closed more than $12 billion of debt and equity transactions spanning more than 600 loans across primary and esoteric asset types.

Prior to opening Meridian’s San Diego office, Mr. Grossman was a Structured Finance Analyst Fitch Ratings, a Principal at Mission Peak Capital, and worked in Meridian’s New York City office where he closed in excess of $3 billion.

Mr. Grossman attended NYU, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management.

Mr. Wood’s key role is identifying new investment and development opportunities for Cisterra. His strategic and successful development oversight and years of experience structuring transactions is demonstrated through projects like the award-winning DiamondView Tower adjacent to Petco Park in downtown San Diego, the Sempra Energy Corporate Headquarters Building across from the ballpark, and the Gateway at Torrey Hills project in Del Mar. Mr. Wood’s other essential roles include overseeing leasing, financing and underwriting of all Cisterra projects.

Prior to joining Cisterra in 2001, Mr. Wood was Director of Acquisitions and Development for Kilroy Realty Corporation where he participated in the acquisition and development of over $500 million in existing properties and new development opportunities. He also structured and negotiated over 1.5 million square feet of lease transactions.

Mr. Wood’s experience also includes C.B. Richard Ellis where he underwrote real estate transactions, and Picus Associates in Princeton, New Jersey, where he helped develop and manage the 2,200 acre mixed-use Princeton Forrestal Center development.

A 1993 graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Wood is also a former member of the United States National Rugby Team and former board member of the San Diego Downtown Partnership and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) San Diego Chapter.

Patrick Schlehuber

Mr. Schlehuber has led Rexford Industrial’s property acquisition efforts since joining in 2009. He is also a member of Rexford’s Investment Committee. To date, Mr. Schlehuber has led the acquisitions team through 131 property acquisitions totaling nearly $2 billion and adding 17.2 million square feet to Rexford’s portfolio. Mr. Schlehuber has over 20 years of property investment and finance experience including acquisitions, dispositions, asset and construction management and leasing throughout California. Prior to his time at Rexford, Mr. Schlehuber was an Investment Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust, another publicly traded Industrial REIT. Additionally Mr. Schlehuber spent time working in investment banking and financial consulting at Relational Advisors (formerly Batchelder & Partners) and Arthur Anderson. Mr. Schlehuber is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois-Inactive). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
