Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM.

Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.

As the Co-founder of Benjamin’s Desk and now CEO of 1776, Jenn Maher oversees 1776’s strategic growth and operations ensuring the company grows effectively and efficiently. She brings her background as a licensed commercial real estate broker and former corporate litigator and franchise attorney to her role as 1776 brings their unique management model to their expansion efforts. Jenn spends her free time raising her two kids and training for and participating in endurance events – she’s completed several marathons and an Ironman so far.

Parkway Commercial Properties

Mr. Berson joined Parkway Corporation in 2018 and serves as President of Parkway Commercial

Properties, a role in which he oversees Parkway’s growing real estate portfolio as well as development

across a national and expanding land bank. Parkway recently delivered a 360,000 SF trophy office

building leased by global law firm Morgan Lewis, a multifamily project in Philadelphia’s “old city” which

achieved 95% leasing in just three months, and is under construction on another 550,000 SF trophy office

building leased entirely by global insurance provider Chubb. Parkway is also in predevelopment for

several additional multi-family residential projects in multiple US markets. Prior to Parkway, Brian worked

at Brandywine Realty Trust and served as Vice President of Development overseeing development work

in New Jersey and Washington DC before which he was Vice President of Leasing and Development at

Liberty Property Trust, where he held responsibility for the firm’s leasing, development, and asset

management at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He has 25 years of experience in the industry and has

developed over two billion dollars’ worth of real estate.

His previous experience also includes development positions in Washington, D.C. at LCOR where he

served as Development Manager for the 2.4 million square foot United States Patent and Trademark

Office and at Hines where he served as Construction Manager for the 800,000 SF Gannet/USA TODAY

Headquarters. Mr. Berson received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate

School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation and his Bachelor of Arts from the Washington

University in St. Louis School of Architecture.

He holds a Pennsylvania architecture license and National Council for Architectural Registration Board

certificate. Mr. Berson sits on the Board of Trustees at NAIOP Philadelphia, at the American Heart

Association’s Hard Hats with Heart, and is a Board member at the Central Philadelphia Development

Corporation. He has been featured prominently as a guest lecturer, panelist, and instructor at many of

the region’s universities.

Roger Platt

Roger Platt drives global strategy for the organization. He is the immediate

past-president of the USGBC. In addition to his role advising the CEO on mid-

to long- term strategy matters, he also leads USGBC's LEED for Cities efforts

and business development in the New York City region.

Prior to serving as President of USGBC, Roger was Senior Vice President for Global Policy and

Law. Before joining USGBC in 2009, Roger served for fifteen years as Senior Vice President and Counsel at the Real Estate Roundtable (www.rer.org) and before that as a senior land use

associate with the Coblentz law firm in San Francisco. He currently serves on

the Board of Trustees of the Urban Land Institute (www.uli.org). Roger is a graduate of

Harvard College and the University of San Francisco School of Law and is

admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. He writes and speaks frequently on the intersection of markets and sustainability including guest lectures at Columbia, Georgetown, Princeton and Yale.

Jeremy Drummond

Jeremy Drummond is a Design Principal at Formcraft with over 22 years of experience in interior architecture, design, and management. He is responsible for design leadership, vision, and mentorship of the firm’s studio. Jeremy’s work includes a diverse array of award-winning, published, and transformative projects.

Jeremy has designed over four million square feet of curated workplace environments. He is passionately engaged in the process, working closely with his clients to build long-lasting partnerships. His design philosophy focuses on developing a true understanding of his client’s business goals, culture and workstyles. This enables him to translate each client’s vision into a uniquely branded environment.

Jeremy has led teams that have delivered state of the art interior design in a variety of sizes and complexity. He has managed projects across several market sectors including financial, legal, marketing/design, professional services, pharmaceutical and technology industries. By building strong relationships, he becomes a trusted advocate for his clients providing them honest and thoughtful guidance in any situation.

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and his Master of Architecture from Kent State University.

Matthew Cleary

Matthew Cleary is a Territory Manager for SageGlass/Saint-Gobain, a 23-year veteran of the

construction community and an accomplished building technology expert. Matt now focuses

on smart glass for the benefits of human health/wellness and sustainability. His background

includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Matt is a former board

member of Green Building United and currently serves as a board member of the Philadelphia

Community Corps, the facilities committee at Norwood-Fontbonne Academy and the advisory

board at the Architectural Glass Institute. Matt also took time away from his primary career to

travel, living in Tokyo, Japan, and teaching business fundamentals and technical English to

Japanese engineers and businesspersons. During his free time, Matt enjoys a number of outdoor

sports and activities including rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding and triathlon training.

Since its foundation in 2014, Mindspace opened more than 30 locations across Israel, Europe, and the U.S. and raised over $80M. Prior to co-founding Mindspace, Mr. Alroy had several executive global business development roles at Roboteam and SHL Telemedicine (SWX: SHLTN). During his career he served as a partner for AYRAD Investments, a single-family office focused on high tech investments. Mr. Alroy holds a B.A. in Law & Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Prema is the new President and CEO of the Center City District (CCD) as of January 2024. She oversees all aspects of the CCD's planning, strategy, economic development and operations. The CCD is a downtown management district, which provides security, cleaning, place marketing and planning services, as well as streetscape and park improvements for the central business district of Philadelphia.

In 1997, David Binswanger became President and CEO of Binswanger Companies and, in addition to his prominent role in Binswanger’s Advisory group, took on the added responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the firm.

The Binswanger Companies conduct business around the world, providing real estate services, including acquisition, disposition, development, valuation, finance, and facilities management to major corporations and institutions.

Mr. Binswanger has advised and transacted business for multinational corporations such as, Amgen, Wal-Mart and Comcast/NBC/Universal, Sony and AmerisourceBergen. He is also involved with real estate projects for major public institutions such as the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and North Carolina State University. He is recognized as one of the industry’s leading experts in creating value from real estate assets and has been a critical part of major corporate property transactions totaling in the billions of dollars.

Mr. Binswanger joined the company after receiving an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Prior to that, he worked for IBM as a system engineer after graduating magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. He is a founding member of the Wharton Business School Real Estate Center, a former international Board Member of the Young President’s Organization a member of Corenet; the Urban Land Institute; and the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks.

In addition, Mr. Binswanger has been involved in many civic and charitable activities including serving on the board of various institutions including the Eagles Charitable Foundation, the Philadelphia Award and the Center for Autistic Children. He was Chairman of the Thomas Jefferson University Board for almost five years and remains an active member of that Academic Medical Center’s Board today.

Stephanie Hayden

Hayden Real Estate Investments

Stephanie Hayden is a Leasing Associate at Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, a privately-held, fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating firm based in Conshohocken, PA. The company primarily acquires, repositions and manages office, industrial and flex properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Since the fall of 2011, Ms. Hayden has been a member of the leasing team for all acquired properties at Maguire Hayden. She focuses on industrial, flex, office and retail product.

Along with leasing duties, Ms. Hayden oversees the marketing department of the company on a daily basis.

Ms. Hayden also hosts a podcast called “High Five Success Stories with Steph Hayden” where she interviews successful people from all different industries. She has featured several of Maguire Hayden’s existing tenants.

Ms. Hayden is a 2010 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she was a varsity letter athlete on the Women’s Cross Country and Track Team.
