Travis Drilling is a Executive Vice President with Lincoln Property Company, serving as the Market Leader in Portland, Oregon. Travis is responsible for leading and growing the company’s full platform of real estate services across Oregon and Southwest Washington, including acquisitions, development, capital markets, and project management, as well as third-party leasing and property management.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Travis was the Director of Leasing & Business Development for the Urban Renaissance Group, a Seattle-based commercial real estate company, where he spent more than 12 years in roles of increasing responsibility. He played a key part in the firm’s significant portfolio expansion with noteworthy work including the renovation, lease up, and sale of 1320 Broadway, which was the highest per square foot price in the market at the time of sale; development of Press Blocks, a two-phase mixed-use development adjacent to Providence Park; and the recent acquisition of Lloyd Center Mall.

Travis has extensive local knowledge and a strong track record in leasing, business development, acquisitions, and development, providing him with the tools necessary to accelerate the firm’s business expansion in the Oregon market.

Recognized as one of the most influential commercial real estate executives in the country by both the Portland and National Business Journals, Evan brings the juice, passion and heart to the projects and people he works with every day. He is a Partner at Pacific NW Properties, a Beaverton-based commercial real estate development, investment and property management firm, where he oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development site selection, and marketing, amongst other focus areas.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Evan volunteers his time with numerous charitable organizations and sits on several boards, including NAIOP, Westside Economic Alliance and Revitalize Portland Coalition. He is currently the immediate Past President of NAIOP Oregon, the largest and most influential commercial real estate development organization in the USA. Under Evan’s leadership as President in 2022, NAIOP Oregon was honored with the two biggest awards in North America: “Chapter of the Year,” as well as “National President of the Year.”

Prior to his transition to the ownership side of the business, Evan was an accomplished industrial broker who earned the SIOR “Industrial Deal of the Year” award in both 2008 and 2010, as well as the prestigious Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) “Bill Naito Award” in 2012, presented to the broker in Portland/SW Washington who closed the most complex transaction of the year.

In 2017, Evan was honored with Portland Business Journal’s coveted “Forty Under 40” top business executives honor, which is based on career, influence, leadership, and community involvement. In 2023, Evan was named “Executive of the Year” by the Portland Business Journal.

A former radio show host who once tried to make Beyonce his fiancé with an on air proposal (she said no by the way), Evan doesn’t mind taking big risks … which has helped with PNWP’s speculative development and portfolio growth through strategic acquisitions. He lives in Portland with his beautiful wife and kids.

Trent joined Perkins & Co in 2007 and is a shareholder in the firm’s tax department. He brings extensive experience in passthrough taxation compliance and planning for partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations.

As a leader in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Trent advises clients across real estate and construction, with expertise in Qualified Opportunity Zones, deal structuring, and operating agreement analysis.

Trent is also a frequent speaker on technical tax topics that affect the real estate industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree

Danya joined SolTerra in 2015, where he has played a key role in the development of a dozen projects in both Portland and Seattle. Danya is closely involved in all aspects of the development process and specializes in asset management. He is a 4th generation developer, and is an Alumni of U of O and UH Manoa

Chad Encinas serves as Vice President of Development for the Portland region. Mr. Encinas is responsible for directing all phases of the development process, from design and permitting activities to the construction and stabilization of Mill Creek communities.

Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. Encinas was a Development Manager at Holland Partner Group, where he led development efforts for multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the Portland metro. Prior to his tenure at Holland Partner Group, Mr. Encinas was an Operations Coordinator at Elevate Investment Group in Reno, NV, where he managed acquisitions and value-add construction for single-family homes throughout Nevada.

Mr. Encinas received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and volunteered as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

David Copenhaver holds a distinguished certified development professional (CDP) designation and has been involved in the commercial real estate development, management, construction and acquisition industry for over 30 years involving in excess of 70 projects situated within the scenic Pacific Northwest marketplace. David’s professional accomplishments include; over 7,000,000 square feet of retail and office space, over 1,000 multifamily units, several large mixed use master plan developments and various business enterprises including yoga and cycle studios and a winery. In addition to the aforementioned, David currently serves on the board of directors for three non-profit organizations and has served with numerous community related committees and groups throughout his career. Notwithstanding the aforementioned accomplishments, David’s primary focus remains his family and he continues to engage in local volunteer faith based, professional and community organizations.

Dietrich Wieland, Principal at Mackenzie, has over 20 years of experience in workplace, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. As an architect, Dietrich’s expertise is grounded in leading integrated design teams on projects with a strong workplace component, particularly with tech clients and mixed-use developments. He has a holistic approach to sustainability and brings an extensive understanding of green design strategies and rating systems. Notable Portland projects include the new Autodesk office; 1510 Technology Center, home of Viewpoint; and Clay Creative, home to the bank Simple.

His leadership fosters seamless collaboration between stakeholders, architects, and contractors, creating an environment that encourages innovation and efficient execution.
