Scott’s real estate development career began in full force in 1990, 27 years ago. With his partner Jim Levin, they founded Neighborhood Restorations, an affordable housing development company, and set out on a mission of restoring abandoned and blighted single-family homes in West Philadelphia. They gutted, rehabbed and developed over 1000 houses including nearly 1200 units for low-income families with a total investment of nearly $200 million while employing more than 50% local minority contractors over their entire history.

Additionally, Neighborhood Restorations moved their offices into the heart of West Philadelphia at the former Oliver Wendell Homes Middle School, the first middle school in the United States. There, they completed a historic restoration and preservation of the entire building, including 42 units for senior citizens and a magnificent auditorium used for both seniors and community activities.

In 2009, Scott established University Place Associates with a firm commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability. His hope in contributing to and developing a world-class ‘Platinum Corridor®’ on Market Street, centered at the 40th Street transit hub, is that this effort, including bringing new jobs and new energy, will become a place for all to enjoy!

Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM.

Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.

Thomas J. Sklow joined Keystone in October 2014 as Vice President of Development and Leasing. Tom, an industry leader with more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, leasing and management, is responsible for overseeing Keystone’s New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut office properties.

Before joining Keystone, Tom served as a city manager and vice president at Liberty Property Trust where his region encompassed more than 5.4 million square feet comprising 88 office, flex and industrial buildings serving 216 tenants. He also previously held leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Trammel Crow Company.

In addition to his expertise on the real estate industry and its trends, Tom is a CPA and the recipient of an MBA from New York University, and possesses significant financial and business acumen. He holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Villanova University, is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds the prestigious CCIM designation.

Sklow is a board member of the Transportation Management Association of Chester County, and previously served on the boards of the Chester County Economic Development Council and the i2n/Chester County Keystone Innovation Zone.

As a Director of Sustainability within the Buildings line of business, Jonathan coordinates all sustainable design initiatives firm-wide, focusing on design integration and project delivery. With multiple Sustainability accreditations, Jonathan serves as a resource to both project teams and clients to provide expertise and information on LEED certification, as well as international sustainable design technologies, literature, strategies, and projects. As an architect with experience with technical building design issues, Jonathan has utilized his sustainability experience to co-author a book on sustainable design of research laboratories, as well as teaching a course on sustainable building systems integration and sustainable design in water impacts to graduate architectural students at the University of Pennsylvania.
