Ryan Gruver is a native Phoenician, with over 16 years of experience in the IT field, 14 years of that being in the data center. He holds a Master’s of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Advancing Technology.

Ryan has served in a variety of roles in IT from a Data Center Operator, System Admin / Engineer, and now as an IT Director. He has a passion for continuous improvement of services he manages, enabling employees to do their best, and ensuring customers get an excellent experience.

Brian is the Vice President at Stewart Title’s National Commercial Services group, where he and his team provide title insurance solutions for complex transactions across the United States. With over ten years of experience in the energy sector, Brian specializes in development, construction, and operations. He is an active member of the Houston community, co-founding the Renewable Energy Alliance (REAL) Houston and serving on its Board of Directors. Before his career in the energy industry, Brian served in the U.S. Army and completed a tour in Afghanistan.

Doug Bevier is a Product Manager for Clark Pacific and helps drive the Products department, create the vision for the burgeoning and highly successful Facades division.

Doug is a professional engineer and precast/GFRC envelope specialist. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) since 2016 in California. He is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He has worked for Clark Pacific in different capacities since starting as a plant laborer in 2006, he became a field erector in 2010 and then joined the project management ranks in 2014, before moving to his current role in 2021.

Doug also manages the Clark Pacific Foundation which is a charity that provides support to the Yolo, Sacramento, Ontario and Adelanto communities.

Richard brings 17 years of construction industry experience to his role as a leader in mission-critical project delivery. He is known for bringing clarity, confidence, and steady direction to highly complex environments, with deep expertise spanning data centers, semiconductor facilities, and innovation campuses.

Throughout his career, Richard has guided teams from early planning and strategy through construction and final completion, consistently ensuring that projects stay on track and aligned with client expectations. He has worked extensively on both colocation and hyperscale data center campuses across greenfield and redevelopment sites, giving him a broad understanding of the technical, operational, and logistical demands these facilities require.

Recognized for his ability to build strong relationships and unite diverse stakeholders around shared goals, Richard ensures that even the most complex mission-critical facilities are delivered with reliability, precision, and long-term performance in mind.

Todd Kadjan is a project director at Brinkmann Constructors. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry focusing on data centers, advanced technology infrastructure and more. Todd has extensive experience leading mission critical teams to provide exceptional results for high profile clients.

Stewart Matson is a dedicated professional with nearly 15 years of experience in the

Power Generation and Data Center industries. Currently serving as the Division

Manager of Power Generation at MIRATECH, he specializes in providing expert

knowledge in Diesel and Natural Gas emissions as well as the regulations that affect

them at the national and regional levels. His commitment to excellence has driven

significant results in the Data Center space by developing projects in partnership with

other stakeholders. Outside of work he enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his

family. Stewart is excited to share his insights and enjoys collaborating with colleagues

at DICE events.

Steven (Scott) Worley is a strategic energy executive operating at the intersection of power generation, data center infrastructure, and distributed energy solutions. As Senior Business Development Director at Stabilis Solutions, Inc., he leads growth initiatives focused on behind-the-meter power generation, LNG supply strategies, and large-scale energy infrastructure deployments supporting hyperscale and enterprise data centers across North America.

With deep expertise in energy logistics, fuel strategy, and critical power environments, Scott works directly with developers, operators, utilities, EPC firms, and capital partners to structure multi-year LNG supply agreements and deploy turnkey energy solutions where grid capacity lags load growth. His work centers on solving one of the most urgent challenges in infrastructure today: delivering dispatchable, scalable power amid exponential computing demand.

Scott is known for combining financial rigor with operational execution, aligning supply chain logistics, safety compliance, engineering feasibility, and commercial structuring into cohesive energy strategies. His approach is grounded in reliability, partnership, and long-term value creation for mission-critical environments.

Originally from New Zealand and now based in Arizona, Paul Heapy has decades of experience in commercial energy efficiency, HVAC systems, and technology startups. With a passion for efficiency and a big-picture commitment to sustainability, Paul advocates for technologies the reduce overbuild and increase utilization of power and cooling infrastructure.

Christopher is a Senior Program Manager with Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was the Director of Data Center Services at Expedia, responsible for infrastructure support delivery to all Expedia brands including Expedia, Travelocity, trivago, Orbitz, Mobidata, Wotif.com, Traveldoo, Ebookers, CheapTickets, Hotwire.com, Hotels.com, etc.

