Mitch Ginsberg

Founder and Executive Chairman

CommLoan

Mitch Ginsberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of CommLoan, where he leads the company's mission to transform commercial real estate lending through technology, data, and marketplace innovation. With over 30 years in mortgage banking and more than $3 billion in loans overseen, Mitch brings deep industry expertise to solving one of CRE's biggest challenges: outdated, borrower-unfriendly financing systems.

Frustrated by the complexity and inefficiency of securing a commercial mortgage, Mitch set out to create a better way — one that puts borrowers in control, empowers brokers, and delivers precision for lenders. That vision became CommLoan and its proprietary AI platform, CUPID™, which today matches borrowers with optimal lenders in minutes, not months.

Mitch combines fintech innovation with the relationship-driven mindset that's always defined the best of real estate. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in finance.

Why you can't miss this conference

What You'll Learn:

  • How the Phoenix capital stack looks for deals in 2027, where debt and equity are actually flowing, with industrial net absorption up 200% year over year to open 2026.

  • Where cap rates, lending conditions, and transaction volume stand today, and which asset classes are seeing capital return first.

  • What's separating top-performing assets from underperformers across office, industrial, multifamily, and retail right now.

  • How megaprojects like TSMC, Amkor, and Halo Vista are reshaping land costs, power availability, and demand, with TSMC's Arizona investment now topping $265 billion and Halo Vista alone projected to bring 70,000 jobs at full build-out.

  • What slowing population growth and tightening power availability mean for where and how the Valley builds next, as growth has slowed 40% from its 2021-2022 peak.

  • Where Phoenix's growth, rents, and demand are headed through 2027, and how owners and developers are underwriting for what's next.
