Mr. Korman is Co-CEO of Korman Communities, Inc. The Company is one of the largest owners and managers of multi-family properties in the region with a portfolio of 24 properties, and total market capitalization in excess of $2 Billion. The Company operates throughout major markets in the United States, and is based outside of Philadelphia, PA. The Company was the innovator of short-term furnished apartments in the United States over 50 years ago, and Mr. Korman is a member of the fourth generation to lead this company. The Company operates three brands, including its ARK and AVE properties which feature full service multifamily operations at prime, infill locations. The Company introduced its AKA brand in 2004, an upscale, urban high-rise concept with properties located in New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C., Beverly Hills, CA, and London. Mr. Korman has lead the acquisition, development and financing program of all new properties by the Company, including the entrance into new markets such as New York City, Beverly Hills and London. This growth has allowed Korman Communities to establish relationships with some of the largest and most respected financial and lending institutions in the country. Mr. Korman oversees all new business development, including debt and equity relationships, throughout the Company. Mr. Korman serves on the Board of Trustees of The Philadelphia Police Foundation, Germantown Academy and the Duke University Library Advisory Board. He is also a member of the JFRE Executive Committee, President’s Leadership Council at Jefferson, Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Korman received his B.A from Duke University in 1987, and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

As President, Michael Markman oversees acquisitions, leasing, financing and development for BET Investments, a real estate management and development company that owns, manages, develops and leases shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the United States. Mr. Markman was formerly general counsel of a publicly traded New York Stock Exchange real estate investment trust (REIT) with over $500 million in assets where he managed all legal matters. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Temple University School of Law and is member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a Commissioner in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, past chairman Abington Township Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors of the John A. Robbins Company and on the Board of Trustees at Ursinus College. Mr. Markman is a frequent speaker on industry topics and serves on the boards of various charitable groups.

David Beyel is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Beyel is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic and is focused on the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Beyel was a Senior Associate for Marcus & Millichap. There, he led a team specializing in middle market investment sales throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and was directly involved in over $200 million in real estate transactions, as well over $1 billion in real estate advisory work. In this role, Mr. Beyel forged strong working relationships with many of the region’s premier office and industrial property owners, as well as regional operators, investors, and developers. Prior to Joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Beyel honed entrepreneurial and sales experience at several start-up technology companies, including one that he personally founded. Mr. Beyel earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University, where he played collegiate basketball for four years. Beyond the company, Mr. Beyel is a member of the Healthcare Real Estate Group as well as the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. He is also a licensed broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects – from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well.

Dave Brown oversees the Philadelphia market for CBG Building Company, one of the largest and most respected national multifamily builders. Mr. Brown started his career with CBG in the DC/MD/VA area. He opened the CBG Philadelphia office in 2017. Since then he has been responsible for over $250M worth of multifamily construction in the suburbs. These projects include The Smith King of Prussia, J Creekside at Exton, and 130 Monument in Bala Cynwyd. Mr Brown grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and is an alumni of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Mr Brown received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Michael is Principal and Managing Executive Director overseeing all aspects of AREP’s leasing operations. He is responsible for curating, managing, and maintaining relationships with numerous stakeholders including leasing brokers, tenants, and Capital Partners and has been instrumental in increasing AREP’s scale of leasing activity. Michael began his career in 1984 at Cushman and Wakefield (C&W) where he specialized in agency representation in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia markets. After a nine-year career with C&W, Michael joined CarrAmerica where he served as a senior leasing professional during the time that Carr transitioned from a private DC based developer to a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). After his tenure at Carr, he served as the senior leasing professional for Equity Office Properties (“EOP”) where he was responsible for overseeing all leasing functions for EOP’s 7 million SF portfolio in the Washington Metropolitan area. Immediately prior to joining AREP, he was the Chief Operating Officer for WP Commercial, an operating partner of Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Real Estate Funds where he oversaw the performance of the Washington, D.C. office and focused primarily on leasing and acquisitions in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Keith Oldt has over 30 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate with a focus on sales and leasing of office buildings in the Suburban Philadelphia market. In his current position (23 years) as Vice President of Leasing at Brandywine Realty Trust, Keith oversees a 2.3M RSF portfolio of Class A office in the Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting and Blue Bell submarkets. Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: "BDN"), one of the Nation’s largest full-service real estate companies, is a completely integrated, real estate operating company organized as a real estate investment trust (REIT). Brandywine is engaged in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition and development of office and industrial properties located in strategic markets across the United States. Keith received his BS degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, and enjoys “giving back” by participating in Mentoring programs at Brandywine, Drexel and his alma mater, LaSalle College High School.

