  • Tenants are looking for more advanced technology in buildings and the workplace, but with Philadelphia suburban offices historically being older than those in Center City, what are owners doing to update the space and draw in new tenants?

  • Is retail finally starting to bounce back and recover from the impacts of the pandemic? How is retail evolving?

  • What new strategies are being implemented to enhance mixed-use developments?

  • How are owners responding to evolving trends and creating more profitable real estate in Philadelphia’s suburban market?

  • How is the economic uncertainty impacting the way owners, investors and developers are thinking about office developments, leases and tenant expectations?

  • With the need for warehouse space increasing and the industrial market growing, how have the developers kept up with demand in Philadelphia suburbs?

Why You Should Attend:

Join top owners, developers, and leaders as they discuss how Philadelphia’s suburbs are shaping up and evolving with the times. Learn what today’s tenants want when it comes to office space and how developers can maintain the history behind these buildings while updating them to fit today’s standards.
