Tony brings more than 20 years’ experience to his current role, overseeing design development, proforma construction budgets and construction planning, and management of the company’s multi-family assets throughout California. Prior to merging with TCR, Tony served as Partner and Vice President of Construction for GLJ Partners and GLJ Builders West, LP, managing the development and construction of nearly 1,000 mixed-use and multi-family units valued at $288 million. Formerly, Tony managed the development and construction of more than 1,000 senior apartment units for FountainGlen Properties, and Pacific Gulf Properties’ development and new construction of 845,000 sq. ft. of office and industrial properties valued at $58 million. Tony holds a degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech. A licensed California contractor and real estate salesperson, Tony is a member of the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, California Building Industry Association and National Association of Home Builders. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Chapter of the BIA.

Mr. Wood’s key role is identifying new investment and development opportunities for Cisterra. His strategic and successful development oversight and years of experience structuring transactions is demonstrated through projects like the award-winning DiamondView Tower adjacent to Petco Park in downtown San Diego, the Sempra Energy Corporate Headquarters Building across from the ballpark, and the Gateway at Torrey Hills project in Del Mar. Mr. Wood’s other essential roles include overseeing leasing, financing and underwriting of all Cisterra projects.

Prior to joining Cisterra in 2001, Mr. Wood was Director of Acquisitions and Development for Kilroy Realty Corporation where he participated in the acquisition and development of over $500 million in existing properties and new development opportunities. He also structured and negotiated over 1.5 million square feet of lease transactions.

Mr. Wood’s experience also includes C.B. Richard Ellis where he underwrote real estate transactions, and Picus Associates in Princeton, New Jersey, where he helped develop and manage the 2,200 acre mixed-use Princeton Forrestal Center development.

A 1993 graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Wood is also a former member of the United States National Rugby Team and former board member of the San Diego Downtown Partnership and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) San Diego Chapter.

Charles Tourtellotte is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LaTerra. Mr. Tourtellotte’s real estate investment management experience includes more than 30 years of successful senior management positions with institutions and public companies, as well as, entrepreneurial ventures, including all aspects of capital formation, property acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. At the entrepreneurial level, Mr. Tourtellotte founded three companies, one of which became a publicly traded company. Mr. Tourtellotte served as CEO for each of these companies.

Prior to LaTerra, Mr. Tourtellotte founded Shoreline Communities, a real estate development company specializing in both single and multifamily projects primarily in San Diego County, California. Shoreline and its management team completed development of more than 1,000 multifamily units and 2,000 single family homes.

In 1992, Mr. Tourtellotte founded MetroGolf, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company, which owned, acquired, developed, and managed golf courses and driving ranges across the United States. As President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tourtellotte took MetroGolf, Inc. public in 1996 with an IPO, and later led MetroGolf through a merger and acquisition transaction with another NASDAQ listed company.

Mr. Tourtellotte served as a Senior Acquisitions Officer at two national real estate investment companies, Consolidated Capital and Robert A. McNeil Corporation, where he acquired more than 12,000 multifamily units and 10,000,000 square feet of commercial office and retail properties in major markets throughout the United States.

A graduate of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Mr. Tourtellotte has taught real estate and finance courses at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado. He has been featured on the Today Show, CNN and CNN/FN.

Brad Termini

Brad Termini co-founded Zephyr Partners six years ago with a commitment to building quality residential projects throughout San Diego County.

He has overseen $700 million in development and has been instrumental in driving the innovative thinking that maximizes the company’s relationships with both homeowners and investors. Termini has a keen focus on making opportunistic investments in choice locations that have resulted in more than 20 successful projects in areas such as Carlsbad, La Jolla, La Mesa and Oceanside.

Termini started his career in western New York where he was immersed in the day-to-day activities of his family's real estate development and management company. His first real-estate related job, as a young boy, was working as a construction laborer. Since then he has gained 20 years of hands-on experience in every aspect of the industry – with an emphasis in construction and property management, sales and marketing.

After relocating to California in 2003, Termini landed a job with The Corky McMillin Company, at the time a leading privately owned real estate development firm specializing in both residential master planned communities and commercial properties. He was a key member of the McMillin team that masterminded and implemented the redevelopment plan for the much anticipated Liberty Station, the former Naval Training Center which is now a major San Diego hub and mixed-use development.

As a founding partner of Zephyr, he is closely involved in the acquisition of properties, finance and oversight of the entire Zephyr team. Termini is an active member of the San Diego Building Industry Association (BIA) and serves on its Presidents’ Council.

Darrel Fullbright

Darrel Fullbright is a Principal in Gensler’s San Diego office and has over 34 years of experience in the architecture industry. As a Firmwide Office Building Practice Area Leader, Darrel leads projects of various types and sizes, building a strong reputation as a strategic thinker in the real estate industry. He has designed over 3-million-square-feet of commercial office, life science, hospitality, and government projects.

A true client partner and advocate, Darrel has developed a noteworthy reputation in San Diego as a commercial building design leader. His vision is to create compelling and purposeful architecture focused around improving his clients’ business operations.

Darrel is a long-time member of NAIOP and a board member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership. He is a former co-instructor at the NewSchool of Architecture & Design and previously was a partner at a local legacy architectural firm. Darrel’s leadership has been recognized through design awards from the AIA, BOMA International, and Contract magazine.

Brian Gracz

Passionate about problem solving and working with others to build meaningful places, Brian Gracz began building great things at a young age, receiving a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Purdue University and pursuing a career in construction management. Brian has been a DPR employee since 1997 and his current role is business unit leader for DPR in San Diego. A LEED-accredited professional, Brian has a unique combination of technical prowess and leadership aptitude, which has been put to the test on technically challenging projects in a variety of industries. Having worked in the San Diego, Southern California and Mid-Atlantic regions, Brian has managed more than 20 successful projects for DPR, including the $642 million Palomar Medical Center (awarded Best Healthcare Project in the Nation by Engineering News-Record in 2012).

Adam Robinson

Founder of RAF Pacifica Group and Co-Founder and Principal of SR Commercial, Adam Robinson is a strategic real estate investor and operator specializing in the acquisition, development, operations, and management of commercial real estate.

Robinson is currently acquiring land and developing speculative commercial real estate, primarily in San Diego County. Over the past few years, he has acquired 2.5 million square feet, more than 2 million of which is for a long-term hold, and has an additional one million square feet of speculative development in the pipeline over the next 24 months. He oversees a portfolio of more than four million square feet of real estate, with a niche focus on office and industrial product.

Robinson has directed more than $1.3 billion in investments and has focused his career on establishing the vision and strategy necessary to execute successful value-add commercial real estate transactions. His deep industry expertise in acquisitions, development, and brokerage, combined with his strategic networking, has enabled him to successfully drive value and attractive returns for his capital partners.

Robinson has been a featured speaker at the University of San Diego, as well as at commercial real estate conferences such as NAIOP and SIOR. He is also an investor in multiple operating businesses.

Robinson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds numerous professional affiliations, including CCIM, SIOR, and CPM. He is the past president of the San Diego chapter of SIOR.

Harry Jones

Harry has a rich background in seismic and structural engineering that encompasses a variety of project types. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked for the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors throughout the western United States, including Alaska and Guam. His project management experience includes seismic, rehabilitation, historic preservation, medical, educational, commercial, and industrial facilities, using a wide range of construction materials. In 2011, Harry moved from the Portland office to the San Diego office, and has been an important resource for DCI’s Southern California clients since then.
