I am a Principal Planner with Salt Lake City. My interests include community engagement, land use regulation, historic preservation, research, community open space, sustainability, urban ecology, education, outdoor recreation, public lands, public health, rural towns, and active transportation. I have demonstrated a commitment to public service and enjoy working with residents in the communities I have served. I have experience in land use applications, site plan reviews, and some text amendments. I understand the need to set short-term and long-term goals and evaluate best practices. I see the changing demographics in Utah and the challenges that arise with coordinating current zoning with the goals in a General Plan. I have a passion for community engagement and have conducted successful outreach programs in the past, for example with Listening to Springdale Capstone Project. My passion is coming up with creative ways to engage the community and underrepresented groups such as children. I enjoy collaboration with other agencies and partners.

I enjoy working with children and helping them discover the world around them through academics and the idea of Urban Ecology. I also volunteer to serve as an APA Ambassador for the National APA. In 2018, I launched "Little City Walks" as a creative way to introduce children to the basic concepts of Ecology (Systematic Thinking) and Urban Planning while exploring their built and natural environment. I received local support from Jane Jacobs Walks, Center for the Living City, City of Holladay, Salt Lake County Health, UDOT, Utah APA, Utah Foster Care, The University of Utah, and the United Way of Salt Lake. Beyond my planning background, I have 10 years of communication experience working for UPS in their Corporate Center in Salt Lake City.

I am a self-motivator, resourceful, and enjoy accepting new challenges. I have successfully managed several projects independently and working as a team. I enjoy meeting new people and believe you can learn something new from everyone if given the chance.

I've worked in construction most of my life, with the exception of a brief time in sales.

I started in residential construction when I was 15 with a concrete resurfacing contractor, then Framing, Layout, Drywall & Concrete Finishing.

In that time I figured out that I am a hands on person who loves working closely with other people and trades.

When I'm not on-site I like spending time with my 21 y.o. son, golfing, watching football, snowboarding, and anything off-road or on two wheels.

Tony Allred has been Salt Lake City Division Chief over the Fire Prevention Bureau and the Salt Lake City Fire Official since 2021. Chief Allred has been with Salt Lake City Fire since 1996. Before his promotion to Division Chief, he served as a Firefighter, Paramedic, and Captain over the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team. The Salt Lake City Fire Prevention Bureau is responsible for code enforcement and arson investigations in Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. The FPB employs fourteen sworn Arson Investigators, Inspectors and Deputy Fire Marshals and five non-sworn personnel. In Salt Lake City, fire code reviews are completed in the Building Services Department by the Fire Code Review Team at the same time as other plans reviews. The Fire Prevention Bureau works with the Fire Code Review Team and is responsible for interpreting the International Fire Code and handles Alternate Means and Methods applications for all projects within the jurisdiction. Salt Lake City is consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing communities in the U.S. in terms of population growth and new buildings, particularly residential units. The Fire Prevention Bureau is charged with facilitating development, particularly housing opportunities while maintaining high standards of fire safety and effective emergency response.

Sean Miller, CFPS is the Regional Director at ACS Group, LLC for the West Coast. He has 14 years of experience in fire protection engineering and life safety consulting. Sean specializes in fire protection system design, life safety consulting, and code compliance across various sectors, including higher education, life sciences, industrial, mixed-use, and healthcare. He is known for his holistic approach, integrating safety measures seamlessly in construction projects. Sean’s expertise in smoke control systems, hazardous materials management, and egress design makes him a valuable asset for achieving optimal safety solutions.

Ryan serves as Principal-in-Charge for each of Talisman’s projects. He leads our project teams through the oversight of project decisions to ensure the achievement of project requirements and our clients’ most ambitious of goals. Ryan continually monitors each assignment, commits team resources to maintain an outstanding service level, and will attend and co-lead meetings during critical project transitions. Ryan negotiates contracts, coordinates project legal issues, and is responsible for project accounting, including managing design budget and client billing, project construction cost estimating, assisting clients in bidding, recommending awards, contract execution, and recommending contractors’ applications for payment.

Ryan is one of very few professionals in Utah to have achieved certification as an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV-SP) from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure’s Envision Rating System. This is just one small demonstration of Ryan’s passion for sustainable infrastructure design and low-impact, urbanized development, as we use this rating system to increase the sustainability of each and every one of our infrastructure projects.

Mr. Beaumont joined St. John Properties in 2022 and oversees the company’s commercial real estate development projects across the state of Utah. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and is a Professional Engineer.

Patrick Gilligan serves as the Senior Executive Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, and is responsible for all business operations throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. This includes the implementation of all service lines and oversight for all acquisition, development, and redevelopment activities. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development, and has been a part of Lincoln since 2006, completing over $5.5 billion in transactions.

Since entering the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West markets in 2014, he has grown Lincoln’s portfolio to over 10 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family assets under management, including such notable projects as Pacwest, Wells Fargo Center, The Sutton multi-family development in Portland, OR; Terminal 1 in Vancouver, WA; and Eastport Logistics in Boise, ID. He also played an integral role in securing development rights to The Point in Draper, UT; a 100-acre master-planned mixed-use community that will result in over 3.3M sf of office, retail, entertainment, and residential projects. Prior to running the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, Patrick served as a Vice President in Lincoln’s San Francisco office for nearly a decade.

Kristen Feldhusen brings over 15 years of experience leading the development of multifamily, mixed-use, sustainable, and transit-oriented housing projects across California, Oregon, and Washington, with a strong focus on equitable community impact. As a key member of the Blaser Ventures team, she oversees the full lifecycle of multifamily developments within the firm’s portfolio.

Before joining Blaser Ventures in 2023, Kristen served as Director of Development at Killian Pacific in Portland, Oregon, where she led the planning and execution of more than $500 million in mixed-use projects across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Her role included managing design and development teams, securing entitlements and permits, overseeing underwriting and scheduling, evaluating new opportunities, and serving as the primary liaison to project sponsors. She has successfully delivered both for-rent and for-sale housing in highly competitive U.S. markets.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Utah, where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) board and the DEI committee. She also contributes to the advancement of women in the industry through her involvement on the membership committee of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Utah Chapter.

With more than a decade of experience, Ioanna leads multidisciplinary teams within AO’s Multifamily and Mixed-Use studios, specializing in market-rate, affordable, senior, and modular developments. She is a charismatic problem-solver with a passion for elevating the design vision of her clients and nurturing the success of her team. Ioanna is an avid researcher and lifelong learner valued for her strong project management and people skills, as well as her ability to foster trust and collaboration amongst developers, cities, designers, architects, and consultants. Ioanna is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the ARC Alumni Advisory Board for Cal Poly Pomona, and the Design Professional Council for the Modular Building Institute (MBI).

Skyler holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. Since joining KBCm Group in 2016, he has focused on enhancing project controls and performance indicators, helping to improve predictability in construction.

As the leader of KBCm Group’s development services, Skyler works closely with owners to transform project concepts into a viable plan through analysis and strategic planning.
