Summary

Join us this September at our annual State of Phoenix Healthcare & Senior Living Development event!

The new administration and aging population has put both healthcare and senior living in a state of uncertainty. A new health bill can bring significant change to hospitals and medical offices. A new generation of senior citizens can encourage an increased demand for assisted living developments.

As we navigate the latest trends in healthcare and senior living, what will the affects be on the real estate market? Our panelists will discuss the market predictions, new amenities, the future of the ACA and assisted living facilities, and much more this September. We'll look forward to seeing you there!
