  • What opportunities exist for private investors in Phoenix's industrial sector, given the 82% year-over-year increase in industrial property sales?

  • With construction activity slowing nationally, how can Phoenix sustain its growth momentum and attract further capital?

  • How can investors navigate the challenges of increased vacancy rates in Phoenix’s industrial spaces, which rose to 11.2% in Q3 2024, while maintaining profitability?

  • What strategies are in place to ensure sustainable water and energy use, given Phoenix's reliance on diverse water sources and rising industrial power needs?

  • What are the key factors driving Pinal County's emergence as a development hotspot, and how do its transportation infrastructure, land availability and pricing advantages position it for sustained growth?

How You'll Do More Business: This event offers a unique chance to delve into Phoenix's dynamic industrial market and uncover strategic investment opportunities.
