Tracy A. Murphy was appointed Executive Vice President, Life Sciences in May 2016 and is responsible for the company’s life science activities along the West Coast, an area that includes three of the top four U.S. life science markets. The company currently has approximately 6 million square feet of life science properties either stabilized or in development and Ms. Murphy leads the leasing, development and positioning for these assets as well as identify and pursue new development and acquisition opportunities in the San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area and greater Seattle markets. Across a 17 year career dedicated life science real estate, Tracy has held leadership roles in a variety of disciplines, including leasing, acquisitions and development. Tracy joined Kilroy Realty after almost a decade at BioMed Realty, where she participated on the Executive Committee and was Senior Vice President, Western U.S. and responsible for the strategic objectives for a 10 million square foot portfolio. Prior to BioMed Realty, Tracy was a life science specialized broker at BRE Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield). She holds a Bachelor degree in Business from the University Wisconsin, Whitewater. Tracy also participates on the Executive Board of Directors for BIOCOM.

Elizabeth Hewitt Gibson joined the California Life Sciences Association (CLSA) in September 2016 as the Senior Director of Marketing and Programs. Based in CLSA’s San Diego office, she directs all aspects of CLSA’s member communication, member benefits, publications, inbound and digital marketing, and statewide conferences, programs and events. Elizabeth’s experience ranges from marketing and business development to HR and organizational development for Fortune 500 organizations. Elizabeth came to CLSA from HUB International, where she was the VP of Sales and Marketing and managed the introduction of the CLSA Benefits Advantage Trust. Elizabeth currently serves on the Advisory Board for Career Revolution, a national consultancy firm specializing in the development and retention of millennial talent. Prior to Career Revolution, Elizabeth created and directed the Career Development program at UC San Diego, and spent many years as Vice President of Business Development with international outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison. Jenny Durbin, FMP leads the Global Facilities Planning & Innovative Workplace at Illumina, Inc., (NASDAQ:

ILMN), the global leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies headquartered in San Diego,

California. In her role, Jenny directs and has oversight of the facilities planning and occupancy strategies

for office and all technical space across the Illumina portfolio of 2.1M SF, globally. Jenny is responsible for

Scott Strom leads the Life Sciences core market group for DPR Construction, one of the country’s

Enrique Ceniceros is a Science and Technology practice leader at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED). As chief of staff for UC San Diego Health, Matthew Jenusaitis leads key initiatives in support of operational and strategic priorities to advance the organization's mission and vision. He serves as an executive liaison with the chief executive officer to provide management oversight and coordination of programs, initiatives and special projects, as well as deal with challenging situations and resolve problems. Additionally, Mr. Jenusaitis leads the enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance performance management by improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs across UC San Diego Health.

Mr. Jenusaitis brings to this position more than 25 years of medical device industry, start-up and institutional investment experience focused on organizational growth, commercialization and operations. As a global life science executive, he has extensive expertise in the following clinical areas: cardiovascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular and gastrointestinal interventional, as well as experience in both domestic and international management, sales and marketing, new product development, and non-profit fund raising, operations and management.

Before joining UC San Diego Health, Mr. Jenusaitis served as the president and chief executive officer of OCTANe, an Orange County, California non-profit organization focused on sparking innovation, starting new medical and high-tech companies, and creating jobs. OCTANe's accelerator program LaunchPad helped early-stage companies raise more than $700 million in capital and created more than 3,500 jobs in the region.

Before OCTANe, Mr. Jenusaitis worked with ConcepTx, identifying unmet clinical opportunities and developing new technologies and companies. He also served as the president of ev3 Neurovasuclar, leading their growing division (formerly MicroTherapeutics Inc.) through a combination of organizational development activities by launching and developing markets for a number of new products.

Mr. Jenusaitis spent 15 years at Boston Scientific Corp., most recently in the position of president of the $600 million Peripheral Interventions Division (formerly Medi-Tech) leading the acquisition and integration of Cryovascular Systems, Inc. and EndoTex, Inc. Before that, he held executive marketing and management positions in the Microvasive Endoscopy, International and Scimed Life Sciences divisions. During his career, Mr. Jenusaitis also spent eight years at Baxter Healthcare in both marketing and engineering management positions.

Mr. Jenusaitis holds a master of business administration degree from the University of California, Irvine, a master of science degree in biochemical engineering from Arizona State University, and a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University. He sits on the board of directors of Creagh Medical in Galway, Ireland, a developer and manufacturer of specialty angioplasty balloons, and Pulsar Vascular in Santa Clara, Calif., an early stage developer and manufacturer of neurovascular implants for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke. He also serves on advisory boards for Cornell's School of Biomedical Engineering and Chapman University's Schmid School of Science and Technology.

Gregg Zoll is the Vice President of Facilities Management and Development at Sharp HealthCare. Prior to joining Sharp HealthCare, Gregg was at Stanford Medical Center where he served as the Director of Renewal Projects. Prior to Stanford, Gregg had extensive construction management experience with Hoag Hospital in Orange County. He has more than 28 years of diverse construction industry experience encompassing project estimating, program management, project controls, project management, contract administration and project engineering. Gregg is a design professional and an advocate of Design-Build. A strong team leader with a demonstrated history of building partnerships and high performance teams.

Jon is a Project Executive with Swinerton and has been with the firm since 2004. With over 18 years in the healthcare construction industry, Jon focuses on all aspects of Swinerton’s Healthcare business including business development, operations, and project management. Jon has helped deliver many significant healthcare projects with numerous prominent Southern-California healthcare providers. Jon is a LEED Accredited Professional and DBIA Professional. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with family, camping, home renovation projects, and restoring classic American cars and vintage Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Jerry Keeney began his real estate career in San Diego with CBRE in

1989. In 1993, Jerry relocated to Hong Kong where he worked with JLL,

The John Buck Company and C.Y. Leung on behalf of global US tenants in

the Asia Pacific region. In 1999, Jerry rejoined CBRE as Managing Director

for the Hawaii region and he subsequently sold the Hawaii operations to

the local brokers and the former Chairman / CEO of CBRE. In 2001, Jerry

returned to CBRE and Cassidy Turley in San Diego to become a leading

broker in the Life Science market. Jerry opened the San Diego office for

Avison Young, the fastest growing commercial real estate provider in the
