Christian Fleming joined Federal Realty in 2007 and currently serves as Director of Asset Management for the Philadelphia and Baltimore Region, overseeing all aspects of operations and strategic growth for a portfolio of 19 shopping centers totaling 4.2 million square feet, and generating over $80 million of net operating income. Mr. Fleming has previously held the positions of Director of Financial Operations, and Development Finance Manager at Federal Realty.

Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on retail acquisitions, development, finance, and asset management focusing primarily on the D.C., Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York markets. Chris holds a B.S. from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland at College Park. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm, Joe

specializes in tenant and landlord representation on a national and regional scale. His​ ​professional experience has taken him throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Joe has been a member of the Metro team since 2006 and is based out of our Plymouth​ ​Meeting office.

Joe is also an active member of the ChainLinks Board of Directors and serves on

Drexel’s Presidential Real Estate Advisory Board.

As of December 31, 2017, Joseph has completed over 654 lease and sales transactions

with a gross aggregate value over $1 billion and 9.042 million square feet in the Mid-

Atlantic United States, mainly in Metro Philadelphia.

Brian Sirhal is co-owner of Feliz Restaurants, a family of critically acclaimed contemporary

Mexican restaurants in the Philadelphia Area. La Calaca Feliz in Philadelphia, Cantina Feliz in

suburban Philadelphia, and Taqueria Feliz in the Manayunk section of the city have transformed

their guests’ vision of Mexican food with a focus on creating exceptional dishes using the

freshest, highest-quality ingredients from the best purveyors.

Prior to the restaurant business, Sirhal a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, worked as

an investment analyst for the likes of Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs for his first five years

out of college. Not feeling fulfilled with his career path in the financial world, Sirhal began to

explore different avenues he could take his career. Having worked in the food service industry

along the way in high school and college and demonstrating a passion for learning about new

cuisines, Sirhal had an inkling that a career in the restaurant business could be right for him.

After sending resumes to a number of restaurant companies in both Philadelphia and New York

City, Brian took a job working at the famed Rosa Mexicano in Manhattan where he began his

career as a server to learn the business from the ground up.

Mr. Munley is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of HFF with more than eight

years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses primarily on retail investment

advisory transactions throughout the northeastern United States. Throughout his career,

Mr. Munley has closed more than $1.75 billion in transactions across 22 states.

Mr. Munley joined the firm in March 2014. Prior to HFF, he worked with the National Retail

Group as a Vice President of Sales at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in singleand

multi-tenant retail real estate investments in New Jersey. While there, Mr. Munley

established himself as a top retail agent, earning recognition as a Top 30 Overall Agent and

Top Multi-Tenant Agent in the firm’s National Retail Group. Other achievements include

being named an NAA Achievement award winner three times, an SRA Achievement award

winner four times, a Top Five Broker by Real Estate Forum and making the CoStar Power

Paige Jaffe serves as First Vice President of Retail Services at CBRE in the Philadelphia office and has more than eight years of experience as a retail broker, working in High Street markets including Center City, New York City, Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining CBRE Paige worked at The McDevitt Company, where she represented the concepts of Urban Outfitters, Vetri Restaurants and many others. She has assisted Landlord and Tenants, offering both a deep knowledge of the market and high quality representation.

Paige has closed important deals on high profile locations for Barbour, Jack Wills, The North Face, Wells Fargo, Swarovski, Theory, Calypso, Goorin Bros. Nordstrom Rack, American Eagle, Madewell, Under Armour, Pandora, Anthropolgie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Paper Source, Carhartt and TOMs. Additionally, she has completed deals with such venerable restaurants as Stephen Starr’s Dandelion, Route 6 and Il Pittore, Jose Garces’ Garces Trading Company and JG Domestic, Amis by Marc Vetri, Sbraga by Kevin Sbraga, Chipotle, Le Pain Quotiden, Devon and Blakely and multiple locations for Pizzeria Vetri.

Paige is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers and Rittenhouse Row as well as the State Director of ICSC for PA/NJ/DE. She sits on the boards for Rittenhouse Row and Little Friends of Rittenhouse Square. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Communications.

Randolph Hope is a development and leasing professional with a diverse background in both multifamily and retail real estate. Randolph is responsible for leading Post Brothers retail development in addition to asset management of its growing portfolio valued in excess of $1.4 billion. Prior to joining Post Brothers in 2014, Randolph was a Director at Panther Properties in which he was integral in growing the company from its first acquisition in 2010 through its completion of it first fund in 2014. Randolph oversaw the acquisition and development of more than 3,600 apartment units across 13 communities throughout the Southeastern United States. The portfolio created has a value in excess of $450 million and more than $100 million of equity capital invested. Prior to forming Panther Properties, Randolph was Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate the leading retail real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. While at Metro Commercial he completed in excess of 350 lease and sale transactions with consideration in excess of $300 million.

Casandra Domínguez is the Manager of Business Retention and Retail Attraction at the Center City District (CCD), a $20 million business improvement district, which provides security, cleaning, place marketing, promotion and planning services for Philadelphia's central business district. She joined the CCD in May of 2013, after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government with a Master’s in Public Administration and Certificate in Economic Development. In her role at the CCD, Casandra manages the organization's retail attraction program to increase commercial investment and development in downtown Philadelphia. She also manages membership services for the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC), a non-profit business leadership organization affiliated with the CCD. Prior to graduate school, Casandra worked in New York at Merrill Lynch's International Wealth Management division, as well as Próxima Alfa, a seeding platform for start-up hedge funds. Casandra is originally from Madrid, Spain and has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Jones serves as a Director in the Tax & Advisory Services Group of CBIZ MHM, LLC.

Chris’ primary focus is to provide tax compliance and consultation on various tax matters to

professional service firms, private equity, venture capital groups, and real estate companies.

Chris has extensive experience in the structuring of acquisitions and dispositions for

partnerships joint ventures, and corporations.

Prior to joining CBIZ, Chris was a Senior Tax Manager for an international accounting, tax and

advisory firm in Philadelphia. Chris represented a diverse group of clients, including

professional service, real estate companies, hedge funds and private equity firms. Chris’ main

role was to provide tax consultation and compliance services to partnerships, corporations and

high net worth individuals. During the course of his career, Chris has had extensive experience

with structuring of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including like-kind exchanges.

Chris also spent time with the financial services group in the Philadelphia office of another

international accounting firm. In his role as a Tax Manager, Chris provided services to Real

Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), private equity funds, professional service firms, banking

institutions, broker dealers, real estate opportunity funds, and other real estate companies.

Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeSales University located in

Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Chris received a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University

located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified

Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Chris has

also developed and instructed numerous Continuing Professional Education courses for past

employers, as well as outside education groups.
