MVE + Partners: Riverwalk Master Plan reimagines a 200-acre former golf course as a vibrant, transit-oriented community that reconnects the public with the San Diego river. The master plan allows for 4,300 residential units, 150,000 square feet of retail, 1 million square feet of office, and a new Green Line trolley stop at its core—surrounded by retail, parks, and a lively public plaza.  Twenty development parcels span three walkable neighborhoods, linked by a central promenade and intimate blocks that encourage pedestrian life. MVE shaped a flexible entitlement framework balancing density, mixed-use vitality, infrastructure, and habitat protection. Riverwalk sets a model for urban resilience, providing housing, ecological restoration, and public space in Southern California./// The Becker project will provide affordable, essential, and attainable housing as part of the overall Riverwalk Master Plan in Mission Valley. Residents can take advantage of both project and neighborhood amenities conveniently located near the new Trolley Station and Public Park options at Riverwalk.
