D. Reid Townsend has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment. He co-founded MRP Industrial in 2013 and has primary responsibility for the sourcing, design, construction, leasing and overall financial performance of the company’s portfolio. In his career, Reid has managed the development of over 12 Million square feet of commercial real estate with a stabilized value of nearly $1.5 Billion.

Prior to MRP Industrial, Reid founded the Maryland/Pennsylvania office as a Partner at Panattoni Development Company. During his five years at Panattoni, he grew the local operation into the most profitable business unit within the company, establishing a pipeline of over 4.5 Million square feet with a stabilized value in excess of $350 Million. Prior to joining Panattoni, Reid worked with the founding partners of MRP Realty at Trammell Crow Company in Washington DC. During his eight years there, Reid served the firm’s institutional capital partners on a wide variety of office, industrial and health care projects. He began his career as a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Baltimore.

Reid received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

As a leader of Bohler’s Pennsylvania footprint, Mike has over 20 years of land development consulting experience. With an extensive knowledge of the industrial development process, he has designed over seven million square feet of warehouse and distribution space. He understands the daily operations of industrial parks and fulfillment centers, as well as common earthwork and stormwater management challenges. With this expertise, Mike provides the most efficient site layouts for each project. Involvement with associations such as NAIOP and SIOR has afforded Mike to stay ahead of the latest industrial industry trends. In addition to distribution facilities, Mike’s design teams work in the retail, residential, and healthcare market sectors.

Ed’s passion is the Architecture of Commerce, designing places that bring people together in the grand endeavor of the economy. Working closely with clients as both designer and trusted advisor, he has helped to create visionary places for work and industry. Collaboration is the cornerstone of Ed’s architectural approach. He thrives in leading larges complex teams through a process driven by a dedication to exceptional design that draws upon the unique skills of all its members. Ed is an innovator in his field. His clients have invited him to speak at national corporate gatherings, he has been a frequent contributor at national industry conferences, he has lectured at MIT and other higher education institutions, and he has been a consultant to the United States Green Building Council. Ed has been a partner at KSS since 2000 and has over 30 year’s experience.

Jeff heads FCL’s Northeast region, overseeing offices in Baltimore, Boston, and Philadelphia. He brings to the role extensive business acumen, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to execute on complicated work from years of experience with large-scale industrial projects.

During his career, Jeff has held the positions of Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Vice President. While working at one of the country’s largest private industrial developers, Jeff was engaged on large-scale projects in three countries. Given his range of experience, he brings to the table a solid understanding of diverse stakeholder perspectives and a track record for driving positive outcomes and building rapport in difficult, high stakes negotiations.

Jeff is passionate about business strategy, the geographic diversity of the northeast, and building relationships across the region to drive FCL’s business and those of FCL clients forward.

Mr. Cohen has worked in investment real estate since 1997. Since co-founding Endurance Real Estate Group in 2002, Mr. Cohen has spent the majority of his time sourcing new acquisition opportu­nities ($300MM plus since inception), as well as establishing and maintain­ing new relationships with Endurance’s various capital partners and lenders. Mr. Cohen is also an integral part of the asset management team providing leas­ing, financial and marketing oversight for Endurance’s portfolio. Prior to co-found­ing Endurance Mr. Cohen most recently worked for RFR Holdings, a major pri­vately owned development firm based in New York City whose portfolio consisted of over 6 million square feet of Manhat­tan office space. While at RFR, Mr. Cohen worked on Acquisitions and Asset Man­agement, including leasing, recapitaliza­tion and disposition analysis.

Prior to RFR, Mr. Cohen spent two years working at Fortis Advisers in Acquisitions and Asset Management with Mr. White. Mr. Cohen worked on the underwriting of development and acquisition deals for joint venture equity financing. Prior to working at Fortis, Mr. Cohen spent two years at Ernst & Young Kenneth Lev­enthal Real Estate Group working as a senior auditor for major development clients such as Tishman Speyer and SL Green Realty.