Mr. Neil started his career 28 years ago as Electronic Technician at the US Navy, he worked nearly a decade at MAJIQ, before he took on the role of GIS – Infrastructure Platform Services Manager at Expedia where he succeeded for 6 years. He then became promoted to Manager, GIS – Infrastructure Capacity Management, Service Delivery Sr. Manager and now Director Data Center Services for Expedia Inc. With nearly three decades of solid track record, serving some of the most mission critical applications.

Mr. Neil brings valuable expertise to IDCA’s Technical Standards Committee. His expertise and duties include but are not limited to managing data center operations ensuring 99.999% availability for all critical infrastructure, data center space planning, capacity and forecast modeling, developing and maintaining a 5 year Expedia data center strategy supporting trending and capacity management modeling, strategy planning and development of roadmaps for data center strategy, establishing operational standards, processes, intake and auditing programs in support of data center operations, selection, development and evaluation data center staff, and more.

Stefan Wolff is Vice President of Mission Critical Operations at Loenbro, a multi-trade specialty contractor executing critical infrastructure projects at scale. From integrated preconstruction and BIM support through production, QAQC, commissioning, and maintenance, Loenbro’s safety- and quality-focused culture delivers on AI-geared mega campuses across the United States, at speed. Stefan is based out of Loenbro’s Southwest office, support data center work throughout the valley and beyond.

Adam is an Associate with PARADIGM Structural Engineers and has been with PARADIGM for over 9 years. He has managed designs in the mission critical, life science, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, and commercial market sectors throughout the United States. Over his career Adam has contributed to complex retrofit projects, new building design, and tenant fit out projects. His areas of expertise include performance-based design of structures to be occupiable following earthquakes and other natural disasters.

Teresa Giralt is the National Business Development Lead for Ameristar Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY Group brand, where she focuses on securing mission-critical infrastructure with an emphasis on enterprise and colocation data centers. She works closely with general contractors, developers, and operators to deliver scalable, future-ready perimeter solutions—from early planning phases to complex retrofits.

Prior to joining Ameristar, Teresa led business development and marketing efforts for Turner Construction Company in South Florida, giving her a strong foundation in large-scale construction and client strategy. Her unique blend of construction and security expertise makes her a valuable voice in conversations around data center protection.

Amanda is an accomplished sustainability leader with over 18 years of experience

across a variety of high impact sectors. As the Senior Director of Sustainability for

Stream Data Centers, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies

that drive incremental improvements to the overall sustainability of operational facilities

and new developments. Her pragmatic and fun approach allows her to engage with

diverse stakeholders to develop effective and innovative solutions that address large-

scale sustainability concerns. She has been recognized as a top sustainability leader in

both the aviation and data center industries for her contributions to driving carbon

emissions reductions, sustainable development, and fostering innovation through

collaboration and engagement.

Onieluan Tamunobere, Ph.D., P.E. is President of Coilmaster, where he leads the company’s strategic direction and growth across its portfolio of heat exchangers and thermal management solutions for the data center market. Under his leadership, Coilmaster partners with data center owners, designers, and operators to deliver reliable and efficient cooling solutions that enable higher power densities, improved uptime, and long‑term operational performance.

Onieluan holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), bringing deep technical rigor and practical engineering insight to every stage of product development and deployment. His background allows him to effectively bridge engineering innovation with commercial execution, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and aligned with customer and market demands.

Prior to leading Coilmaster, Onieluan served as Vice President and General Manager of Heat Pipe Technology, where he oversaw business operations and drove the innovation and commercialization of high‑performance thermal solutions across multiple mission‑critical markets.

Donya Ziraksari, Mechanical Engineer, PMP, is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft with over 14 years of experience in Program Management, now leading the delivery, retrofit, and expansion of hyperscale data centers across multiple U.S. regions. Beyond her technical leadership, Donya is a recognized human rights advocate whose work has earned city and state awards as well as congressional recognitions. She is known for bridging engineering and human rights by championing early human-value and human-rights considerations in technology, infrastructure, and design.

Russ Dailey is an Enterprise Account Executive at MCIM, where he works with data center operators globally to modernize their asset management and operational intelligence practices. With over 22 years in data center and digital infrastructure, Russ brings a practitioner's perspective to the intersection of operational excellence and technology, having spent his career spanning technical sales, infrastructure consulting, and founding ventures focused on purpose-built data center solutions. At MCIM, he partners with operators across critical infrastructure sectors to drive adoption of EAM and CMMS platforms that give teams real-time visibility into asset health, maintenance workflows, and risk across the full asset lifecycle. Russ is also a leader with the Arizona Data Center Alliance, a workforce development coalition spanning iMasons, 7x24, AFCOM, and Nomad Futurist chapters.
