J. Steven Price is founder and president of Price Real Estate. He owns, develops, and manages over 5 million square feet of industrial, distribution, and manufacturing commercial real estate. His portfolio consists of 100+ local, regional, national, and international tenants in economic clusters in life and bioscience, aerospace and defense, automotive, food grade facilities, transportation, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, and outdoor recreation sectors.

Within the community, Steven currently serves as a member of the University of Utah Board of Trustees, Community Board of Directors of University of Utah Health, chair of the University of Utah Campus Master Plan Committee, KUER Advisory Board, and Red Butte Garden Board. He also serves as a board member for EDCUtah, World Trade Center Utah, Utah Sports Commission, Salt Lake City International Airport, and the John and Marcia Price Family Foundation.

In December 2024, after Salt Lake City was awarded the 2034 Olympic Winter Games, Steven’s service ended as governing board member, finance and audit and bid committee member for the Salt Lake City-Utah Committee for the 2030/2034 Winter Olympic Games. Additionally, Steven has been an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 1996 and YPO Gold (formerly known as the Utah World Presidents Organization) since 2013.

Steven’s commitment to the community goes beyond his board service, calling upon his passion for public art. Understanding the vibrancy, inspiration, and economic impact art has on the community, he has personally invested in over a dozen public art installations throughout Salt Lake County, with many more planned. Steven also advocates for the outdoors, especially the Wasatch Front trail system, which he is working on to expand and enhance quality of life.

Steven resides in Salt Lake City with his wife Tiffanie and has five children, two stepchildren and four grandchildren.

Jeff Grasso is the Founder & Managing Partner of Vesta where he is responsible for the firm’s management & strategy, investment implementation, and investor relations. Before launching Vesta, Jeff was Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at Silverstein Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, and executing over $10 billion of acquisition, development, and corporate investments in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Silverstein, Jeff worked in the portfolio management group of ING Clarion Capital, a $5 billion AUM real estate credit opportunity fund. He was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of an ABS portfolio in addition to acquiring and originating high yield whole loans.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He resides in Salt Lake with his wife where he enjoys fly fishing, whitewater rafting, and embraces a “pay it forward” mentality with the local Utah community.

Tom leads ViaWest’s ground-up development and investment efforts in the Mountain West

Region, identifying key market and economic trends with special focus on Colorado, Utah, and

Nevada. He has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, repositioning, and development

of over $1.4 billion of commercial real estate totaling more than 11 million square feet.

Additionally, his responsibilities include expanding investor and brokerage community

relationships, feasibility studies, financial analysis, due diligence, entitlements, design,

construction coordination, leasing, and asset preparation for disposition or on-boarding into

ViaWest’s existing portfolio.

Tom earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, holds Series 7 and

66 securities licenses, AZ and CO real estate licenses, and is involved with ULI, NAIOP, and SIOR.

Prior to joining ViaWest, he played professional golf. Based in Colorado, he enjoys hiking,

backcountry skiing, and fly fishing with his wife and kids.

For over twenty-five years, Jeremy Jensen has immersed himself in real estate management, investment, development, and brokerage services for institutional and private clients alike. He has been honored with several awards from his real estate peers, is a leader in the community, and has served as President of the Utah chapters of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Jeremy has an innate ability to create trust and provide honest, straightforward solutions to challenging real estate situations. He has experience as a broker and a principal in development and investment transactions, giving him a solid understanding of what it takes to create attractive outcomes for his clients.

Braden Moore’s 20 years of industry experience began in the field as a laborer and carpenter apprentice, providing him with a strong foundation as a builder. Now focused on business development and preconstruction services, Braden excels in estimating, design management, and customer satisfaction. His leadership, hands-on expertise, and commitment to inspiring teams drive success across diverse projects, ensuring exceptional value and results for clients.

Prior to founding OCC, James was the Director of Analytics and Research at McWhinney, where he implemented best use practices in financial modeling and vetted the financial performance of company investments to stakeholders for over $1 billion. In addition, James garnered recognition at McWhinney for his knowledge in investments, steering the company to found a non-voting investment committee position where he could provide insight and guidance on cohesive investment strategies. Previously James worked at Real Capital Solutions, where he provided financial management and analytics for value-add commercial investments. James started his career with CBRE as the head analyst for the investment sales team. He built financial models, generated market analytics, analyzed leases, and guided the due diligence for commercial disposition/acquisitions.

