Chris joined MG Properties Group in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing and directing the firm’sinvestment, disposition and capital markets activities. Chris brings over 30 years of real estate investment experience to MG. Prior to joining MG Properties, Chris was a Managing Director with GE Capital Real Estate responsible for equity investment throughout the western United States. In that role, he oversaw a team which invested in more than 60 properties, of which multifamily comprised approximately 40 properties totaling $1.6 billion. Prior to Chris’ 15-year tenure with GE Real Estate, he was a Senior Director with Finova Realty Capital, a balance sheet lender and mortgage broker, and a Vice President with the mortgage banking firm, the Wallace Moir Company. Chris received his degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1983.

Brandon Harrington, senior vice president, delivers innovative capital to entrepreneurial and institutional clients. As the senior partner of the Harrington/Steffen team, Mr. Harrington is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide. By leveraging life company, bank, CMBS, and private equity relationships, as well as Walker & Dunlop’s direct Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS and bridge lending capabilities, the Harrington/Steffen team is able to effectively source and structure capital to maximize their client’s returns. In 2016, the Harrington/Steffen team was recognized by Ranking Arizona as #1 within the category of capital and finance. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Harrington was partner and managing director at Cohen Financial, where he served in a similar capacity. Previously, Mr. Harrington served as an associate loan officer with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. During his tenure in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Harrington has arranged over $1.5 billion in financing volume. Recognized as an expert in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Harrington is a frequent panelist and speaker at industry events. Mr. Harrington earned a Bachelor of Science in business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Beyond the company, Mr. Harrington is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA).

As CEO of P.B. Bell, Chapin leads the strategic planning and growth of the company and oversees all aspects of P.B. Bell, including development and property management. After serving as a commercial lending officer and vice president for National City Bank, Chapin joined P.B. Bell in 1993 and worked alongside his father, Founder Philip Bell, for 25 years. Over the years, Chapin has developed more than 6,300 units and acquired over 4,100 units. Chapin serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and Valley Partnership. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the UMOM Patrons Committee and the Arizona Multihousing Association. Chapin received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Arizona and holds an Arizona real estate license.

Scott is currently the Division President of the Mountain States/Southwest for Lennar’s Multifamily Apartment Division where he has been responsible for sourcing over $900 million of development since late-2012 in Denver and Phoenix and building a team of over 40 development, construction and property management professionals. With over 15 years of experience in multifamily, Scott previously served as the Managing Director of Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he sourced the development of over $100 million and established a successful development, construction and asset management platform in the Mountain States. He also was the Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential and, along with his team, was responsible for the sourcing and development of over $500 million in luxury multifamily communities. Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA) and the University of Colorado (MBA).
