He then spent three years working as Associate Director, Sustainable Investment at Gresham House before moving to BGO in 2024. Jonathan holds a First Class degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol and is a CFA Charterholder.

Elana Fine is the Chief Executive Officer of VWG Wealth Management. As a member of VWG’s executive team, Elana oversees VWG’s financial management, client services operations, human resources, professional development, compliance and marketing. She also works closely with our partners to guide the future growth and development of the organization. Before joining VWG, Elana served as the Executive Director of University of Maryland’s Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, where she provided strategic vision and leadership for one of the nation’s preeminent university entrepreneurship centers. Elana began her career as a technology consultant with Accenture and subsequently worked in investment banking at Bear Stearns and Revolution Partners. She earned a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 1997 and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business in 2002.

Upon his exit from JLL, he was office head of the Philadelphia Capital Markets office. In addition, Mark sat as a nationally appointed leader of JLL’s National Multi-Housing Group, and in 2022, Mark was the number one multi-housing producer for JLL nationally. Mark graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University with a BSBA in Finance and Marketing. He has continued serving Villanova post-graduation as the inaugural member of the Villanova School of Business’s Nova Next Council and is on the board of advisors for the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate.

Stephen Behrle, Jr. is the Chief Development Officer for GMH Communities. Steve is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s strategic development goals throughout the United States. Additionally, Steve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process including land acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, design, and construction. Steve brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to his current role at GMH. Since joining GMH in 2000, Steve has overseen the acquisition and development of over $2 billion of residential and commercial properties. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University.

His experience with real estate transactions began in the early 2000’s in real estate finance, which led to settlement services and ultimately his move to start his first title company in 2005.

Since then, Matt has played an integral role in forging industry-shaping technology and business processes for the settlement and closing operations of title companies, underwriters, real estate brokers, high volume real estate buyers and agents across the country.

more than 100 employees across 5000 units. She has over 30 years of high-level

property management experience with progressively increasing responsibility across

multiple sectors of the multifamily management industry.

Yvette will celebrate her 17th-year anniversary with the Post Brothers organization on

August 4th, 2025. She started at the company as a Regional Director and went on to be

promoted to VP of Property Management and she now is the Senior Vice President of

Property Management. Yvette has won several awards for property management

throughout her career and brings a dynamic skill set to her role at Post Brothers.

Yvette takes great pride in her work at Post Brothers and encourages others to do the

same. She routinely mentors’ employees and maintains a steady drumbeat of

inspiration for people to perform at their peak and deliver their best work. Yvette’s

positive attitude is infectious, and her team’s loyalty speaks to her encouraging qualities

as a manager.

Bryan Oos is responsible for the acquisition of apartment development sites in the New York, Washington D.C. and Miami metropolitan areas. Bryan has been responsible for various aspects of the land acquisition, underwriting and approvals for 10 projects built or in the pipeline in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia, totaling over 4,300 units.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2011, Bryan was a Vice President of Development at Michaels Development Company, where he worked on the redevelopment of public housing into mixed-income communities. Prior to Michaels, he was a Director of Development at Forest City Residential, where he worked on mixed-use redevelopment projects in the New York and Boston metropolitan areas with a focus on public and private financing structures.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Maria Sourbeer has made a career out of bridging the gap between her capabilities as an architect/developer and her responsibilities as a community member. She believes that a beautiful and well-designed space has a positive influence on a basic human level. She's carried this idea through from her experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to her current position as Executive Vice President of Development for Mosaic Development Partners.

At Mosaic, Maria leads the community development team, guiding development strategy and execution through construction completion and stabilization. She also serves as mentor and cross-collaborator for the team to ensure the highest standard of quality is continuously delivered on projects. Together with the Mosaic team, Maria finds creative ways to develop real estate and bring jobs, homes and commercial enterprise to challenged urban neighborhoods.

Maria has over 20 years of professional experience and continues to grow through her love of family, work and play. Outside of Mosaic, she dedicates volunteer efforts to the Community Design Collaborative, Norris Square Community Alliance, Impact Loan Fund and the South Philly Food Coop.

Gloria joined ECBM in 1995. During her tenure with the company, she has served as Marketing Director, Sales Manager and COO. Currently, she brings her energy and expertise to consulting for large real estate firms and industrial clients, both new and existing clients. Under her direction, the company has created special services and stewardship programs for its real estate clients. Due to a significant diversity in portfolios, a balanced approach to managing insurance placements is required. Programs need to meet business needs and not just insurance requirements. Gloria excels in understanding company needs, then determining the benefits of blanketing or segregating risks, as well as the use of alternative approaches.

Prior to joining ECBM, Gloria worked for several large regional brokerage firms in Philadelphia. She became a specialist in the development of risk management and insurance programs for large commercial clients. While delivering a total program, she has developed expertise in managing the property insurance placements for large portfolios.

Gloria has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) designations from the Insurance Institute. She has been a course instructor and conducted seminars in Risk Financing and Casualty Insurance and Property and Liability insurance. Gloria has also served on the Board of Directors for Women’s Way.

George Kotridis

With more than 25 years in public accounting, George devotes most of his time serving clients in the Real Estate Industry. These include developers, commercial and residential operators, hotels, property and asset managers, home builders, private equity funds, and individual investors. In 2009, he took on the lead role of the legacy LarsonAllen firm’s Real Estate practice and has brought that experience forward focusing on further developing the firm’s capabilities in advisory, assurance, and tax services available to clients in the real estate and hospitality space. He also is a lead resource in the firm helping clients in real estate workout transactions.

Technical experience:

• Assists clients in selecting entity status, advises on partnership and LLC formations, helps with modeling IRR calculations and waterfall provisions, and forecasting distributions and allocations under IRC Subchapter K

• Provides consulting and expert services related to performance, cash flow, and operations of commercial real estate and hotel operations, including litigation support

• Helps clients assess the benefits of cost segregation studies, repair studies, change in accounting methods, as well as help facilitate closely-held business strategic planning initiatives, and design and implementation of succession plans
