Mr. Sanders has a long career in real estate development, investments, dispositions, site selection, entitlement, and management. He currently serves as a managing member of Cardinal MF LLC, the developer of the 360-unit Park at Marketplace in Kyle, TX. He is also the general partner of the 998-unit University Village project in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Sanders is the general partner of the University Village project, a 116-acre mixed-use development in San Antonio.

Prior to founding Cardinal, Mr. Sanders was responsible for all investments, dispositions, and asset management for the Texas region of Stratford Land, the largest land investment fund in the U.S. In his position at Stratford, Mr. Sanders managed sourcing and underwriting of all land acquisitions in Texas in addition to handling property sales and the entitlement process.

Before Stratford, Mr. Sanders was a partner with Jones Lang LaSalle/Staubach Co. In his eight years at JLL/Staubach, Mr. Sanders was lead broker on over $325 million in transactions. Mr. Sanders has been awarded the Austin Business Journal’s “Transaction of the Year” twice, for the development of the Goodwill Headquarters and for the relocation and re-development of Concordia University. He was awarded Broker of the Year in San Antonio for the relocation of the San Antonio Water System Headquarters. Major clients have included Apple, Electronic Arts, The Hartford, Cirrus Logic, The State of Texas, UTSA, Toyota and The University of Texas Medical Branch. He has practiced in multiple markets including Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, and Tennessee.

Mr. Eickenhorst joined Stonelake at its inception in 2007 and was the first non-founder employee of the firm. Mr. Eickenhorst has extensive experience evaluating debt and equity investments across industrial, multi-family, office, retail and single family real estate product types.

Prior to Stonelake, Mr. Eickenhorst was an associate at Cypress Real Estate Advisors in Austin where he helped raise over $400 million of equity capital for a discretionary investment partnership and establishing the firm’s industrial platform in Mexico. Prior to Cypress, Mr. Eickenhorst was an analyst at Phoenix Capital Partners in Dallas where he focused on joint venture equity investments in multi-family development projects in Texas, Arizona and California.

Mr. Eickenhorst received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Eickenhorst is currently a member of the Associate Council at the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Anton Bayer is a third generation contractor/builder obtaining his California general contractor’s license in 1977 and other specialty licenses. For the past 30 years Anton has focused all of his residential building and investing activities for his personal portfolio that has included multiple residential acquisitions, remodeling, and new construction.

In 1982 Anton joined a New York Stock Exchange investment firm in San Francisco leaving the building industry as a vocation. During these past 34 years in the financial industry Anton has established four investment companies, facilitated two corporate acquisitions, formed three limited partnerships, and held senior executive positions in two NYSE firms. Currently, Anton is the CEO and founder of Up Capital Management, Inc, a SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm managing over $170 million in assets for corporations, individuals, family trusts, retirement plans, and home owner associations.

Mr. Bayer authored Managing to Retire, a quarterly investment & economic focused newsletter for eleven years, The Weekly Update since 2012, and released in 2007 book, Exposing the Myths to Achieving Financial Success. Mr. Bayer has been a frequent guest since 2007 on national media programs including CNBC, Fox Business News, Bloomberg Radio. Mr. Bayer is regularly invited to speak at corporate sponsored events on real estate, investments, and economic topics.

Harry Adams is the Managing Partner of McCombs Properties, the Real Estate and

Development arm of the McCombs family offices, McCombs Enterprises.

As a real estate portfolio manager, developer, and home building executive, Mr.

Adams has 18 years of real estate, development, and home building experience

with a focus on luxury brands, master planned communities, and niche

communities. His experience includes market level general management with

annual revenues in excess of $100M, sales and project management, land planning

and development, and product development and purchasing.

Before joining the McCombs Enterprise team, he served twelve years leading large

home building organizations, holding the roles of Division President, Vice

President Custom Division & Purchasing, Director of Supply Management, Area

Manager, and Project Manager, with nationwide companies such as Toll Brothers,

Newmark Homes, and Sitterle Homes. Prior to home building and after his

graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Adams

served for six years of active duty as a Light Infantry Officer. He held positions of

platoon leader and operations officer, at the 25 th Light Infantry Division and 82 nd

Airborne Division, and was Air Assault, Airborne, Pathfinder, Jumpmaster and

Ranger qualified.

Mr. Adams is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, sits on the National

Community Development Product Council, and participates on a number of

Boards in the San Antonio area.

Jeremy Jessop is the Principal and Broker for JJ Real Co. His firm focuses on infill

urban real estate Brokerage and Investments. As a 5th generation San Antonio

native, Jessop enjoys cultivating the history as well as the future of San Antonio’s

downtown areas. Most of the projects he and his clients/partners are currently

underway in areas near The Pearl Brewery, River North, CBD, Near East Side,

Southtown, and Alamo Heights areas of San Antonio, Texas.  Jessop started his real

estate career in 2004 after attending Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.  Returning to

San Antonio he started investing in residential, small multi-family and commercial

buildings. For the past 8 years Jessop has focused on adaptive reuse projects with

leasing, investment sales, financing and land assemblage in excess of $150 Million

in volume and currently over $35 Million Portfolio under management. Jessop is a

member of the San Antonio Executives Association, Urban Land Institute and

Local, State and National Board of Realtors.

Michele Boggs joined the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation (SAEDF) in

June 2011. As leader of the Business Development team, Boggs recruits new

businesses and retains existing businesses in San Antonio through the Business

Retention & Expansion (BRE) Program, designed to assist local companies stay and

grow. Since 2011, she has assisted 55 companies to locate or expand in San Antonio,

securing more than 12,000 jobs for San Antonians. She is also the SAEDF lead for the

recruitment and retention of Life Science companies in San Antonio and is on the board

of BioMed SA.

Prior to joining SAEDF, Michele worked as a Research Analyst for the Texas

Comptroller of Public Accounts. There she was a contributing author and researcher on

various studies including the Financial Allocation Study for Texas (FAST) and the Texas

in Focus series, which analyzed factors affecting the state of Texas’ economy and

economic development issues unique to the various regions of the state. Michele holds

a Master of Arts Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University.

Drew Garza is an Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) with a focus on business development and transactions of multifamily assets for private and institutional clients throughout the San Antonio MSA.

Prior to joining the IPA team, Drew was an Associate and Member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group. Within his first two years with Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Garza closed and/or was a part of the execution on over 2,000 units which is equivalent to over $120 Million.

Mr. Garza is a graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a degree in Real Estate Finance & Development with a minor in Finance. With his extensive understanding of multifamily real estate investments coupled with his degree, Mr. Garza is able to serve as an advisor for his clients, providing a tailored strategy or solution in order for the client to meet and exceed their goals.
