Casandra Domínguez is the Director of Research for Cushman and Wakefield’s Philadelphia office, where she oversees all local research activity and partners with brokerage to use data to strategically advise and position clients within the marketplace.

Professional Expertise

Casandra brings in-depth knowledge of the market, trends and forward-thinking analysis through her prior role as the Director of Business Attraction & Retention at the Center City District (CCD). For five years she led the organization’s business attraction program to promote commercial investment and development in Center City, as well as created and implemented new economic development strategies and initiatives for the organization. In this role she worked closely with both the public and commercial real estate sectors in Philadelphia, as well as authored many of the CCD’s research reports and publications. Prior to the CCD, Ms. Domínguez worked in finance with institutional and high net-worth clients at Merrill Lynch and Proxima Alfa in New York.

Casandra attended the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. She also received a Master of Public Administration degree with a certificate in Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government. In addition, throughout her career she has participated as a market expert at various commercial real estate and economic development events, as well as guest lectured on those topics at the University of Pennsylvania.
