Kathy brings over 25+ years of experience and knowledge in the areas of portfolio management, new

construction, consolidations, divestitures, and all things commercial real estate, having previously

worked for Abbott Labs, Cushman & Wakefield and Freescale Semiconductor. Most recently Kathy led

JE Dunn Construction’s Client Solution organization focused on business development and investment

strategies. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Texas in Austin as well as

numerous industry certifications to include a Master in Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Strategy.

Her focus at NXP as Head of Global Real Estate and Workplace Strategies is the optimization of the real

estate portfolio so that it promotes innovation and becomes a business differentiator.

Cori Masters is a Senior Director and High-Tech Analyst in Gartner's Supply Chain practice, providing research insights, advice and thought leadership to High Tech, Electronics, Telecom and Public Procurement clients. With over 25 years of experience, she provides expert coverage including supply chain strategy, sustainability, risk management/resiliency and vendor management.

Based on previous experience as a Senior Commodity Manager across multiple markets, she provides expertise in end-to-end supply chain practices with deep knowledge in vendor management, end-to-end supply chain strategy, manufacturing technology development and ramp and manufacturing sustainability.

Liesl Folks, Ph.D., M.B.A., is Director, Center for Semiconductor Manufacturing and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona. Folks holds 14 U.S. patents and

has authored more than 60 peer reviewed journal articles in the fields of magnetic materials and

devices, nanoscale metrology, and spin-electronic devices, resulting in more than 12,000 citations.

She has long been a leader in expanding inclusion in STEM. She served as President of the IEEE

Magnetics Society from 2013-2014. She chairs the congressionally authorized 2024 Global

Microelectronics: Models for the Department of Defense in Semiconductor Public-Private

Partnerships for the National Academies. Folks is a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors.

Fernando Garcia serves as the Executive Vice President of International Trade and Investment at the Arizona Commerce Authority. He is responsible for leading and executing ACA’s international strategy for trade, foreign direct investment and early stage companies. Mr. Garcia and his team amplify Arizona’s value proposition throughout the globe to showcase assets in the state and how Arizona will continue to provide solutions for industry as they expand into the U.S. market. Mr. Garcia also leads ACA’s international offices which include Mexico City, Chihuahua, Taiwan, Republic of Korea, Europe (based in Germany) and Israel.

Previous to joining the ACA in May 2021, Mr. Garcia worked at the City of Casa Grande where he first started his career in economic development focusing on business attraction. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Master of Public Administration which introduced him to the economic development field. Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has been highly involved with the Arizona Association for Economic Development where he was part of the Board of Directors and a recipient of the “New Member of the Year” award for outstanding achievement and contributions to the state.

In addition, Mr. Garcia is a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserves serving in Miramar, California and recently completed Expeditionary Warfare School as part of his professional military education.

Develops strategies for applications of precast/prestressed concrete building systems in the data center space. Leads the effort to engage technical staff in the design-assist effort of very fast-track projects, at the earliest stages of development. Works with end-users and their agents to create unique designs and unusual applications of precast concrete building systems.

Drives Metromont’s practice of acting as a specialty precast subcontractor in the data center -- and not just the manufacturer of various precast parts and pieces. Metromont can self-perform 100% of the precast concrete work, beginning from structured design-assist engagement, through field erection of "all-precast" buildings.

Leads the activities of Metromont’s VA Sales staff in pursuit of projects primarily in Virginia’s Data Center Alley, but across the U.S. Metromont has the capability of extending its reach beyond this area, on certain projects, where organizational strengths, financial capacity, and past experience -- particularly with regard to mission-critical projects -- are required.

35 years experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry, including responsibilities for nearly every aspect of the ", get work" and "do work" functions. Directly involved in preconstruction through contract, in 20M SF of all precast data centers.

Marshall is a 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter Board of Directors member and a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).

Justin Jurek is a seasoned power quality consultant and business development executive whom supports the design development of best in class power protection systems’ deploying $250M+ in his 15 year tenure into critical electrical infrastructure projects for some of the most leading datacenter providers, chip foundries, observatories, bio-labs, and defense installations. Justin is currently the sales director of Hitec Power Protection for the Americas, is based in San Diego, but has roots in WNY and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from SUNY Buffalo. Justin will be presenting on the impact of artificial intelligence in the datacenter on the mechanical system and solutions on the market.

Jonna Bournias is an Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of experience designing and building Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities and over 30 years designing the electrical systems for large industrial facilities including Chemical Manufacturing Facilities and Gas Fired Combined Cycle Power Plants. She is currently an Electrical Engineering Director with Page, based in Chandler Arizona, focused primarily on Semiconductor Manufacturing Facilities but supporting an extensive portfolio of project types. She is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico but has worked around the Globe and holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from New Mexico State University and a Masters Degree in Global Management from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a registered Professional Engineer in nine states.
