David Price was named Chief Financial Officer of RevZilla.com in early 2015. During his five years on the RevZilla executive team, David has managed and scaled the company’s accounting, finance, human resources, and facilities management teams. He implemented a move to a new corporate headquarters, spearheaded several expansion projects, and obtained multi-million dollar tax incentives that have helped fuel the company’s continued growth. Before David joined the RevZilla management team, he spent a decade in corporate accounting functions for two publicly traded insurance brokers. David completed his undergraduate studies in Business Management at Drexel University, and he is currently pursuing an MBA at Villanova University. When not working or studying, David enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, and spending time with his wife, son, and dogs.

Joanne Hardy

Ms. Hardy is Global Director of Research and Development at Axalta

Coating Systems and is responsible for the innovation of new technology

and product development for the company. Previously, she was Axalta’s

North America Technology Director located in Wilmington, Delaware where she led technology

and product development for the vehicle refinish and industrial businesses. Prior to 2013, Ms.

Hardy was employed by DuPont Performance Coatings, a division of E.I. DuPont de Nemours

and Company, prior to the division’s acquisition by The Carlyle Group in February 2013. From

2009 to 2012, she was the Technical Manager for vehicle original equipment manufacturers

(OEMs) at the DuPont Performance Coatings manufacturing complex located in Changchun

China where she focused on transferring technology and developing an expanded product

portfolio for the OEM business across the company’s entire Asia-Pacific region. Prior to 2009,

Ms. Hardy held various technical, management and research roles at the company’s

operations center outside Detroit where customers included many of the world’s largest

automobile manufacturers. Ms. Hardy holds a BS in Chemistry from D’Youville College in

Buffalo NY and is a certified black belt.

Michael Gerber

Michael F. Gerber is Executive Vice President of Franklin Square Capital Partners. He manages firm administration, corporate development and public affairs, including government and regulatory affairs, media relations and civic engagement. Additionally, Mr. Gerber serves as President of the Franklin Square Capital Partners Foundation.

Prior to joining Franklin Square, Mr. Gerber was a member of the board of directors for Franklin Square’s third fund, FS Investment Corporation II (FSIC II) and practiced law at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group.

Mr. Gerber has a history of public service, having served eight years in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and six years as a trustee of Pennsylvania's State Employees' Retirement System (SERS), where he was a member of the Audit and Investment Committees. During his tenure in public office, Mr. Gerber also held key party posts, chairing the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee and serving as treasurer of the DLCC, a national political organization that supports state House and Senate campaign committees across the country. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gerber served as legal counsel to Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell’s transition team and as a law clerk for Judge Ronald L. Buckwalter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gerber serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and on the boards of the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia and Camp Tecumseh, a sports camp for boys in Moultonboro, NH.

Mr. Gerber earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where he received a scholarship award for his involvement in community legal services.

Mr. Gerber lives with his wife and three children in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Donna Bruno

Donna Bruno has 20+ years experience in facilities management at GSK, a global research-based

pharmaceutical company with a significant presence in Philadelphia. Donna is currently the Site

Director at GSK’s Navy Yard facility, a double LEED platinum building housing over 1,100 staff.

The Navy yard site is GSK’s first smart working (open

plan) facility built from the ground up, and provides

amenities including an off-site café, fitness and health

centers, an IT help lounge, bike-sharing program, and

parking including electric car charging.

Donna was instrumental in the two-year change

management process for moving all staff in 2013 from

traditional space in center city and decommissioning over

800,000 square feet of office space.

Donna holds a Bachelors in Science from Cabrini College.

Matthew N. McClure is Team Leader of the firm's Zoning and Land Use Team. He counsels developers, nonprofits, and universities on a full range of real estate matters. His practice heavily emphasizes development, land use, zoning, and historic preservation matters. Mr. McClure has represented developer and institutional clients in significant urban redevelopment efforts, with high profile historic preservation issues, and in successful land use appellate matters.

Before joining the firm, Mr. McClure handled media relations for the U.S. Conference of Mayors and worked in the Office of then-Mayor Edward G. Rendell.