Mr. Cohen received his Masters of Sci­ence in Real Estate Development from New York University and his B.S in Ac­counting from Tulane University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael J. Landsburg is the Chief Development Officer for NFI and has been with the company since 2005. He is responsible for managing the real estate activities for the company comprised of an owned and leased portfolio of over 50 million square feet located throughout the United States & Canada. Prior to NFI, Michael was an acquisitions and development associate for a mid-Atlantic commercial real estate company for 4 years where he was responsible for leasing transactions, sourcing and performing financial analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities. Previous professional experience also includes work at a boutique investment bank where he was an analyst for an international fixed income portfolio and work as a member of a consulting team to Citigroup analyzing their real estate portfolio in Mexico, both positions located in New York, NY.

Michael is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey. He is active in the industry organizations National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) along with being a Committee Chair for the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Michael also serves on the Board of The Greene Street Friends School.

Chad Burkhardt is a Managing Director in the Private Real Estate Group. Since joining CenterSquare in 2013, Mr. Burkhardt has been responsible for portfolio management, acquisitions in the Eastern United States, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Before joining CenterSquare, Mr. Burkhardt led real estate acquisitions in the United States and Puerto Rico for a New York based family office. Prior to that, Mr. Burkhardt was a Vice President at D. E. Shaw & Co., a multi-strategy hedge fund based in New York, where he oversaw commercial real estate acquisitions, and was responsible for real estate credit, which included the purchase of senior and subordinate debt positions, as well as CMBS and REIT securities. In addition, he was responsible for portfolio management and the disposition of select real estate assets globally. Mr. Burkhardt started his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. as a Vice President in Global Principal Investments, the group responsible for investing the firm’s balance sheet in commercial real estate debt and equity, with a focus on the Americas. Mr. Burkhardt graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Management. Mr. Burkhardt serves as a Director of NYPEN Real Estate and Girard College Foundation.

Larry has a 30 year track record of executing tenant representation and industrial agency assignments in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Larry has a history of exceeding client expectations by providing knowledge based solutions through superior communication. He has specialized on agency assignments for new construction and corporate site selection. His team is currently managing over 35 million square feet of active agency assignments. Larry also spent 5 years leading the leasing and disposition efforts for a publicly traded office REIT in the Philadelphia region prior to joining JLL. Larry is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a Real Estate Salesperson.

Dan Schauble, VP of Geo-Environmental: Dan has decades of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing and Environmental services. From development and implementation of subsurface investigations to deep foundation design, from stabilized slopes to earth-retaining structures and settlement analyses, and from quality assurance to materials testing, he is experienced in all facets of his discipline. Dan uses his wealth of knowledge not only to help our clients, but to support, educate, and mentor junior staff.

Blake concentrates his practice on higher education, real estate and municipal law. As

Chair of the Higher Education Group, he coordinates industry-specific projects for

college and university clients. In his real estate practice, he serves as lead counsel for

projects as diverse as health care campuses, regional business headquarters,

multi-municipality planned residential developments, condominiums, ground leases,

industrial reuses and commercial and industrial land developments. He represents

brokers, purchasers and sellers, developers, municipalities, syndicators and lenders in

zoning, regulatory, leasing, historic rehabilitation, land development and subdivision

matters.

As a municipal attorney, he has counseled more than 50 communities statewide, has

served as solicitor for municipalities in three counties, including South Whitehall, a

township of the first class; Lower Macungie and Cromwell, townships of the second

class; Whitehall, a home rule charter community; the Borough of Bath; and the South

Whitehall Township Authority.

As a lecturer and writer, Blake has written, taught and presented on behalf of teaching

organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the College and University

Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), the Council of

Independent Colleges, the Pennsylvania Planning Association, the Pennsylvania

Municipal League and the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors. He has authored

land use material for the American Bar Association Journal The Urban Lawyer and the

Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. His treatise on

road law is used by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for training purposes at its Municipal

Law Colloquium and Real Estate Institute.
