Mr. Wentworth is a founding Principal of Wentworth Property Company, LLC, focusing on office, industrial and self-storage acquisition and development. Wentworth Property Company has acquired or developed 8 million square feet, including build to suits for Shutterfly and Northern Trust. Mr. Wentworth spent the early part of his career at CBRE and KPMG. He graduated from Santa Clara University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.

As Senior Executive Vice President at Colliers International, Cindy leads the Colliers Cooke Team Multifamily Investments as one of the top multifamily teams in the nation.

Cindy served as the lead broker for the largest multifamily transaction in Arizona history, selling 5,176 units for $427.5 million in 2007. In 2014, her team completed the record sale of a 2,759-unit multifamily portfolio for $168.5 million. Currently, her team has five portfolios working on in three different states.

Her 33+ years of specializing in multifamily provides the market insight clients utilize in their investment decisions. Cindy’s primary focus is her relationship with the client. She is involved in every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. She understands the importance of every step from evaluation to marketing, qualifying the buyer to negotiations, due diligence process, financing and closing. Through a hands-on personal approach, she provides unmatched service for her clients.

Cindy’s experience at Colliers International has given her national and international exposure. In addition to her brokerage business in multifamily, Cindy served as Arizona’s Interim Manager and Designated Broker for Colliers International in 2005. From global conferences in Shanghai to daily interactions with the 157+ Colliers brokers & staff, she helped lead it to become one of the top Colliers offices worldwide. Cindy is able to leverage her knowledge and relationships for the benefit of the Colliers Cooke Team’s institutional and large private capital clients. The ability to maximize value, minimize risk and accelerate velocity for the client is the driving force behind all her decisions.

Cindy started her brokerage career in multifamily with an emphasis on development, property assemblage, zoning and construction. Early in her career, to accommodate the needs for her clients, she started her own commercial real estate brokerage & mortgage broker firm. She was the sole proprietor of these companies for 10 years. Cindy was also the partner of Blue Ridge Park Business Park where she assembled, zoned and planned the largest business

Brandon Harrington, senior vice president, delivers innovative capital to entrepreneurial and institutional clients. As the senior partner of the Harrington/Steffen team, Mr. Harrington is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide. By leveraging life company, bank, CMBS, and private equity relationships, as well as Walker & Dunlop’s direct Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS and bridge lending capabilities, the Harrington/Steffen team is able to effectively source and structure capital to maximize their client’s returns. In 2016, the Harrington/Steffen team was recognized by Ranking Arizona as #1 within the category of capital and finance. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Harrington was partner and managing director at Cohen Financial, where he served in a similar capacity. Previously, Mr. Harrington served as an associate loan officer with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. During his tenure in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Harrington has arranged over $1.5 billion in financing volume. Recognized as an expert in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Harrington is a frequent panelist and speaker at industry events. Mr. Harrington earned a Bachelor of Science in business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
