Summary

  1. According to a Colliers report, the first half of 2020 saw 10.2m square feet absorbed, which is triple where it was in 2019. What factors are causing this massive increase in demand?

  2. As demand for e-commerce rises, how can developers keep up?

  3. Could we see empty big-box retailers be used as fulfillment centers? If so, what are the challenges that go into that type of conversion?

  4. Which regional markets are primed to benefit from this increase in industrial demand?

  5. Industrial has been an investor darling during this pandemic. Will that continue once the pandemic is over?
