Mr. Ives is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group providing real

estate transaction and advisory services for investors, developers and occupiers of healthcare real

estate. Leading the firm’s national Healthcare Capital Markets Team, Mr. Ives has experience selling a

variety of product types including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, skilled nursing

facilities and general acute care hospitals.

Mr. Ives began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 with Transwestern in Phoenix. Working on

behalf of medical office investors/developers and local health care providers, he developed his

expertise in the leasing and sales of medical office buildings as well as other healthcare facilities. While

with Transwestern, Mr. Ives represented Abrazo Healthcare (previously owned by Vanguard Health

Systems, now Tenet HealthCare) on various high-profile transactions that helped to reduce occupancy

costs and expand market share in the highly-competitive Phoenix marketplace.

With an extensive resume of healthcare real estate experience, Mr. Ives returned to his home State of

California in 2010 to join Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office and help establish a West Coast

presence for the company’s Healthcare Practice Group. He quickly earned exclusive engagements with

both Rady Children’s Hospital and Palomar Health, two major health systems in the San Diego market.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ives has consistently been one of the company’s top

producing brokers on the West Coast focused exclusively on healthcare real estate.

Carlos Crabtree is a project executive for DPR Construction, one of the nation’s leading technical

builders. He brings to the table more than 20 years of construction experience on a wide range of

challenging projects. His background and proven expertise include project evaluation, contract

negotiation, budgeting and financial management, scheduling, team building, implementation of

virtual design and construction (VDC) in construction projects, and strategic planning.

A key team member on multiple complex and high-profile projects, Crabtree recently served as

project executive on the San Diego County Sheriff’s Crime Laboratory, the Illumina P2A Parking

Structure and Visitor Center, and the fast-tracked Gilead B800 Lab and Office buildout. He is

currently working on the Scripps Encinitas Medical Office Building and the Conrad Performing

Arts Center for the La Jolla Music Society.

A DBIA-certified and USGBC LEED® 2.0-accredited professional, Crabtree received a Master of

Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil

Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico. He is a member of

the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), San Diego Chapter, American

Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), and a member of the American Concrete Institute.

Greg McClure, LEED AP BD+C, with more than 20 years of architectural experience, leads Delawie’s

Science + Technology market sector as a Principal of the firm. McClure is one of the region’s leaders in

sustainability working on projects of various types and sizes, including several large commercial projects

in Southern California. He has experience designing for and working with multiple developers, including:

Sterling Bay West, BioMed Realty, BioScience Properties and Lincoln Properties. In addition, McClure

leads Delawie design teams through numerous tenant laboratory projects for clients such as BioLegend,

Revvity, Illumnia, Exagen, Encodia and Nitto Denko. McClure also leads Delawie projects for higher

education clients bringing industry best practices to the area’s colleges and universities. A licensed

architect in California and North Carolina, McClure has a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