Esther is well known for her experience in developing and leasing some of the premier office buildings in the Philadelphia region, with a 30-year reputation for matching clients with the right space in Center City and Conshohocken properties and building long-term client relationships. Her vision and integrity supported the transformation of the speculative Conshohocken market into the highest occupancy, highest rent, and most valuable submarket in the region. Her disciplined dedication to unparalleled tenant service drives the highest tenant satisfaction and renewal rates in the market. Esther earned a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

John W. Lister, AIA is the founding principal of JL Architects, an award- winning Chester County-based architectural firm with support locations in major cities across the nation. John began his career as a designer with Skidmore Owings and Merrill, notably working on the Universal Studios Amphitheater and Getty Oil World headquarters. Before founding his own firm, he was lead project architect on estate homes in Mexico and Maryland and the youngest architect ever named associate at Robinson-Willis, PC in Washington, DC. Since founding JL Architects in 1988, his focus evolved to include retail centers, restaurants, entertainment, office buildings, manufacturing, industrial, and multi-family housing. With licenses in 37 states, John’s diverse experience gives him a unique and fresh perspective. In the digital era, he has expertise in optimizing consumer experiences in-store, at home, and at work. His team is active in sustainability and green building certification, consulting for design professionals and building owners with a guaranteed method for success. John is a member of The American Institute of Architects and ICSC. He serves on the Green Building Initiative’s national Board of Directors leading the Government Engagement Committee. The current Chair of the West Chester Area Council of Governments Building Code Variance Board, John also held the position of Chair of East Bradford Planning Commission. He holds certifications from NCARB, is a Green Globes Professional, and LEED AP. Having earned multiple degrees from the University of Southern California, John is a rabid Trojans fan and has adopted a loyalty to Philadelphia sports as well.

Matthew Cleary is a Territory Manager for SageGlass/Saint-Gobain, a 23-year veteran of the construction community and an accomplished building technology expert. Matt now focuses on smart glass for the benefits of human health/wellness and sustainability. His background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Matt is a former board member of Green Building United and currently serves as a board member of the Philadelphia Community Corps, the facilities committee at Norwood-Fontbonne Academy and the advisory board at the Architectural Glass Institute. Matt also took time away from his primary career to travel, living in Tokyo, Japan, and teaching business fundamentals and technical English to Japanese engineers and businesspersons. During his free time, Matt enjoys a number of outdoor sports and activities including rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding and triathlon training.

Sandra Dungee Glenn is the founder and convenor of The Collective. She has served in executive-level positions in community development, education, public policy, and electoral politics for over 40 years. She is an experienced convener who brings diverse stakeholders together to attack multi-faceted, interdisciplinary urban issues. Sandra Dungee Glenn served as Senior Policy Advisor to State Senator Vincent Hughes, 7th District, Philadelphia. In July 2017, she completed three years of service as Chief Executive Officer to Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School, overseeing the education of over 500 children in grades Kindergarten to eight. As President of the American Cities Foundation for over 12 years she mobilized business and civic leaders, elected officials, clergy, and the educational community in pursuit of opportunities and improved life outcomes, particularly for the disadvantaged segment of this region. Her commitment and effectiveness were recognized in 2000 when she was appointed to the Board of Education for the School District of Philadelphia where she served until her appointment as a Commissioner to the School Reform Commission (SRC),the governing body of the School District of Philadelphia. In September 2007, Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell appointed her to the position of Chairwoman of the SRC. In 2009, following her tenure on the SRC, she was appointed to the Pennsylvania State Board of Education. In 2011, she was appointed to the U.S. Depart ment of Education’s Excellence and Equity Commission. During her tenure on the School Reform Commission, Ms. Dungee Glenn’s focus was on the design, development and implementation of collaborative strategies. With her support and guidance Philadelphia developed its district strategic plan, implemented its legislatively mandated reform agenda, and recruited district leadership. She Co-Chaired the School District’s Campaign for Human Capital, an effort to develop permanent, long-term teacher recruitment and retention strategies, including outreach to male teachers and teachers of color. She spearheaded the creation, development, and implementation of the nation’s first mandated African-American Studies course which is now a graduation requirement for all Philadelphia public high school seniors. Ms. Dungee Glenn’s experience in political and community organizing is broad and deep. She served as Associate Director with thePhiladelphia Area Project on Occupational Safety and Health, Regional Director of Pennsylvania Citizen Action, and in leadership roles in local, state, and national elections from 1983 to 2001. Ms. Dungee Glenn was Pennsylvania State Director with the NAACP National Voter Fund, leading a statewide non-partisan voter mobilization campaign; and from 1991 to 1994 she served as Chief of Staff to State Senator Chaka Fattah. As President of the American Cities Foundation (ACF), she managed ACF’s role as convener of national and local public policy forums with government leaders, educators, researchers, funders, business and community leaders where it focused stakeholder attention on practical approaches to education reform, sustainable job and business growth, and community leadership and engagement. During her tenure, ACF launched 10 major initiatives, as well as several national and regional meetings and conferences. Sandra has addressed audiences such as the Congressional Black Caucus, Urban League, Environmental Protection Agency, National Science Foundation, Pennsylvania Association of Colleges of Teacher Education, Pennsylvania Economy League, School District of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Alliance of Black School Educators, and other organizations. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2003 Leon J. Obermayer Distinguished Graduate Award; the Arts & Entertainment Network 2002 Biography Community Heroes Award; Women Making a Difference Award, 2001; the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Pennsylvania Chapter Women of the Year Award; Rebuilding Together Good Neighbor Community Service Award; the Robert Wood Johnson Urban Health Initiative Fellowship in 2003; and recognition by the Philadelphia Tribune as a Most Influential African-American for the three consecutive years of 2007, 2008, and 2009. Ms. Dungee Glenn holds a certificate from the Kennedy School of Government Executive Program in Leadership in State and Local Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University