Prema Katari Gupta is a Senior Vice President of Navy Yard Planning and Development at PIDC, where she is responsible for planning, design,

construction, infrastructure, transportation, facilities operations, and real estate development at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The Navy Yard is a dynamic and modern 1,200- acre business campus with more than 12,000 employees and 152 companies in over 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial, manufacturing, and research and development space occupied and in development, making it one of the most successful

military base redevelopments in the country. From 2010-15, Prema ran and originated the Planning and Economic Development at University City District, where she developed some of the most innovative public space projects in the country. At UCD, Prema led all of the organization's work relating to the development and stewardship of public spaces (including The Porch at 30th Street Station as well as Philadelphia first parklets, pedestrian plazas, Market Street Bridge improvements, and the Porch swings), business attraction and retention, bicycle and pedestrian advocacy, transportation management, sustainability, market research, and urban planning. Before working at UCD, Prema was a Real Estate Manager in PIDC’s Real Estate Services group. She has also worked at Yale University and at the Urban Land Institute, where she authored a book on placemaking in mixed-use development. She is on the executive committee of ULI Philadelphia and is a trustee of the Philadelphia Award. Raised in Connecticut, Prema is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Design. She lives in West Mount Airy with her husband and two small children.

Mr. Celoni is a Vice President and Philadelphia Office Director for Pennoni Associates. Mark is responsible for client service and business development efforts as well as the management, growth and success of the Philadelphia office. A licensed engineer, Mark has managed some of the region’s largest multi-disciplinary projects for the firm including Citizen’s Bank Park, Cira Centre, Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, Comcast Center, PPL Park, Philadelphia Wholesale Produce Market, Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia South Campus and the Navy Yard Green Infrastructure projects.

Chris Beck

A Bucks County native and a graduated of Lafayette College with a degree in Civil Engineering, Chris Beck became Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company’s Philadelphia office in 2012.  In his current role as Regional General Manager, he is responsible for executive oversight of preconstruction and construction management services for Turner’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices. Locally, Chris is responsible for the overall financial and operational success of the Philadelphia office, which is currently managing construction of the 49-story FMC Tower at Cira Centre South. Prior to joining the Philadelphia office, Chris held a variety of roles during his 20-year career that prepared him for this important position.  Mr. Beck launched the Turner Houston office’s Interiors & Special Projects Division; he was responsible for complete oversight of interior renovations and fit-out projects and specialized in fast-paced projects out of the ground.  Prior to assuming his role in Houston, Mr. Beck was Business Manager for Turner’s Somerset, NJ office.  During his tenure in that position he managed all client relationships and was instrumental in positioning Turner on several of the State’s most notable development projects. Most recently, he held the role of Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s national risk management team and was responsible for both contractual and insurance risk analyses within the company’s entire $10B portfolio.  His responsibilities included playing an integral role by working with developers on project-specific guaranty structures with the goal of enhancing Chris currently serves on several local boards including the ACE Mentor Program board and the General Building Contractors Association. He is also a member of the Drexel Construction Management Advisory Council and the Lafayette College Industrial Advisory Committee.  He currently resides in Carversville, PA with his wife, Shelly, and their two children, Maggie About Turner Locally: Turner Construction Company is the builder of signature Philadelphia projects such as the Cira Centre, the Mellon Bank Center, the National Constitution Center, Lincoln Financial Field, and Franklin Field.  Opened in 1907 and composed of 170 full-time construction professionals responsible for more than $450 million of construction on an annual basis, the office’s geographic reach includes eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware, where it has a long tradition of working and continues to be a builder of choice.

Bernadette Daniel, CPA, MT, has joined the Mid-Atlantic Region of CohnReznick the Firm as a tax partner in the Mid-Atlantic Region and a member of the Affordable Housing Industry Practice.

She will be serving clients throughout the region – working in the Baltimore office and spending a great deal of time in the Philadelphia market working to expand our presence.

With more than 30 years of experience, Bernadette has provided tax services to a variety of clients in the areas of affordable housing, not-for-profits and commercial real estate. She specializes in a variety of tax credits and tax related issues facing not-for-profits and also has extensive expertise in tax planning for individuals and closely-held businesses.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Bernadette worked at national and regional public accounting firms. She frequently lectures on various tax-related policies and procedures including low income housing tax credits, cost segregation studies, the tax implications for not-for-profit organizations and tax considerations for S Corporations. Her articles have appeared in the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia’s Horizon Magazine and the Pennsylvania CPA Journal.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Bernadette earned a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women-Philadelphia, Inc. and the YMCA Greater Philadelphia Wanamaker Award Committee.
