Jonathan J. Barach, President of Vista, oversees all investment activities of the firm and is responsible for its growth. Prior to founding Vista, Jonathan was a Manager at Barclays Capital Real Estate in Los Angeles where he originated debt financing for institutional private equity funds and local operators including CMBS, mezzanine, bridge, and JV equity structures. Previously, he was an Associate at FTI Consulting in their downtown LA office, a publicly-traded turnaround, valuation, and distressed advisory firm. Jonathan is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

The principals directly oversee all investment functions, including acquisition, due diligence, financing, asset management and disposition, and commit their own capital to every deal.

Ms. Pampuch has over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry and has been involved on 2.4M square feet of development deals worth approximately $900M. In her role as Executive Vice President, Ms. Pampuch is responsible for procuring and analyzing development activities and overseeing the property management arm of L&A. Her experience stretches across all aspects of real estate development and property management including lease negotiations, lease administration, CEQA processing, construction management, project entitlement, environmental remediation and restoration of environmentally sensitive habitats. As COO she is responsible for the firm’s day to day operations.

Prior to joining Lankford&Associates, Ms. Pampuch was involved in commercial/ residential property management as well as residential construction and sales. She was responsible for financials, budgeting, and supervision of support staff as well as interface with prospective investors and tenants. Furthermore, Ms Pampuch spent five years actively selling residential and commercial real estate in addition to assisting with residential construction accounts.

Ms. Pampuch received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix – San Diego and holds an associate degree from Western Wisconsin Technical College. Previously a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin , she now holds a California real estate brokers license. She has also successfully received a certificate in Construction Supervision at San Diego State University.

Industry involvement includes the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Office and Industrial Properties. She also serves on the Urban Discovery Foundation Board and East Village Foundation Board. She was recently honored by BISNOW as one of the 50 most influential women in San Diego.

Brian Walker spearheads acquisitions for Pendulum Property Partners. In this capacity, Brian’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, structuring and closing investment opportunities.

Brian has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development and portfolio management and has closed over $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions since he began his career in 2000. This includes investing in all primary asset types in major markets throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Pendulum, Brian was the Founder and Managing Partner of Lotus Real Estate Partners, an Orange County based investment and development firm that pursues value-add real estate investments alongside institutional equity partners. Brian’s responsibilities focused on sourcing acquisition opportunities and overseeing all aspects of the investment process including asset management, construction oversight and dispositions.

Brian has also held leadership roles at premier real estate investment and development companies including Clarion Partners, Taconic Investment Partners and CT Realty Investors.

Brian graduated from Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Ryan Tucker is a Director with Ocean West Capital Partners and

oversees Ocean West’s office investment activities, with an emphasis

on core-plus, value-add and opportunistic strategies. He also performs

an integral role in developing and maintaining Ocean West's institutional

relationships.

Since joining the company in 2010, Ocean West has completed nearly

$2.0 billion of acquisitions of both office and multifamily properties

throughout the country. Prior to joining Ocean West, Mr. Tucker was an

Acquisitions Associate at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, the real

estate investment subsidiary of MassMutual Life Insurance Company,

where he was responsible for sourcing new acquisitions of various

property types including office, apartment, retail, and industrial

properties. Prior to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, he was an

Assistant Vice President with Nomura Securities where he was

responsible for originating and underwriting new commercial real estate

loans. He helped to originate over $5 billion of loans and also opened

up the company’s office in San Francisco.

Mr. Tucker is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and

received his Master of Business Administration from the University of

California at Los Angeles.

Martin L. Togni is a partner in the San Diego office of Allen Matkins with a practice focusing primarily on Life Sciences, representing a variety of landlords and tenants in the development and leasing of Life Science and Biotech projects. He has successfully completed major leasing transactions totaling more than 40 million square feet in California, the Midwest, and East Coast over the past 25 years, representing some of the nation's leading real estate and end-user companies. Martin also represents a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and ground leasing of shopping centers, industrial projects, office buildings and other commercial and mixed-use projects throughout the country
