Prior to joining Colliers, Joe was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he led the company’s regional higher education, healthcare and public sector consulting and brokerage practices.

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Joe was Senior Vice President and Co-Managing Principal of The Staubach Company in Philadelphia. Projects of note include headquarters for General Instrument (Motorola Broadband), NFL Films, Tyco International, AmeriHealth New Jersey, Parker McCay and regional offices for AIG, U.S. EPA and U.S. GSA.

Joe has managed the acquisition, leasing, and development of more than 4,000,000 SF of office space on behalf of corporate and institutional clients and has developed strategic real estate plans for Air Products, OKI Data Americas, Organization of American States, Kutztown University, Camden County College, Bancroft NeuroHealth, tAmerican Revolution Center and The Wistar Institute.

She has spoken at over 50 conferences and panels over the last 12 months passionately promoting “Cellicon Valley” as the perfect location for life science. Audrey is also an outspoken advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives and speaks on panels about diverse perspectives being critical components to successful decision making.

Tim Sanders joined Ventas in 2015 as a Senior Investment Office and is responsible for sourcing university focused research & innovation and senior housing acquisitions. He has more than 20 years of real estate finance experience and has held various positions with GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services, Marathon Asset Management and Capital Funding Group. Sanders received his B.B.A. from Howard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

A Partner at KSS Architects, Mayva is drawn to architecture because of the opportunities it presents to tackle a breadth of challenges that demand both creative and practical solutions. Through her ability to balance the technical aspects of architectural practice with the human side of design Mayva has led several of KSS’ most noted projects and built many of the firm’s lasting client relationships. Mayva is an expert in the design of engaging learning environments for early childhood, K-12, higher education, and community clients. As one of the key design voices in the firm, she is dedicated to fostering collaborations among staff, consultants, clients, and other collaborators to create innovative and inclusive design solutions. She has led the practice with research to inform how human-centric approach to design can address the issues of neurodiversity for projects such as Bancroft Mount Laure Campus and Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services. A specialist in complicated projects and an out-of-the-box thinker with unrivaled preconstruction knowledge, Greg is noted both for his ability to thoroughly understand a client’s program and goals, and for developing value enhancement solutions that benefit clients while maintaining their program integrity. Over his 34 years in the industry, Greg has overseen a wide variety of projects through every stage of the preconstruction process, and is the face of preconstruction for Turner nationally. Acutely aware of trends within the market, labor availability, and material pricing, Greg is a valued resource to clients from coast to coast.

Greg started his career in Turner’s Philadelphia office in 1986, and has been the office’s preconstruction leader for 20 years. He is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University with a BSCE in Construction Management, and also has an MSCE from Drexel University in Building Envelope Systems. He has managed Turner’s preconstruction services for various projects including: Wexford Science & Technology’s One uCity Square and Drexel Academic Tower projects, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Colket and Translational Research Building, Lafayette College’s Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center, Drexel University’s Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building, projects for Centocor Biopharmaceutical, and a new flu vaccine facility for Sanofi Pasteur.

Mr. O’Neill is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of MLP Ventures, a leading venture capital and real estate investment firm. MLP Ventures creates companies that utilize real estate as an integral part of their business, as well as internet-based marketplaces. Under his leadership, MLP Ventures has developed millions of square feet of laboratory, office, industrial, retail and residential real estate throughout the Northeast. All of MLP companies and real estate recycle existing buildings, which often require environmental remediation. Mr. O’Neill has a track record of starting, scaling and operating healthcare organizations.

Walter Mehl serves as a Managing Partner at JB&B and is leading the firm’s ongoing expansion into

Philadelphia’s commercial and life science markets. Along with his development of JB&B

Technologiesthe low-voltage services arm of JB&B that supports IT, security, audiovisual and RF

engineering (antenna system) design service offeringshis ongoing commitment to health, wellness

Mr. Mehl is an active board member for the ACE Mentor Program - Greater New York City. He is a

member of the REBNY Cybersecurity Subcommittee as well as the Global Cyber Consortium. He holds a

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of

Science and Art in New York City and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
