Why this Matters

What You'll Learn:

1. Residential on the rise: how are new multifamily and mixed-use projects working to woo younger demographics, while keeping affordability in mind?
2. What new major developers and investors are coming to Phoenix, and why?
3. What submarkets outside of Scottsdale are ripe for development, and what asset classes are most primed to come to the area?
4. Rise of life sciences: how university talent, tech, and more is creating a new life science hub in Phoenix
5. How are construction costs, supply chain issues, labor, and more impacting Phoenix's robust development pipeline?

How You'll Do More Business: With fair housing prices, great universities, and robust job opportunities, Phoenix shows no signs of stopping in terms of residential growth and subsequent CRE opportunities. Ranking as the #1 recruiter of life science talent in 2021, Phoenix's industrial and life science sectors continue to grow steadily in surrounding submarkets. Learn where you can invest in the right assets and opportunities in the Valley of the Sun, as well as learning about how PHX's top experts are prioritizing housing affordability, opportunity, and more.

Who You'll Meet: Phoenix's top owners, developers, public officials, investors, thought leaders, and more.
