Mr. Cangelosi serves as Senior Vice President of Development for The

Michaels Organization and is responsible for all aspects of

development activity including acquisitions, planning, land use

approvals, and development financing. Mr. Cangelosi concentrates

his development activities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York,

Delaware, and Connecticut.

Mr. Cangelosi has over 12 years of experience in structuring real estate transactions,

particularly those that combine low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, HOME, CDBG, Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Funds, with other state, county, local, and private financing sources. Mr. Cangelosi has led award-winning development efforts on over 1,600 affordable housing units with more than $600M in investments, in projects including adaptive historic redevelopment, multi-phase townhomes, and midrise senior buildings.

Prior to joining The Michaels Organization, Mr. Cangelosi served as Project Director for

Conifer Realty, LLC where he contributed to the development of over 870 Low-Income

Housing Tax Credit rental units in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and assisted in raising

approximately $250 million to finance such effort. Mr. Cangelosi also worked with the

Camden County Improvement Authority as Senior Project Coordinator where he managed the financing and development for various governmental and private stakeholders. Mr. Cangelosi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgetown University and completed coursework within Rutgers University’s Master of Business Administration program. Mr. Cangelosi is a licensed real estate associate in New Jersey and Member at Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia/South Jersey. In November of 2018, Mr. Cangelosi was recognized as a national finalist for ‘One to Watch’ Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards by the National Home Builders Association.

Kris Kolluri

Mr. Kris Kolluri was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Rowan University/Rutgers - Camden Board of Governors

on July 1, 2014. His mandate is to lead the Board’s efforts by leveraging existing education, research and medical assets

in Camden by creating academic programs to build and sustain economic growth in the city and the broader South Jersey

region. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Rowan/Rutgers - Camden Board of Governors, Mr. Kolluri

served as Counsel at the law firm of Windels Marx Lane and Mittendorf.

Mr. Kolluri is an infrastructure management and operations practitioner with experience running multibillion dollar public

transportation agencies such as toll roads, mass transit systems and a school construction organization.

Mr. Kolluri served as the Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority's (SDA). At SDA, he

oversaw the State's $5.3 billion school construction program. Prior to leading SDA, he served as the Commissioner of the

New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). In his capacity as NJDOT Commissioner, Mr. Kolluri also served as

Chairman of NJ TRANSIT, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and the South Jersey Transportation Authority, overseeing

a total of 17,000 employees, more than $3.6 billion in capital funds and over $2 billion in operating funds.

Mr. Kolluri has a Bachelor’s of Science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University. He

was an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University Law School (2011 & 2012 academic years). In addition, he served

on the Advisory Board of RomAsia Bank and on the New Jersey Board of the Regional Plan Association.

Jeffrey Gottlieb

Jeffrey H. Gottlieb graduated from George Washington University, magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. After graduation he worked for Mellon Bank Corporation, NA as a credit analyst in Global chemicals, wholesale and retail and manufacturing and then Middle Market lending. While at Mellon Jeffrey completed a credit training program for commercial lenders.

He presently serves as CEO of ResinTech and its family of companies, an Ion exchange resin manufacturer servicing the water treatment industry throughout North America and abroad. Prior to his role as CEO, Jeffrey has served as the Executive Vice President & CFO of ResinTech, Inc. for the past 30 years.

Jeffrey is also a member of the WQA and is the current President of the Board of EWQA, a regional professional association representing the household, commercial, industrial and commercial water treatment industries.

In addition to his work activities Jeffrey served as President of the Katz JCC from 2015 until 2018. Served on the JCC Board for the past 10 years and a Vice President since 2010. He has also served on the Jewish Federation Board since 2008, where he served as a Vice President. He also presently serves on the Board of Kellman Brown Academy (KBA).

In 2007, he received the JCC’s Alan Klein Next Generation New Leaders Award that recognizes a JCC Board member who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the Katz JCC and to the community at large. In 2010, he received the Jewish Federation’s Shellie Greenspun Young Leadership Award. Jeff and his wife Laura reside in Cherry Hill with their three sons, Stephen, 25, David, 23, and Jack 20, and their Yorkipoo, Abigail. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, travel, summers at the shore, and most importantly, spending time with his family.
