Pete serves as Director of Development for Wexford Science & Technology. He actively manages the marketing, leasing, financing, operation and construction of uCity Square – Wexford’s project in the Philadelphia market.

uCity Square is a 6.5 million square foot mixed-use development project located in Philadelphia’s growing Innovation District. Specific buildings that Wexford manages include 3711 Market Street, 3737 Market Street, and 3675 Market Street.

Pete has also managed $30 million worth of pre-development projects in uCity Square, including development and remediation of the former University City High School site and construction of new street and utility infrastructure.

Pete graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.

Erik is passionate about designing highly complex, innovative science environments that have a role in the development of life-changing solutions to global challenges.

Having two decades of experience in the planning and design of the country’s most complex laboratories, Erik has long-standing relationships with leaders in the academic, corporate and government research industries, and inspires project teams to tackle challenging laboratory requirements in unique ways. His expertise encompasses the design of facilities for many client types, including life sciences/biotech, pharmaceutical, vivaria, cGMP and preclinical discovery through developmental research. A well-known thought leader, Erik frequently presents and writes for professional organizations such as AALAS, ISPE and IFMA.

Noah Olson, VP Innovation, Enterprise, Expansion, is a lifelong Delawarean with professional experience in the public and private sector. Working for local elected officials both in Delaware and Washington, D.C., has allowed Noah to develop a deep understanding of the different communities and relationships that are impactful to our state. While working for an advisory services firm in Wilmington and earning an MBA, Noah developed an affinity for the entrepreneurial spirit and excels at creative problem solving for startups and fostering important connections to move business forward. Noah earned both his BA and MBA from the University of Delaware and lives in Pike Creek with his family. When not at work, he enjoys getting outdoors, playing sports and finding new books to read.

Bob Harrison serves as Director of Business Development & Marketing at HSC Builders & Construction Managers, where he helps position the firm at the forefront of life sciences and pharmaceutical construction throughout the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware region. A proud Penn State graduate, Bob combines his industry insight with a collaborative, client-focused approach that drives long-term partnerships with leading healthcare and research institutions. When he’s not advancing HSC’s growth initiatives, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new ways to connect people, projects, and purpose across the life sciences community.

Anthony is well known for his entrepreneurial ecosystem engagement throughout the city of Philadelphia. He is Co-founder and former CEO of Benjamin’s Desk (now 1776), serving as a champion and growth strategist for entrepreneurs.

Anthony Maher joins Scott Mazo as Partner and President of UPA in January 2019. He is a strong advocate for public/private partnerships and will strategically curate every UPA building with the Philadelphia innovation ecosystem in mind. Anthony’s experience curating coworking space as Chief Growth Officer of 1776 is expansive. He looks forward to applying the same knowledge, experience, and zeal throughout the square footage of The Platinum Corridor®.

Anthony was also Partner of Philadelphia’s First Base Commercial Office Brokerage for several years, a brokerage that was created to help high growth tech startups secure their first traditional office space. Anthony was a First-Team College All-American and 10-year professional soccer player and brings the same focus and discipline that build effective teams to help create long term partnerships and impact. He can usually be found exploring the local playgrounds or community soccer fields with his wife and three young sons.

Eric leads the education and science sector at local, regional, national and global

levels. Collaborating with regional and market education and science directors,

he ensures that HDR’s practice is elevated and maintained through quality

design, innovative planning, client service and thought leadership. A licensed

architect with over 25 years of experience, Eric has focused of his career on the

science and education. His experience working alongside clients including

Novartis, Siemens, Duke University and Commonwealth Fusion Systems,

provides him with a deep understanding of the diverse and nuanced challenges

faced by our federal, corporate and academic clients

With over 13 years of Design/Build experience in the life sciences industry, Chad leads our Mid Atlantic team in delivering precision-engineered cleanrooms for the Research Triangle Park corridor and surrounding region. His customer-focused approach and expertise in gene therapy, vaccine production, and cGMP facilities ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the AES Design/Build process.
