Patrick Panetta, AIA is Director of Project Management in the University Real Estate Development Office at Arizona State University involved in design, planning and real estate development activities at the University including property acquisition, master planning, pre-project programming, and cultivating public and private partnerships. He has been intimately involved in the acquisition and development of the 8-acre, 1.5 million square foot ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus facilities and properties. In addition, he has also leased and set up multiple out-of-state University offices in Washington, DC and Southern California.

Patrick is a licensed architect in two states with over 20 years of experience in architecture, planning, project management, and real estate development, specifically in the public and institutional sectors. He is Past-President of both the American Institute of Architects Phoenix-Metro and Arizona chapters, and currently serves on the AIA National Strategic Council.

Patrick has served as a member of multiple City of Phoenix Village Planning Committees, currently serves as Chair of the City of Phoenix Development Advisory Board, and is Vice President of the Rio Salado Architecture Foundation.

Mr. Panetta holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from the University of Miami, and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Mark is an alum of Santa Clara University, a member of the Urban Land Institute serving on the Arizona Technical Advisory Panel as wells as having served on the City of Mesa Planning Advisory Committee for the West Main Street Area Plan, City of Phoenix Uptown District Steering Committee and an active member of Phoenix Community Alliance and Valley Partnership. Through these networking opportunities, Mark has great insight into future market trends of the Valley and the unique requirements of urban development.

Dusty Eddy is a Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital. Living in Phoenix, Mr. Eddy is the local market expert in charge of all multi-family acquisitions in Arizona as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada & San Diego, CA. He currently manages over 800, value-add, units across those markets.

Mr. Eddy has over 14 years of real estate investment, development and asset management experience in various property types including multi-family, retail and medical office. He has participated in transactions valued at more than $1.2 billion in that time. Immediately before joining 29th Street Capital, Mr. Eddy was the Acquisition Manager with Healthcare Trust of America where he closed $455 million in investments.

Mr. Eddy obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated magna cum laude. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with honors.

Cindy served as the lead broker for the largest multifamily transaction in Arizona history, selling 5,176 units for $427.5 million in 2007. In 2014, her team completed the record sale of a 2,759-unit multifamily portfolio for $168.5 million. Currently, her team has five portfolios working on in three different states.

Her 33+ years of specializing in multifamily provides the market insight clients utilize in their investment decisions. Cindy’s primary focus is her relationship with the client. She is involved in every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. She understands the importance of every step from evaluation to marketing, qualifying the buyer to negotiations, due diligence process, financing and closing. Through a hands-on personal approach, she provides unmatched service for her clients.

Cindy’s experience at Colliers International has given her national and international exposure. In addition to her brokerage business in multifamily, Cindy served as Arizona’s Interim Manager and Designated Broker for Colliers International in 2005. Scott is currently the Division President of the Mountain States/Southwest for Lennar’s Multifamily Apartment Division where he has been responsible for sourcing over $900 million of development since late-2012 in Denver and Phoenix and building a team of over 40 development, construction and property management professionals. With over 15 years of experience in multifamily, Scott previously served as the Managing Director of Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he sourced the development of over $100 million and established a successful development, construction and asset management platform in the Mountain States. He also was the Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential and, along with his team, was responsible for the sourcing and development of over $500 million in luxury multifamily communities. Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA) and the University of Colorado (MBA).

Scott is a founding principal of Baron Properties, and its sister companies LivURBN Development and Mountain West Industrial Properties. He is responsible for identifying and analyzing acquisition and development opportunities, structuring acquisitions, and managing equity and debt relationships. He has overseen the acquisition and development of over 7,600 multi-family units totaling in excess of $900 million, 5.3 million square feet of warehouse assets totaling over $400 million, and spearheaded the acquisition of four for-sale development sites with total project costs totaling over $170 million.

In Phoenix, Baron currently owns and manages over 2,200 multifamily units in 11 communities. Baron is currently under construction on two luxury multifamily communities (iLuminate and Linear) in downtown totaling 215 units, having a total project capitalization of over $50 million. Recently, Baron acquired a 259 unit value-add multifamily community in the Arcadia Lite neighborhood, with a total project capitalization of $31 million. LivURBN Development has three for-sale residential projects underway in the valley. In January, LivURBN broke ground on The Mason, 33 townhomes at 14th Street and Bethany Home Road and is planning Contour on Campbell, a 111 unit condominium development near the Camelback/Biltmore area which will break ground in July with units in the $350,000 to $600,000 range. LivURBN is in the midst of planning on a condominium and townhouse development in Old Town Scottsdale.

Mr. Cornelius is a Partner and Vice President at Fore Property Company (Fore) and is responsible for new development and acquisition activities in Arizona, California, and Texas. Mr. Cornelius was previously Vice President of Development with Colonial Properties Trust and prior to Colonial, Director of Land Acquisition with Fore. He began his professional career with Rhodes Design and Development. Mr. Cornelius has developed approximately 4,000 multifamily units including conventional apartments, affordable housing, and condominiums. Mr. Cornelius holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and an M.B.A from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Sustainable Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

As the President of KEPHART, he guides the strategic vision and direction of the firm, providing support for eight additional Principals who help drive KEPHART’s success. Bryce attended the University of Colorado, where he earned master’s degrees in both architecture and business administration, allowing him to understand the industry more comprehensively from the perspective of both an architect and a developer.
