As President, Michael Markman oversees acquisitions, leasing, financing and development for BET Investments, a real estate management and development company that owns, manages, develops and leases shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the United States. Mr. Markman was formerly general counsel of a publicly traded New York Stock Exchange real estate investment trust (REIT) with over $500 million in assets where he managed all legal matters. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Temple University School of Law and is member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a Commissioner in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, past chairman Abington Township Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors of the John A. Robbins Company and on the Board of Trustees at Ursinus College. Mr. Markman is a frequent speaker on industry topics and serves on the boards of various charitable groups.

Prior to joining Hayden, Mr. Hayden spent six years as Vice President at Beacon Commercial Real Estate and was awarded top producer in 2006.

Jeff DeVuono

Jeff DeVuono is the Executive Vice President and Senior

Managing Director of Brandywine Realty Trust’s Pennsylvania

Division.

Mr. DeVuono joined Brandywine Realty Trust in January of

1997. Prior to Brandywine Realty Trust, Mr. DeVuono worked

for LCOR, Inc., a private development company that had a

previous association with Brandywine, where he held a variety

of positions, all of which related to asset management. Before

joining LCOR, Mr. DeVuono was a sales and leasing representative for Cushman & Wakefield of

Philadelphia.

Mr. DeVuono currently serves on the Board, and is a former Chairman, of the King of Prussia

District and is a Board Member of the Center City District (CCD). He is also a member of

CoreNet, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the National

Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Sunday Breakfast Club, and the

University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center.

He is a Trustee and Master Planning Committee Member of The Westtown School and is a

Thomas Nicholas Trkla

Mr. Trkla is the founding member and majority owner of Brookwood. In his capacity as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he directs all aspects of Brookwood’s businesses including managing Brookwood’s operations, formulating and implementing Brookwood’s investment and disposition strategies and evaluating, structuring and capitalizing the company’s real estate and private corporate investments.

Prior to founding Brookwood, Mr. Trkla was a senior executive with Winthrop Securities Co., Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Winthrop Financial Associates, a Boston-based real estate investment and management firm, and The Boston Company Real Estate Counsel, Inc., a real estate investment advisor to tax-exempt pension plan sponsors. Mr. Trkla is an Advisory Committee Member of the Massachusetts Campaign for Children, a non-profit statewide child advocacy organization, a Director of the Princeton Association of New England (PANE) and a member of the Urban Land Institute where he currently serves on the Small Scale Development Council.

Mr. Trkla is a 1981 graduate of Princeton University and in 1984 received a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2004, Mr. Trkla completed the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.

Doug Yearley joined Toll Brothers in 1990 and has held various management positions over the past 23 years. He initially specialized in land acquisitions and project management, learning the home building business from the ground up. He then helped oversee the substantial growth of the company through new market expansion and builder acquisitions. He has been an officer since 1994, holding the position of Vice President from January 1994 until January 2002, Senior Vice President from January 2002 until November 2005 and Regional President from November 2005 until November 2009, where he managed home building operations in nine markets throughout the country, oversaw the creation of the Toll Brothers City Living brand and managed the company's outstanding Marketing Department. In November 2009, Doug was promoted to Executive Vice President, and then to Chief Executive Officer in June 2010. He also became a member of the Board of Directors at that time. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Doug was an attorney at Archer & Greiner, a major New Jersey law firm, where he specialized in commercial litigation.

Doug received a B.S. from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Business Management in 1982 and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1986.

Doug resides in Pennsylvania and has five children. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing and travel. He is Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Chapter of American Cancer Society's CEO's Against Cancer and is actively involved in the Yearley Family Foundation, which supports many charities assisting underprivileged children through education.

Adam joined Hanover from the New York office of the law firm of Latham & Watkins, where he worked primarily in bank and project finance. He also practiced general corporate law at the Nashville law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims. Adam earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Texas Law Review and graduated as a Chancellor. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Mullen is responsible for the acquisition, investment management and operations of the company's national portfolio. Joseph was instrumental in the formation of Madison on behalf of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. and was named the firm's president at its inception in 2001.

Prior to forming Madison, Joseph was responsible for the acquisition, investment management and operations for commercial and multifamily properties for Equus from 1988 to 2001. Previously he was an accountant with Mathieson, Aiken & Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Currently, he serves on the Board of Trustees at Malvern Preparatory School and is the Chairman of the Board of the National Kidney Foundation.

Wilbur “Tom” Simmons has been the President of Kimco’s Mid-Atlantic Shopping Center Region since 2004. Mr. Simmons is responsible for overseeing Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, Acquisition and Disposition, Development and Redevelopment in the Mid-Atlantic comprised of 14.5 million square feet in 120 properties in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Simmons was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust where he was employed for over 12 years.

Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.

estate asset class throughout the United States since its founding in 1993. BPG is the developer,

owner and operator of over 50 hotels, seven million square feet of office space, 15 major

Mike Schlegel is President of Bozzuto Construction Company, the general contracting division of The Bozzuto Group. Since joining the company in 1999, Mike has overseen the construction of more than 20,000 multifamily units and over 1 million square feet of retail, along with public and private infrastructure projects with an aggregate contract value exceeding $3 billion. Prior to joining Bozzuto Construction Company, he was a Vice President with Clark Builders Group. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Housing Association of Non-Profit Developers (HAND), Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP), the Maryland Center for Construction Education & Innovation, and the Virginia Tech Myers-Lawson School of Construction. Over the past twenty five years Mr. White has been actively involved in all facets of owning and operating commercial real estate. He has completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion, including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hospitality properties located throughout the United States. Prior to joining Somerset Properties, Mr. White was a principal with Capmark Investments where he completed acquisitions and joint ventures nationally for the firm's equity real estate program. Before Capmark he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Urdang, and Vice President at Lend Lease where he spent nine years as an investment officer and loan workout specialist. Mr. White started his career with TFW Associates where he oversaw the multi-family property management team, and worked on the firm's office development projects.

Mr. White holds an M.B.A. from Hofstra University, and a B.S. from Drexel University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.

Peter Clelland coordinates the various disciplines of engineering and architecture with tenant requirements and related legal matters to bring properties and projects from early inception through design, permitting and construction to ultimate occupancy. He is a graduate of Drexel University with dual Bachelor Degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering with over 15 years experience in designing and developing commercial andresidential real estate projects. Prior to joining BET, Peter was Senior Project Manager with Bohler Engineering, an engineering firm serving some of the largest retailers and retail developers working in the east coast market.

Kathy joined Brandywine in 1997, and worked as the Director of Leasing for Southern New Jersey. In 2004, she relocated to Pennsylvania, serving as the Director of Leasing, overseeing Brandywine's King of Prussia and Southern Chester County assets. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President of Leasing, and oversees the leasing efforts of Brandywine’s Pennsylvania suburban assets . Kathy has participated as a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. of Washington, D.C. (CREW), NAIOP, Businesses Committed to Burlington County (BC 2), the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the marketing committee for Saint Pius X School, and she is involved with the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council, Inc. (CCII) and Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC). She is also on the Physical Improvements Committee for the King of Prussia Business Improvement District. As Senior Vice President of School Development, Bill Pierquet is responsible for planning school growth

in new and existing markets, securing real estate and Franchise Owners for each new location, and

managing the design, development, and remodeling of all Primrose Schools across the country.

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the multi-unit development business. He has managed all

aspects of new unit development and remodeling for both large and small companies, including

franchise sales, real estate, architecture and engineering, repair and maintenance, and property

management. Previously, Bill was Senior Vice President of Development for Sonic ® where he managed a

team that was responsible for opening 150 to200 new restaurants per year. He was also a partner in an

area development group that developed both Boston Market ® and Einstein Bro’s Bagels' ® locations

throughout the Midwest and New England.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education, Architecture and Building Construction, from the

University of Wisconsin, Stout and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago. He is a member

of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban land Institute.

He currently resides in Acworth, Georgia, with his wife, Sam. He has two grown children and a number

Eric Pearson brings 18 years of experience in casino operations, marketing, hospitality

management and development to his position as president and chief executive officer of

Valley Forge Casino Resort.

Born to casino employee parents, Pearson began his career in the gaming industry at

the age of 16 as a bus boy in the steakhouse of a Laughlin, Nevada resort casino. After

holding several positions in food & beverage, valet and slots, he advanced quickly

through to ranks to leadership roles focusing primarily on gaming operations and

marketing. Throughout his career he has provided leadership expertise at several major

resort casinos throughout the country, mostly recently with Foxwoods Resort Casino in

Mashantucket, Connecticut where he led gaming operations, strategic marketing,

amusements and attractions and iGaming operations and development for the largest

resort casino in North America. Pearson also held senior leadership roles at Northern

Quest Resort and Casino in Spokane, Washington, at several Las Vegas strip properties

with MGM Resorts International, and with the three Gila River Casino properties in the

Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

Mark Thomson

Mr. Thomson is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the HFF Philadelphia office

with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily

responsible for originating investment sales and equity placement transactions throughout

the northeastern United States, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the

firm’s Philadelphia location. Mr. Thomson has executed more than $3 billion in

commercial real estate transactions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Mr. Thomson joined the firm in December 2013. Prior to HFF, he was Vice President of

Investments and Director of Marcus & Millichap’s national multi-housing group specializing

in the sale of multi-housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to his departure, his
