Michael J. Landsburg is the Chief Development Officer for NFI and has been with the company since 2005. He is responsible for managing the real estate activities for the company comprised of an owned and leased portfolio of over 50 million square feet located throughout the United States & Canada. Prior to NFI, Michael was an acquisitions and development associate for a mid-Atlantic commercial real estate company for 4 years where he was responsible for leasing transactions, sourcing and performing financial analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities. Previous professional experience also includes work at a boutique investment bank where he was an analyst for an international fixed income portfolio and work as a member of a consulting team to Citigroup analyzing their real estate portfolio in Mexico, both positions located in New York, NY.

Michael is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey. He is active in the industry organizations National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) along with being a Committee Chair for the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Michael also serves on the Board of The Greene Street Friends School.

With more than twenty years of diverse experience, VP of Project Development, Alexis Graziosetta-Tobias, has guided a wide range of projects from warehouses to offices and other commercial spaces. She’s passionate about creating strong client connections that endure, serving as a trusted advocate from the very start. Her expertise spans every project phase, from opportunity development and estimating to vendor procurement, subcontract oversight, scheduling, and billing.

Ms. Algeo is a Senior Principal and the Northeast Regional Manager for Civil/Site Divisional Services at Maser Consulting. With over 35 years of experience, she has been the Principal-in-Charge for some New Jersey’s largest warehouse/distribution and e-commerce center developments, as well as urban redevelopments, office parks, educational facilities, mixed-use developments, retail centers, and residential developments. She has provided engineering expertise on over 25 million square feet of industrial development throughout the Northeast.

After receiving her B.S. in Environmental Engineering at Rutgers University, Ms. Algeo earned her Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Planner (PP), and Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) licenses. She is professionally affiliated with NAIOP, ICREW (Industrial Commercial Real Estate Women), National Society of Professional Engineers, Professional Engineers Society of Mercer County and the Hamilton Partnership.