With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, James brings significant experience in developing financial strategies with long-term investment outlooks, superior analytical skills, and outstanding leadership abilities. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Dilley joined Dakota Pacific Real Estate Partners in 2017. He is a member of the Investment Committee and oversees the sourcing of investment opportunities and directing the underwriting, due diligence, structuring and closing of capital transactions.

Brian is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Columbia Business School’s Real Estate Circle.

Prior to Dakota Pacific, Brian worked at Rubicon Point Partners, a real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, CA, where he managed value-add real estate investments totaling nearly $300 million in asset value on behalf of one of largest public pension funds in the United States. Previously, he was with Layton Construction, a nationally ranked commercial contractor based in Salt Lake City, UT where he oversaw preconstruction activities of development projects throughout the western United States.

Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Construction Management and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Richard Weiss is the Regional Senior Vice President for Dalfen Industrial’s West region. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Rich has over 15 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as a Principal at Investcorp. Rich spent over eight years at Investcorp and was responsible for the sourcing and closing of transactions in excess of $3.5 billion across various geographies and product types. Prior to Investcorp, Rich spent two years as a Vice President in the Institutional Investment Sales Group of CBRE in New York, NY, and four years at Clarion Partners in Washington, DC and New York, NY.

Rich received a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

Alejandro Puy was elected to represent District 2 of Salt Lake City in November 2021, filling the remaining two years of the vacated term. In 2023, he was elected by his peers to serve as the Redevelopment Agency Board Chair for two years, and he was re-elected in the Municipal Election to serve a four-year term.

Alejandro worked to put himself through university, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University. He has a strong public policy, policy research, and campaign management background. Alejandro owns a local consulting firm, Landslide Political, that hires dozens of employees annually.

A proud immigrant from Argentina, Alejandro says moving into District 2 felt like moving home. During his time on the Council, Alejandro has advocated for Westside investment, which was historically lacking.

In his free time, Alejandro enjoys home improvement projects, interacting with the community, and spending time with his dog, Petunia.

The District 2 neighborhoods Alejandro represents include Glendale, Poplar Grove, and parts of Fairpark and Downtown—including Rio Grande and Granary. Alejandro aims to engage his District 2 neighbors and shine a light on the Westside together.

As the President of Bonneville Builders, John Tebbs brings over 40 years of leadership and industry expertise to one of Utah’s premier commercial general contractors. Under his guidance, Bonneville Builders has achieved exceptional growth, including $200 million in annual revenue, while maintaining a reputation for excellence in income producing commercial construction projects including industrial, retail, office and multifamily construction.

Benjamin Hart serves as the executive director of the Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) after being appointed by the UIPA board in September, 2022. During his tenure at UIPA Hart has prioritized economic optimization with port facility development, along with strong internal controls and transparency for the organization. Under his leadership the Port is focused on statewide, along with regional projects and ensuring world-class global access for Utah

businesses.

Prior to his position at UIPA, Hart served as the deputy director of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity (Go Utah). During his time at Go Utah, Hart oversaw The Unified

Economic Opportunity Commission, corporate recruitment efforts, international and diplomatic responsibilities, small business programs and statewide workforce partnerships.

Prior to his time at Go Utah, Hart served as the director of employer initiatives for the

Department of Workforce Services, the CDBG and Economic Development administrator at Layton City, and in underwriting at Zions Bank.

Hart has served on numerous statewide and national government and trade association boards during his career. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Utah, where he currently serves as an adjunct instructor. Hart lives in Layton, Utah with his wife and three kids.

Will Clark is an Investment Leasing Officer at EQT Real Estate – a global leader in logistics real estate with a footprint of over 400 million square feet. Will oversees acquisitions, leasing, and development for EQT’s logistics real estate in Utah and Colorado. He has more than a decade of experience in real estate development, with a history in Investment Banking, Construction Management, Development, and Leasing. Prior to EQT Real Estate, Will was a Vice President at Dakota Pacific Real Estate where he focused on acquisitions and development for Multifamily and Industrial opportunities. Will has a Masters in Real Estate Development, Masters in Building Science, and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Auburn University.
